Access by European Union institutions and bodies. 11.4.1. The Manager, the Implementing Partners and the entities benefiting from funds from the Trust Fund shall ensure that the staff and authorised agents of (i) the European Court of Auditors, (ii) OLAF, and (iii) any other competent European Union institution or body have access to such documents and information in relation to the utilisation of Trust Fund resources as are necessary to enable such bodies to perform their obligations under European Union law, in full respect of international law and of the agreements concluded between the European Union and the Implementing Partners in this regard.
