Common use of Access and Inspection Clause in Contracts

Access and Inspection. 8.3.1 To permit the Landlord, or any superior Landlord, or the Landlord’s Agent or contractors or those authorised by the Landlord, upon giving at least 24 hours’ notice in writing (except in an emergency) to enter the Premises at all reasonable times for the purpose of inspection and repair, to include inspection and repair to any adjoining or neighbouring Premises. 8.3.2 To permit the Premises to be viewed during the last two months of the Term at all reasonable times upon previous appointment during normal working hours made by any person who is or is acting on behalf of a prospective purchaser or tenant of the Premises who is authorised by the Landlord or the Landlord’s Agent to view the Premises and to erect 'For Sale' or 'To Let' boards at their discretion. 8.3.3 To indemnify the Landlord for any loss incurred by the Landlord as a result of the Tenant failing to keep a previously agreed appointment with any third party at the Premises.
