Common use of Access, Information and Documents Clause in Contracts

Access, Information and Documents. Sellers and the Companies shall give to Buyer and to Buyer's employees and representatives access during normal business hours to all of the properties, books, tax returns, Contracts, commitments, records, officers, personnel and accountants of the Companies and shall furnish to Buyer all such documents and copies of documents and all information with respect to the properties, liabilities and affairs of the Companies and the Subsidiaries as Buyer may reasonably request.

Sellers and the Companies The Company shall give to Buyer and to Buyer's employees counsel, accountants and other representatives full access during normal business hours to all of the Company's and the Subsidiaries' properties, books, tax returns, Contractscontracts, commitments, records, officers, personnel and accountants of the Companies and shall will furnish to Buyer all such documents and copies of documents (certified to be true copies if requested) and all information with respect to the properties, liabilities and affairs of the Companies Company and the Subsidiaries as Buyer may reasonably request.
