The Contractor shall comply with all applicable requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (ADA), 42 U.S.C. § 12101, et seq. and 49 U.S.C. § 322; Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, as amended, 29 U.S.C. § 794; the Architectural Barriers Act of 1968, as amended 42 U.S.C. § 4151, et seq.; Federal Transit law, specifically 49 U.S.C. § 5332; Section 16 of the Federal Transit Act, as amended, 49 U.S.C. app. 1612; and the following regu- lations and any amendments thereto:
