Contractor access to State facilities and resources shall be properly authorized by State personnel, based on business need and will be restricted to least possible privilege. Upon approval of access privileges, the Contractor shall maintain strict adherence to all policies, standards, and procedures. Policies / Standards, ADOA/ASET Policies / Procedures, and Arizona Revised Statues (A.R.S.) §28- 447, §28-449, §38-421, §13-2408, §13-2316, §41-770. Failure of the Contractor, its agents or subcontractors to comply with policies, standards, and procedures including any person who commits an unlawful breach or harmful access (physical or virtual) will be subject to prosecution under all applicable state and / or federal laws. Any and all recovery or reconstruction costs or other liabilities associated with an unlawful breach or harmful access shall be paid by the Contractor.
