Common use of Access Rights of new Contractors Clause in Contracts

Access Rights of new Contractors. The new Contractor shall have access to the Pre-Existing Know-How of the other Contractors if needed for the purpose of carrying out its own part of the Project, or Use of its own knowledge upon written request pursuant to the terms set forth in Article 9 "Intellectual Property Rights”. Nevertheless, any Contractor pursuant to the provisions of EC Regulation article 25.3 shall have the right to exclude some of its Pre-Existing Know How from the new Contractor’s Access Rights.
