Common use of Access and Inspection Clause in Contracts

Access and Inspection. County and the Project Administrator shall at all times have access to the work. Contractor shall provide proper facilities for such access and for inspection of the work. The Project Administrator is, in the first instance, the judge of the performance of the Contract as it relates to compliance with the Construction Plans and Specifications and quality of workmanship and material. All materials and equipment used in the construction of the Project shall be subject to adequate inspection and testing in accordance with generally accepted standards, as required and defined in the Contract Documents.
