Review Meetings. During the review meetings the Project Managers shall discuss progress made by the Contractor in the performance of this Contract. Each party shall provide a status report, as desired by a Project Manager, listing any problem or concern encountered since the last meeting. Records of such reports and other communications issued in writing during the course of Contract performance shall be maintained by each party.
Review Meetings. 1. The Parties to the Agreement shall meet at least once a year to review the implementation of the Programme.
2. The review meetings shall allow the FMO to examine progress achieved since the previous review meeting and instruct the Fund Operator to take any necessary measures.
3. Decisions taken at the review meetings shall be set out in the agreed minutes. The Fund Operator is responsible for the drafting of the minutes from the meeting, summarising the main points and the action points discussed at the meeting.
4. The National Focal Point and the Royal Norwegian Embassy shall be invited to participate in the review meetings as observers.
Review Meetings. The Prime Recipient, including but not limited to the principal investigator (or, if applicable, co-principal investigators), is required to participate in periodic review meetings with ARPA-E. Review meetings enable ARPA-E to assess the work performed under this Award and determine whether the Prime Recipient has timely achieved the technical milestones and deliverables stated in Attachment 3 to this Award. ARPA-E shall determine the frequency of review meetings and select the day, time, and location of each review meeting. For each review meeting, the Prime Recipient is required to provide a comprehensive overview of the project, including: The Prime Recipient’s technical progress compared to the schedule of technical milestones and deliverables stated in Attachment 3 to this Award; The Prime Recipient’s actual expenditures compared to the approved budget in Attachment 5 to this Award; and Other subject matter specified by the ARPA-E Program Director.
Review Meetings. Meetings to discuss progress must be held at least quarterly beginning three months after the initial meeting. Additional meetings may be scheduled at the sole discretion of CARB Project Liaison. Such meetings may be conducted in any manner deemed appropriate by CARB Project Liaison.
Review Meetings. 1. The Parties must review and discuss Service Quality Performance Reports and monitor performance of the Contract and consider any other matters reasonably required by either Party at Review Meetings which should be held in the form and intervals set out in Appendix K (Details of Review Meetings).
Review Meetings. Commencing with beginning performance of this Contract, the Project Managers shall meet weekly/monthly/quarterly/another interval to discuss progress made by the Contractor during the performance of this Contract. The meetings shall occur, either in person or by telephone or video conference call, at the following times: Meeting Day (Example: every second Monday) at Meeting Time (Example: 3:00 to 4:00 pm). Meetings may be postponed only on a case-by-case basis by mutual written agreement of the parties.
Review Meetings. 4.1. When requested by the CUSTOMER, the [*** insert CUSTOMER’s first point of contact ***] and [*** insert CONTRACTOR’s first point of contact ***] and/or nominated representatives shall attend review meetings at a location and frequency to be agreed between the [*** insert CUSTOMER’s first point of contact ***] and [*** insert CONTRACTOR’s first point of contact ***].
Review Meetings. In order to ensure the terms of this Agreement are being fulfilled and all concerns pertaining to the City, the Unions and the Contractors are addressed, the Project Manager, General Contractor and Senior Executive of the Council, or designated representatives thereof shall meet on a periodic basis during any construction covered by this Agreement. The City or the Council shall have the right to call a meeting of the appropriate parties.
Review Meetings. Vendor’s Project Manager shall meet weekly with DOE’s project manager and representatives, unless otherwise mutually agreed by the Parties, to discuss progress made by Vendor or performance issues. At each review meeting, Vendor’s Project Manager shall provide a status report, which shall include, at minimum, the information described in Section 5.2.3 and describe any problems or concerns encountered since the last meeting. At the next scheduled meeting after which any Party has identified a problem in writing, Vendor shall provide a report setting forth activities undertaken, or to be undertaken, to resolve the problem, together with the anticipated completion dates of such activities. Any Party may recommend alternative courses of action or changes that will facilitate problem resolution. Vendor shall maintain records of such reports and other communications issued in writing during the course of its performance under this Agreement.
Review Meetings. Conduct meetings at the Authority’s office at key intervals to review the progress of the design for necessary input and discussions from the Authority (anticipated one meeting every week). Shortly after the submission of the 30% plans and specifications, KH will attend one review meeting with the Authority. KH will be prepared to discuss the details of the site and the challenges with the site moving forward. KH will prepare and distribute meeting minutes.
