Accepted Practice. Provider shall perform and shall cause Provider Representatives to perform its obligations in a professional, ethical and competent manner, using the degree of skill, diligence, prudence, timeliness, and foresight which would reasonably and ordinarily be expected from skilled and experienced professionals engaged in the provision of, and activities comprising, the Services (“Accepted Practice”).

Consultant also warrants that it is familiar with all laws that may affect its performance of this Agreement and shall advise City of any changes in any laws that may affect Consultant’s performance of this Agreement.

  • EXISTING PRACTICES 6.1 Benefits or privileges respecting terms or conditions of employment that are reasonable, certain, and known but not covered by this Agreement will continue to be available to Members in so far as is practicable and reasonable within the limits of the University budget and resources and the terms of this Agreement.
