Accepting a Union Position. Any union employee that accepts a full time position with the Union shall be granted a Leave of Absence that will expire six (6) months after the completion of a full term in office. The employee’s Bargaining Unit Seniority shall continue to accumulate while on such Leave. Company Service date and Benefit eligibility date will not accrue during this period.
