Books and Records Maintain proper books of record and account, in which full, true and correct entries in conformity with GAAP consistently applied shall be made of all financial transactions and matters involving the assets and business of the Borrower or such Subsidiary, as the case may be.
Consultant’s Books and Records Consultant shall maintain any and all ledgers, books of account, invoices, vouchers, canceled checks, and other records or documents evidencing or relating to charges for services or expenditures and disbursements charged to the City under this Agreement for a minimum of three
Audits and Financial Statements A. Audits
Financial Statements Deliver to the Administrative Agent and each Lender, in form and detail satisfactory to the Administrative Agent and the Required Lenders:
Periodic Statements Transfers and withdrawals made through any debit card transactions, audio response transactions, preauthorized EFTs, online/PC transactions, mobile access device transactions or xxxx payments you make will be recorded on your periodic statement. You will receive a statement monthly unless there is no transaction in a particular month. In any case, you will receive a statement at least quarterly.
BOOKS The Company shall keep books and records of accounts and shall keep minutes of the proceedings of its Members. The calendar year shall be the accounting year of the Company.
Books of Accounts The LLC shall maintain proper books of account, which shall comply with all applicable federal income tax regulation and with generally accepted accounting practices as applicable to limited liability companies.
