Common use of Access and Rights Clause in Contracts

Access and Rights. Members have the right to examine, after giving two days’ notice, the entire contents of their Official File during normal business hours. The examination shall be carried out in the presence of a person designated by the Xxxx, Chief Librarian, or in the case of Veterinarians, Director. Members may be accompanied by a colleague or an Association representative. Members shall not remove their Official File, or parts thereof, from the office where it is held, nor shall Members annotate, or in any way alter, the Official File during this examination.
