Miscellaneous Charges. Miscellaneous Charges apply for the following miscellaneous services when provided with LIS trunks. Exhibit A includes a reference to the Tariff, catalog, price list, or other similar document that provides the amount of each Miscellaneous Charge.
7.3.5.1 Cancellation charges apply to cancelled LIS trunk orders based upon critical dates, terms and conditions in accordance with the Access Service Tariff Section 5.2.3 and trunk nonrecurring charges referenced in this Agreement.
7.3.5.2 Expedite requests for LIS trunk orders are available. Expedites are requests for intervals that are shorter than the interval defined in CenturyLink's Service Interval Guide (SIG) or Individual Case Basis (ICB) Due Dates. When expedites are approved, expedite charges apply per order for every day that the Due Date interval is shortened, based on the standard interval in the SIG or based on ICB criteria for Due Dates. Expedite charges apply to LIS trunk orders based on the rates described in Exhibit A.
7.3.5.2.1 CLEC will request an expedite for LIS trunks, including an expedited Due Date, on the Access Service Request (ASR).
7.3.5.2.2 The request for an expedite will be approved only when resources are available and the request meets the criteria outlined in the Pre- Approved Expedite Process in CenturyLink's Product Catalog at CenturyLink's wholesale web site.
7.3.5.3 Additional testing, including cooperative acceptance testing, automatic scheduled testing, cooperative scheduled testing, manual scheduled testing, and non- scheduled testing, is available for LIS trunks.

Miscellaneous Charges. 7.3.5.1 Cancellation charges will apply to cancelled LIS trunk orders, based upon the critical dates, terms and conditions in accordance with the Access Service Tariff Section 5.2.3, and the Trunk Nonrecurring Charges referenced in this Agreement.
7.3.5.2 Expedites for LIS trunk orders are allowed only on an exception basis with executive approval within the same timeframes as provided for other designed services. When expedites are approved, expedite charges will apply to LIS trunk orders based on rates, terms and conditions described in Exhibit A.
7.3.5.3 Construction charges are described in Exhibit A of this Agreement.
Miscellaneous Charges. No additional charges will be allowed unless specified in the Contract, including charges for transportation, fuel, containers, packing, or disposal.
Miscellaneous Charges. The Fund shall be charged for the following products and services as applicable: o Ad hoc reports o Ad hoc SQL time o COLD Storage o Digital Recording o Banking Services, including incoming and outgoing wire charges o Microfiche/microfilm production o Magnetic media tapes and freight o Manual Pricing o Materials for Rule 15c-3 Presentations o Pre-Printed Stock, including business forms, certificates, envelopes, checks and stationary
Miscellaneous Charges. Broker agrees to pay Pershing the fees and charges described in Schedule A hereto. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Broker may instruct Pershing to pass through such fees to Broker’s customers.
Miscellaneous Charges. The Company agrees to reimburse the Lender for miscellaneous charges and expenses (collectively, "Miscellaneous Charges") incurred by or on behalf of the Lender in connection with the handling and administration of Advances, and to reimburse the Lender for Miscellaneous Charges incurred by or on behalf of the Lender in connection with the handling and administration of the Collateral. For the purposes hereof, Miscellaneous Charges shall include, but not be limited to, charges for wire transfers, check processing charges, charges for security delivery fees, charges for overnight delivery of Collateral to Investors, Funding Bank's service charges and Designated Bank Charges. Miscellaneous Charges are due when incurred, but shall not be delinquent if paid within fifteen (15) days after receipt of an invoice or an account analysis statement from the Lender.
Miscellaneous Charges. The School Board will xxxx SSAS for the following services at the rates listed below: Bus Inspection and Labor charges $65.00/hour After hours Inspection and Labor Charges $97.50 Parts for bus/vehicle repair – actual cost + 3% Spare bus rental charges - $2.60/mile The School Board will send monthly invoices to SSAS for these miscellaneous charges which shall be due and payable within fifteen days of billing.
Miscellaneous Charges. The charges set out in the Fifth Schedule shall be paid by (inter alia) the vessel in respect of the services therein set out.
Miscellaneous Charges. 10.1. Lessor and Lessee acknowledge and agree that a portion of the Monthly Base Rent includes maintenance of the telephone system currently in place at the Premises, but does not include charges for the use of the telephones. Lessee will establish at least one independent telephone number within ten (10) days of the Effective Date. Lessor shall measure use and will provide a written xxxx to Lessee for such usage as and when Lessor deems desirable. Lessee shall make payment in full for such charges within ten (10) business days following delivery of such written xxxx.
