Landholder Requirements means all directions, policies, rules and procedures (including, in relation to safety, health and environmental matters) notified by the Landholder to the Trustee from time to time in connection with the Trustee’s and its Associates’ access to and use of the Extension Land.Non-Proposing Party has the meaning given in clause 3.3(a).
