Common use of Access to and Copies of Records and Documents Clause in Contracts

Access to and Copies of Records and Documents. (A) Except as otherwise required by law, any Partner may examine and copy, in person or by representative, at any reasonable time, all records and other information of the Partnership. (B) Upon request by any Partner, the Partnership shall provide without charge true copies of the Certificate of Limited Partnership, this Agreement, all amendments or restatements thereto, and copies of all federal, state, and local information or income tax returns for each of the Partnership's six most recent tax years.
