Common use of Access/Egress and Security Clause in Contracts

Access/Egress and Security. Contractor shall describe its plan for entering and exiting the site during fieldwork activities. Contractor shall identify installation access points, haul routes, expected equipment movements, trucking operations, traffic/pedestrian management plans, etc. In addition, Contractor shall describe its plan for maintaining site security for Contractor-controlled areas to minimize the risk of injury to persons and/or damage to property and equipment.
