ACCESS TERMINAL TRANSACTIONS. The Depositor acknowledges and agrees that: a) using a Password to authorize a Transaction constitutes authorization of that Transaction in the same manner as if authorization was given by the Depositor in person or as otherwise contemplated or permitted by the Account Contract; b) the Depositor will be bound by each such Transaction; and c) once a Password has been used to authorize a Transaction, the Transaction may not be revoked and no stop payment on the Transaction may be requested.

ACCESS TERMINAL TRANSACTIONS. The Depositor acknowledges and agrees that: a) using the PAC, PIN, and/or PIW to authorize a Transaction constitutes authorization of that Transaction in the same manner as if authorization was given by the Depositor in person or as otherwise contemplated or permitted by this Agreement; b) the Depositor will be bound by each such Transaction; and c) once a PAC, PIN, and/or PIW has been used to authorize a Transaction, the Transaction may not be revoked or countermanded. This Agreement and the fact that the Depositor has use of a Debit Card does not give the Depositor any credit privileges or any entitlement to overdraw the Account, except as provided by separate agreement with the Financial Institution. The Depositor irrevocably authorizes and directs the Financial Institution to debit or credit, as the case may be, the amount of any Transaction to the Account, together with any service charges or fees, authorized using the PAC, PIN, and/or PIW, in person by the Depositor or Authorized User, or as otherwise contemplated or permitted by this Agreement, in accordance with the normal practices of the Financial Institution, which may be amended from time to time without notice.

  • Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities The Interconnection Customer shall design, procure, construct, install, own and/or control the Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities described in Appendix A at its sole expense.

  • Remote Terminal Unit Prior to the Initial Synchronization Date of the Large Generating Facility, a Remote Terminal Unit, or equivalent data collection and transfer equipment acceptable to the Parties, shall be installed by Developer, or by Connecting Transmission Owner at Developer’s expense, to gather accumulated and instantaneous data to be telemetered to the location(s) designated by Connecting Transmission Owner and NYISO through use of a dedicated point-to-point data circuit(s) as indicated in Article 8. 1. The communication protocol for the data circuit(s) shall be specified by Connecting Transmission Owner and NYISO. Instantaneous bi-directional analog real power and reactive power flow information must be telemetered directly to the location(s) specified by Connecting Transmission Owner and NYISO. Each Party will promptly advise the appropriate other Party if it detects or otherwise learns of any metering, telemetry or communications equipment errors or malfunctions that require the attention and/or correction by that other Party. The Party owning such equipment shall correct such error or malfunction as soon as reasonably feasible.

  • Purpose of Interconnection Facilities Except as may be required by Applicable Laws and Regulations, or as otherwise agreed to among the Parties, the Interconnection Facilities shall be constructed for the sole purpose of interconnecting the Large Generating Facility to the Participating TO’s Transmission System and shall be used for no other purpose.
