Common use of Access for Meetings Clause in Contracts

Access for Meetings. The Company will not unreasonably deny the Union permission to use the Company’s premises for conducting meetings of their members where refusal to grant permission would make it difficult for the Union to convene a meeting. Such meetings shall not unduly interfere with the Company’s operations. The Union shall ensure the orderly and proper conduct of the members who attend such meetings and agrees to be responsible to leave facilities in good order after use.
