Common use of Access Provider’s Insurance Obligations Clause in Contracts

Access Provider’s Insurance Obligations. The Access Provider must, at its own expense, obtain and maintain insurance during the term of this Agreement consistent with prudent commercial practice having regard to the scope and nature of the liabilities assumed by the Access Provider under the terms of this Agreement.
