Financial Reporting and Rent Rolls Each Mortgage Loan requires the Mortgagor to provide the owner or holder of the Mortgage Loan with (a) quarterly (other than for single-tenant properties) and annual operating statements, (b) quarterly (other than for single-tenant properties) rent rolls (or maintenance schedules in the case of Mortgage Loans secured by residential cooperative properties) for properties that have any individual lease which accounts for more than 5% of the in-place base rent, and (c) annual financial statements.
MARKETING AND REPRESENTATIONS 8.1 The Fund or its underwriter shall periodically furnish Insurance Company with the following documents, in quantities as Insurance Company may reasonably request:
Accounting and Reporting SECTION 7.1 LESSEE agrees to furnish to KCS audited copies of the financial reports of Watco Companies, Inc. or any company which directly or indirectly owns a majority interest in LESSEE audited by an independent accounting firm on an annual basis on or before May 1 of each year for the term of this lease. Copies of unaudited financial reports pertaining to LESSEE and the Leased Premises prepared in the normal course of LESSEE’s business shall be provided to Lessor on a quarterly basis. KCS shall take the same precautions to protect the confidentiality of non-public financial information provided under this Section that it uses to protect its own confidential non-public financial information.
Accounting and Financial Determinations Unless otherwise specified, all accounting terms used herein or in any other Loan Document shall be interpreted, all accounting determinations and computations hereunder or thereunder (including under Section 7.2.4) shall be made, and all financial statements required to be delivered hereunder or thereunder shall be prepared in accordance with, those generally accepted accounting principles ("GAAP") applied in the preparation of the financial statements referred to in Section 6.5.
Monitoring and Reporting Monitoring shareholder transactions and identifying and reporting suspicious activities that are required to be so identified and reported, including suspicious activity reports or Form 8300 reports, and provide other reports of shareholder activity to the Securities and Exchange Commission, the U.S. Treasury Department, the Internal Revenue Service, and other appropriate authorities, in each case consistent with the Unified AML Program.
Money Market Fund Compliance Testing and Reporting Services Subject to the authorization and direction of the Trust and, in each case where appropriate, the review and comment by the Trust’s independent accountants and legal counsel, and in accordance with procedures that may be established from time to time between the Trust and the Administrator, the Administrator will:
FINANCIAL REPORTING; MONEY MARKET FUND SERVICES BNY Mellon shall provide the following financial reporting services for each Fund: § Financial Statement Preparation & Review · Prepare the Fund’s annual and semi-annual shareholder reports1 1 Requires “Typesetting Services” as described herein. for shareholder delivery and for inclusion in Form N-CSR; · Prepare the Fund’s fiscal quarterly schedule of portfolio holdings1 for inclusion in Form N-Q; · Prepare, circulate and maintain the Fund’s financial reporting production calendar and track status of reporting cycles; · Coordinate N-SAR surveys; prepare and file (or coordinate the filing of) the Fund’s Form N-SAR; and · Prepare and coordinate the filing of the Fund’s monthly website files and Form N-MFP, as applicable to money market funds. § Typesetting Services · Create financial compositions for the applicable financial report and related EDGAR files; · Maintain country codes, industry class codes, security class codes and state codes; · Map individual general ledger accounts into master accounts to be displayed in the applicable financial reports; · Create components that will specify the proper grouping and sorting for display of portfolio information; · Create components that will specify the proper calculation and display of financial data required for each applicable financial report (except for identified manual entries, which BNY Mellon will enter); · Process, convert and load security and general ledger data; · Include data in financial reports provided from external parties to BNY Mellon which includes, but is not limited to: shareholder letters, “Management Discussion and Analysis” commentary, notes on performance, form of notes to financials, report of independent auditors, Fund management listing, service providers listing and Fund spectrums; · Generate financial reports using the Vendor’s capabilities which include the following: o table of contents; o schedules of investments; o statement of net assets; o statements of assets and liabilities; o statements of operation; o statements of changes; o statements of cash flows; o financial highlights; o notes to financial statements; o report of independent registered public accounting firm; o tax information; and o additional Fund information as mutually agreed in writing between BNY Mellon and a Fund. · Unless mutually agreed in writing between BNY Mellon and a Fund, solely with respect to typesetting services, BNY Mellon will use the same layout and format for every successive reporting period for the typeset reports. At the request of a Fund and upon the mutual written agreement of BNY Mellon and the Fund as to the scope of any changes and additional compensation of BNY Mellon, BNY Mellon will, or will cause the Vendor to, change the format or layout of reports from time to time.
Fund Valuation and Financial Reporting Services (1) Account for Fund share purchases, sales, exchanges, transfers, dividend reinvestments, and other Fund share activity as reported by the Fund’s transfer agent on a timely basis.
Accounting and Tax Matters The General Partner shall keep proper and usual books and records pertaining to the Partnership’s business in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles. The books and records and all files of the Partnership shall be kept at its principal office. The General Partner shall prepare and furnish to the Limited Partners promptly after the close of each fiscal year an unaudited statement, certified by the General Partner, showing the operations of the Partnership for such fiscal year, including a balance sheet and statement of income or loss and changes in financial position for such fiscal year, the balance of each Limited Partner’s Capital Account, the unpaid balance due under all obligations of the Partnership and all other information reasonably requested by any Partner. The Limited Partners, and the authorized agents thereof, shall have the right at all reasonable times to audit, examine and make copies or extracts from the Partnership books of account. Federal, state and local income tax returns of the Partnership shall be prepared and timely filed by the General Partner. Copies of the tax returns shall be furnished to the Limited Partners prior to filing thereof. The General Partner is hereby designated the tax matters partner of the Partnership.

(the “Company”), the Executive, for himself or herself and the Executive’s heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, hereby unconditionally releases and forever discharges the Company and each of the Company’s stockholders, predecessors, successors, assigns, agents, directors, officers, employees, representatives, attorneys, divisions, subsidiaries, affiliates, and all persons acting by, through, under, or in concert with any of them (collectively, the “Released Party”) from any and all charges, complaints, claims, liabilities, obligations, promises, agreements, controversies, damages, actions, causes of action, suits, rights, demands, costs, losses, debts, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees and costs actually incurred) of any nature whatsoever, known or unknown, suspected or unsuspected arising out of or relating to the Executive’s employment with the Company or termination of such employment, including, but not limited to, claims under the Age Discrimination in Employment Act of 1967 (“ADEA”), as amended from time to time, and other federal, state, or local laws prohibiting discrimination, any claims the Executive may have with regard to the Executive’s hiring, employment, and separation from employment, and any claims growing out of any legal restrictions on the Company’s right to terminate its employees (“Claim(s)”), which the Executive now has, owns or holds, or claims to have owned or held, or which the Executive at any time may have had or claimed to have had against the Company.
