Access for Principal and others. The Principal and the Principal’s employees, consultants and agents (including the Principal’s Engineer) may at any time after reasonable written notice to the Contractor have access to any part of the site for the purpose of inspecting the progress of the WUC in accordance with the Landholder Requirements under the Rail Corridor Agreement. The Contractor shall at all reasonable times give the Independent Certifier access to WUC. The Principal shall ensure that none of the persons referred to in this subclause 23.2 impedes the Contractor.

  • TECHNOLOGICAL AND OTHER CHANGES 29.01 Without restricting its right to determine the methods by which municipal services are to be provided, the Corporation agrees that no employee shall be laid off or have his employment terminated as a result of a technological change in methods.

  • Potential Investor as Principal and Other Brokers or Agents Potential Investor is a principal and not an agent of or acting on behalf of any other party in connection with the purchase of the Property.
