Access to Additional Agreements and Information. Prior to the Post-Closing Date, the Company and Acquisition shall make available to the OS Debenture Holder (as well as its counsel, accountants and other representatives) any and all agreements, contracts, documents, other instruments and personnel material to the Company's business, including without limitation, those contracts to which the Company or Acquisition is a party and those by which each of its business or any of the Company's or Acquisition's assets are bound.
