Access Charges for each Terminal Component will comprise two parts: (a) a TIC; and (b) a charge to recoup the costs of operation and maintenance of the Terminal, being: (i) the Handling Charge – Fixed; (ii) the Handling Charge – Variable; and (iii) where applicable, charges for Miscellaneous Services.
