Common use of Access to Accounting and Other Records Clause in Contracts

Access to Accounting and Other Records. (a) Each of a Major Class A Member, a Class B Majority and any Assignee has the right, upon reasonable request for purposes reasonably related to the interest of such Member or Assignee, to: (i) inspect and copy during normal business hours any of the Company's books and records; (ii) obtain from the Manager, promptly after their becoming available, a copy of the Company's federal, state, and local income tax or information returns for each fiscal year; and (iii) discuss with the Company's management and its agents, the affairs of the Company, subject to such reasonable confidentiality restrictions as may be imposed by the Manager.
