Common use of Access Following Commencement Clause in Contracts

Access Following Commencement. 12.2.1 With effect from the Signature Date, SANParks grants to the Private Party and shall use all reasonable endeavours to ensure that for the duration of the Project Term, the Private Party and the Private Party Parties have such access to the Spa Facility as is required by the Private Party for the carrying out of the Project, subject at all times to the provisions of this PPP Agreement. 12.2.2 With effect from the Expiry Date or the Termination Date, as the case may be, the Private Party’s interest in the Spa Facility shall automatically terminate and the Private Party shall be given access to the Spa Facility only for purposes of giving effect to the provisions of Clause 30 (Effects of Termination).
