Common use of ACCESS OF LANDLORD TO THE PREMISES Clause in Contracts

ACCESS OF LANDLORD TO THE PREMISES. Tenant shall allow Landlord and its authorized representatives, access to the Premises during reasonable business hours to inspect the Premises and Equipment. Landlord shall have the right to enter the Premises at any reasonable time during usual business hours at any time within six (6) months prior to the termination of the Lease Term in order to show the Premises and Equipment to prospective future tenants. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Landlord, its employees, or agents shall have the right to enter the Premises at all times without notice to Tenant in the event of an Emergency.
