Common use of Access to and Use of Verizon OSS Facilities Clause in Contracts

Access to and Use of Verizon OSS Facilities. 8.4.1 Verizon OSS Facilities may be accessed and used by Z-Tel only to the extent necessary for Z-Tel’s access to and use of Verizon OSS Services pursuant to the Agreement. 8.4.2 Verizon OSS Facilities may be accessed and used by Z-Tel as a tool to provide Telecommunications Services to Z-Tel Customers. Z-Tel shall have the right to access, use and disclose information related to Verizon Customers that is in Z-Tel’s possession to the extent such access, use and/or disclosure has been authorized by the Z-Tel Customer in the manner required by Applicable Law. 8.4.3 Z-Tel shall restrict access to and use of Verizon OSS Facilities to Z-Tel. This Section 8 does not grant to Z-Tel any right or license to grant sublicenses to other persons, or permission to other persons (except Z- Tel’s employees, agents and contractors, in accordance with Section 8.4.7 below), to access or use Verizon OSS Facilities. 8.4.4 Z-Tel shall not (a) alter, modify or damage the Verizon OSS Facilities (including, but not limited to, Verizon software), (b) copy, remove, derive, reverse engineer, or decompile, software from the Verizon OSS Facilities, or (c) obtain access through Verizon OSS Facilities to Verizon databases, facilities, equipment, software, or systems, which are not offered for Z-Tel’s use under this Section 8. 8.4.5 Z-Tel shall comply with all practices and procedures established by Verizon for access to and use of Verizon OSS Facilities (including, but not limited to, Verizon practices and procedures with regard to security and use of access and user identification codes). Any changes to practices and procedures will be communicated through the Verizon Change Management Process and applied on a non-discriminatory basis. 8.4.6 All access and user identification codes for Verizon OSS Facilities: (a) shall remain the property of Verizon; (b) shall be used by Z-Tel only in connection with Z-Tel’s use of Verizon OSS Facilities permitted by this Section 8.; (c) shall be treated by Z-Tel as Confidential Information of Verizon pursuant to Section 10 of the Agreement; and, (d) shall be destroyed or returned by Z-Tel to Verizon upon the earlier of request by Verizon or the expiration or termination of the Agreement. 8.4.7 Z-Tel’s employees, agents and contractors may access and use Verizon OSS Facilities only to the extent necessary for Z-Tel’s access to and use of the Verizon OSS Facilities permitted by this Agreement. Any access to or use of Verizon OSS Facilities by Z-Tel’s employees, agents, or contractors, shall be subject to the provisions of the Agreement, including, but not limited to, Section 10 of the Agreement and Section 8.5.2.3 of this Attachment.

Access to and Use of Verizon OSS Facilities. 8.4.1 Verizon OSS Facilities may be accessed and used by Z-Tel Reconex only to the extent necessary for Z-TelReconex’s access to and use of Verizon OSS Services pursuant to the Agreement. 8.4.2 Verizon OSS Facilities may be accessed and used by Z-Tel as a tool Reconex only to provide Telecommunications Services to Z-Tel Reconex Customers. Z-Tel shall have the right to access, use and disclose information related to Verizon Customers that is in Z-Tel’s possession to the extent such access, use and/or disclosure has been authorized by the Z-Tel Customer in the manner required by Applicable Law. 8.4.3 Z-Tel Reconex shall restrict access to and use of Verizon OSS Facilities to Z-TelReconex. This Section 8 does not grant to Z-Tel Reconex any right or license to grant sublicenses to other persons, or permission to other persons (except Z- TelReconex’s employees, agents and contractors, in accordance with Section 8.4.7 below), to access or use Verizon OSS Facilities. 8.4.4 Z-Tel Reconex shall not (a) alter, modify or damage the Verizon OSS Facilities (including, but not limited to, Verizon software), (b) copy, remove, derive, reverse engineer, or decompile, software from the Verizon OSS Facilities, or (c) obtain access through Verizon OSS Facilities to Verizon databases, facilities, equipment, software, or systems, which are not offered for Z-TelReconex’s use under this Section 8. 8.4.5 Z-Tel Reconex shall comply with all practices and procedures established by Verizon for access to and use of Verizon OSS Facilities (including, but not limited to, Verizon practices and procedures with regard to security and use of access and user identification codes). Any changes to practices and procedures will be communicated through the Verizon Change Management Process and applied on a non-discriminatory basis. 8.4.6 All practices and procedures for access to and use of Verizon OSS Facilities, and all access and user identification codes for Verizon OSS Facilities: (a) shall remain the property of Verizon; (b) shall be used by Z-Tel Reconex only in connection with Z-TelReconex’s use of Verizon OSS Facilities permitted by this Section 8.; (c) shall be treated by Z-Tel Reconex as Confidential Information of Verizon pursuant to Section 10 of the Agreement; and, (d) shall be destroyed or returned by Z-Tel Reconex to Verizon upon the earlier of request by Verizon or the expiration or termination of the Agreement. 8.4.7 Z-TelReconex’s employees, agents and contractors may access and use Verizon OSS Facilities only to the extent necessary for Z-TelReconex’s access to and use of the Verizon OSS Facilities permitted by this Agreement. Any access to or use of Verizon OSS Facilities by Z-TelReconex’s employees, agents, or contractors, shall be subject to the provisions of the Agreement, including, but not limited to, Section 10 of the Agreement and Section 8.5.2.3 of this Attachment.

Any changes to practices and procedures will be communicated through the Verizon Change Management Process and applied on a non-discriminatory basis. 8.4.6 All practices and procedures for access to and use of Verizon OSS Facilities, and all access and user identification codes for Verizon OSS Facilities: (a) shall remain the property of Verizon; (b) shall be used by Z-Tel Rhythms only in connection with Z-Tel’s Rhythms' use of Verizon OSS Facilities permitted by this Section 8.; (c) shall be treated by Z-Tel Rhythms as Confidential Information of Verizon pursuant to Section 10 of the Agreement; and, (d) shall be destroyed or returned by Z-Tel Rhythms to Verizon upon the earlier of request by Verizon or the expiration or termination of the Agreement. 8.4.7 Z-Tel’s Rhythms' employees, agents and contractors may access and use Verizon OSS Facilities only to the extent necessary for Z-Tel’s Rhythms' access to and use of the Verizon OSS Facilities permitted by this Agreement. Any access to or use of Verizon OSS Facilities by Z-Tel’s Rhythms' employees, agents, or contractors, shall be subject to the provisions of the Agreement, including, but not limited to, Section 10 of the Agreement and Section 8.5.2.3 of this Attachment.

This Section 8 does not grant to Z-Tel VarTec any right or license to grant sublicenses to other persons, or permission to other persons (except Z- TelVarTec’s employees, agents and contractors, in accordance with Section 8.4.7 below), to access or use Verizon OSS Facilities. 8.4.4 Z-Tel VarTec shall not (a) alter, modify or damage the Verizon OSS Facilities (including, but not limited to, Verizon software), (b) copy, remove, derive, reverse engineer, or decompile, software from the Verizon OSS Facilities, or (c) obtain access through Verizon OSS Facilities to Verizon databases, facilities, equipment, software, or systems, which are not offered for Z-TelVarTec’s use under this Section 8. 8.4.5 Z-Tel VarTec shall comply with all practices and procedures established by Verizon for access to and use of Verizon OSS Facilities (including, but not limited to, Verizon practices and procedures with regard to security and use of access and user identification codes). Any changes to practices and procedures will be communicated through the Verizon Change Management Process and applied on a non-discriminatory basis. 8.4.6 All practices and procedures for access to and use of Verizon OSS Facilities, and all access and user identification codes for Verizon OSS Facilities: (a) shall remain the property of Verizon; (b) shall be used by Z-Tel VarTec only in connection with Z-TelVarTec’s use of Verizon OSS Facilities permitted by this Section 8.; (c) shall be treated by Z-Tel VarTec as Confidential Information of Verizon pursuant to Section 10 of the AgreementGeneral Terms and Conditions; and, (d) shall be destroyed or returned by Z-Tel VarTec to Verizon upon the earlier of request by Verizon or the expiration or termination of the this Agreement. 8.4.7 Z-TelVarTec’s employees, agents and contractors may access and use Verizon OSS Facilities only to the extent necessary for Z-TelVarTec’s access to and use of the Verizon OSS Facilities permitted by this Agreement. Any access to or use of Verizon OSS Facilities by Z-TelVarTec’s employees, agents, or contractors, shall be subject to the provisions of the this Agreement, including, but not limited to, Section 10 of the Agreement General Terms and Conditions and Section 8.5.2.3 of this Attachment.

This Section 8 does not grant to Z-Tel ICG any right or license to grant sublicenses to other persons, or permission to other persons (except Z- TelICG’s employees, agents and contractors, in accordance with Section 8.4.7 below), to access or use Verizon OSS Facilities. 8.4.4 Z-Tel ICG shall not (a) alter, modify or damage the Verizon OSS Facilities (including, but not limited to, Verizon software), (b) copy, remove, derive, reverse engineer, or decompile, software from the Verizon OSS Facilities, or (c) obtain access through Verizon OSS Facilities to Verizon databases, facilities, equipment, software, or systems, which are not offered for Z-TelICG’s use under this Section 8. 8.4.5 Z-Tel ICG shall comply with all practices and procedures established by Verizon for access to and use of Verizon OSS Facilities (including, but not limited to, Verizon practices and procedures with regard to security and use of access and user identification codes). Any changes to practices and procedures will be communicated through the Verizon Change Management Process and applied on a non-discriminatory basis. 8.4.6 All practices and procedures for access to and use of Verizon OSS Facilities, and all access and user identification codes for Verizon OSS Facilities: (a) shall remain the property of Verizon; (b) shall be used by Z-Tel ICG only in connection with Z-TelICG’s use of Verizon OSS Facilities permitted by this Section 8.; (c) shall be treated by Z-Tel ICG as Confidential Information of Verizon pursuant to Section 10 of the Agreement; and, (d) shall be destroyed or returned by Z-Tel to Verizon upon the earlier of request by Verizon or the expiration or termination of the Agreement. 8.4.7 Z-Tel’s employees, agents and contractors may access and use Verizon OSS Facilities only to the extent necessary for Z-Tel’s access to and use of the Verizon OSS Facilities permitted by this Agreement. Any access to or use of Verizon OSS Facilities by Z-Tel’s employees, agents, or contractors, shall be subject to the provisions of the Agreement, including, but not limited to, Section 10 of the Agreement and Section 8.5.2.3 of this Attachment.,

Z-Tel shall have the right to access, use and disclose information related to Verizon Customers that is in Z-Tel’s possession to the extent such access, use and/or disclosure has been authorized by the Z-Tel Customer in the manner required by Applicable Law. 8.4.3 Z-Tel BTLLC shall restrict access to and use of Verizon OSS Facilities to Z-TelBTLLC. This Section 8 does not grant to Z-Tel BTLLC any right or license to grant sublicenses to other persons, or permission to other persons (except Z- TelBTLLC’s employees, agents and contractors, in accordance with Section 8.4.7 below), to access or use Verizon OSS Facilities. 8.4.4 Z-Tel BTLLC shall not (a) alter, modify or damage the Verizon OSS Facilities (including, but not limited to, Verizon software), (b) copy, remove, derive, reverse engineer, or decompile, software from the Verizon OSS Facilities, or (c) obtain access through Verizon OSS Facilities to Verizon databases, facilities, equipment, software, or systems, which are not offered for Z-TelBTLLC’s use under this Section 8. 8.4.5 Z-Tel BTLLC shall comply with all practices and procedures established by Verizon for access to and use of Verizon OSS Facilities (including, but not limited to, Verizon practices and procedures with regard to security and use of access and user identification codes). Any changes to practices and procedures will be communicated through the Verizon Change Management Process and applied on a non-discriminatory basis. 8.4.6 All practices and procedures for access to and use of Verizon OSS Facilities, and all access and user identification codes for Verizon OSS Facilities: (a) shall remain the property of Verizon; (b) shall be used by Z-Tel BTLLC only in connection with Z-TelBTLLC’s use of Verizon OSS Facilities permitted by this Section 8.; (c) shall be treated by Z-Tel BTLLC as Confidential Information of Verizon pursuant to Section 10 of the Agreement; and, (d) shall be destroyed or returned by Z-Tel BTLLC to Verizon upon the earlier of request by Verizon or the expiration or termination of the Agreement. 8.4.7 Z-TelBTLLC’s employees, agents and contractors may access and use Verizon OSS Facilities only to the extent necessary for Z-TelBTLLC’s access to and use of the Verizon OSS Facilities permitted by this Agreement. Any access to or use of Verizon OSS Facilities by Z-TelBTLLC’s employees, agents, or contractors, shall be subject to the provisions of the Agreement, including, but not limited to, Section 10 of the Agreement and Section 8.5.2.3 of this Attachment.

Z-Tel shall have the right to access, use and disclose information related to Verizon Customers that is in Z-Tel’s possession to the extent such access, use and/or disclosure has been authorized by the Z-Tel Customer in the manner required by Applicable Law. 8.4.3 Z-Tel Excel shall restrict access to and use of Verizon OSS Facilities to Z-TelExcel. This Section 8 does not grant to Z-Tel Excel any right or license to grant sublicenses to other persons, or permission to other persons (except Z- TelExcel’s employees, agents and contractors, in accordance with Section 8.4.7 below), to access or use Verizon OSS Facilities. 8.4.4 Z-Tel Excel shall not (a) alter, modify or damage the Verizon OSS Facilities (including, but not limited to, Verizon software), (b) copy, remove, derive, reverse engineer, or decompile, software from the Verizon OSS Facilities, or (c) obtain access through Verizon OSS Facilities to Verizon databases, facilities, equipment, software, or systems, which are not offered for Z-TelExcel’s use under this Section 8. 8.4.5 Z-Tel Excel shall comply with all practices and procedures established by Verizon for access to and use of Verizon OSS Facilities (including, but not limited to, Verizon practices and procedures with regard to security and use of access and user identification codes). Access to and Use of Verizon OSS Facilities. 8.4.1 Verizon OSS Facilities may be accessed and used by Z-Tel Talk Unlimited only to the extent necessary for Z-TelTalk Unlimited’s access to and use of Verizon OSS Services pursuant to the this Agreement. 8.4.2 Verizon OSS Facilities may be accessed and used by Z-Tel as a tool Talk Unlimited only to provide Telecommunications Services to Z-Tel Talk Unlimited Customers. Z-Tel shall have the right to access, use and disclose information related to Verizon Customers that is in Z-Tel’s possession to the extent such access, use and/or disclosure has been authorized by the Z-Tel Customer in the manner required by Applicable Law. 8.4.3 Z-Tel Talk Unlimited shall restrict access to and use of Verizon OSS Facilities to Z-TelTalk Unlimited. This Section 8 does not grant to Z-Tel Talk Unlimited any right or license to grant sublicenses to other persons, or permission to other persons (except Z- TelTalk Unlimited’s employees, agents and contractors, in accordance with Section 8.4.7 below), to access or use Verizon OSS Facilities. 8.4.4 Z-Tel Talk Unlimited shall not (a) alter, modify or damage the Verizon OSS Facilities (including, but not limited to, Verizon software), (b) copy, remove, derive, reverse engineer, or decompile, software from the Verizon OSS Facilities, or (c) obtain access through Verizon OSS Facilities to Verizon databases, facilities, equipment, software, or systems, which are not offered for Z-TelTalk Unlimited’s use under this Section 8. 8.4.5 Z-Tel Talk Unlimited shall comply with all practices and procedures established by Verizon for access to and use of Verizon OSS Facilities (including, but not limited to, Verizon practices and procedures with regard to security and use of access and user identification codes). Any changes to practices and procedures will be communicated through the Verizon Change Management Process and applied on a non-discriminatory basis. 8.4.6 All practices and procedures for access to and use of Verizon OSS Facilities, and all access and user identification codes for Verizon OSS Facilities: (a) shall remain the property of Verizon; (b) shall be used by Z-Tel Talk Unlimited only in connection with Z-TelTalk Unlimited’s use of Verizon OSS Facilities permitted by this Section 8.; (c) shall be treated by Z-Tel Talk Unlimited as Confidential Information of Verizon pursuant to Section 10 of the AgreementGeneral Terms and Conditions; and, (d) shall be destroyed or returned by Z-Tel Talk Unlimited to Verizon upon the earlier of request by Verizon or the expiration or termination of the this Agreement. 8.4.7 Z-TelTalk Unlimited’s employees, agents and contractors may access and use Verizon OSS Facilities only to the extent necessary for Z-TelTalk Unlimited’s access to and use of the Verizon OSS Facilities permitted by this Agreement. Any access to or use of Verizon OSS Facilities by Z-TelTalk Unlimited’s employees, agents, or contractors, shall be subject to the provisions of the this Agreement, including, but not limited to, Section 10 of the Agreement General Terms and Conditions and Section 8.5.2.3 of this Attachment.

Access to and Use of Verizon OSS Facilities. 8.4.1 Verizon OSS Facilities may be accessed and used by Z-Tel GNAPs only to the extent necessary for Z-Tel’s GNAPs’ access to and use of Verizon OSS Services pursuant to the this Agreement. 8.4.2 Verizon OSS Facilities may be accessed and used by Z-Tel as a tool GNAPs only to provide Telecommunications Services to Z-Tel GNAPs Customers. Z-Tel shall have the right to access, use and disclose information related to Verizon Customers that is in Z-Tel’s possession to the extent such access, use and/or disclosure has been authorized by the Z-Tel Customer in the manner required by Applicable Law. 8.4.3 Z-Tel GNAPs shall restrict access to and use of Verizon OSS Facilities to Z-TelGNAPs. This Section 8 does not grant to Z-Tel GNAPs any right or license to grant sublicenses to other persons, or permission to other persons (except Z- Tel’s GNAPs’ employees, agents and contractors, in accordance with Section 8.4.7 below), to access or use Verizon OSS Facilities. 8.4.4 Z-Tel GNAPs shall not (a) alter, modify or damage the Verizon OSS Facilities (including, but not limited to, Verizon software), (b) copy, remove, derive, reverse engineer, or decompile, software from the Verizon OSS Facilities, or (c) obtain access through Verizon OSS Facilities to Verizon databases, facilities, equipment, software, or systems, which are not offered for Z-Tel’s GNAPs’ use under this Section 8. 8.4.5 Z-Tel GNAPs shall comply with all practices and procedures established by Verizon for access to and use of Verizon OSS Facilities (including, but not limited to, Verizon practices and procedures with regard to security and use of access and user identification codes). Any changes to practices and procedures will be communicated through the Verizon Change Management Process and applied on a non-discriminatory basis. 8.4.6 All practices and procedures for access to and use of Verizon OSS Facilities, and all access and user identification codes for Verizon OSS Facilities: (a) shall remain the property of Verizon; (b) shall be used by Z-Tel GNAPs only in connection with Z-Tel’s GNAPs’ use of Verizon OSS Facilities permitted by this Section 8.; (c) shall be treated by Z-Tel GNAPs as Confidential Information of Verizon pursuant to Section 10 of the AgreementGeneral Terms and Conditions; and, (d) shall be destroyed or returned by Z-Tel GNAPs to Verizon upon the earlier of request by Verizon or the expiration or termination of the this Agreement. 8.4.7 Z-Tel’s GNAPs’ employees, agents and contractors may access and use Verizon OSS Facilities only to the extent necessary for Z-Tel’s GNAPs’ access to and use of the Verizon OSS Facilities permitted by this Agreement. Any access to or use of Verizon OSS Facilities by Z-Tel’s GNAPs’ employees, agents, or contractors, shall be subject to the provisions of the this Agreement, including, but not limited to, Section 10 of the Agreement General Terms and Conditions and Section 8.5.2.3 of this Attachment.

Access to and Use of Verizon OSS Facilities. 8.4.1 Verizon OSS Facilities may be accessed and used by Z-Tel D&E only to the extent necessary for Z-TelD&E’s access to and use of Verizon OSS Services pursuant to the Agreement. 8.4.2 Verizon OSS Facilities may be accessed and used by Z-Tel as a tool D&E only to provide Telecommunications Services to Z-Tel D&E Customers. Z-Tel shall have the right to access, use and disclose information related to Verizon Customers that is in Z-Tel’s possession to the extent such access, use and/or disclosure has been authorized by the Z-Tel Customer in the manner required by Applicable Law. 8.4.3 Z-Tel D&E shall restrict access to and use of Verizon OSS Facilities to Z-Tel. D&E. This Section 8 does not grant to Z-Tel D&E any right or license to grant sublicenses to other persons, or permission to other persons (except Z- TelD&E’s employees, agents and contractors, in accordance with Section 8.4.7 below), to access or use Verizon OSS Facilities. 8.4.4 Z-Tel D&E shall not (a) alter, modify or damage the Verizon OSS Facilities (including, but not limited to, Verizon software), (b) copy, remove, derive, reverse engineer, or decompile, software from the Verizon OSS Facilities, or (c) obtain access through Verizon OSS Facilities to Verizon databases, facilities, equipment, software, or systems, which are not offered for Z-TelD&E’s use under this Section 8. 8.4.5 Z-Tel D&E shall comply with all practices and procedures established by Verizon for access to and use of Verizon OSS Facilities (including, but not limited to, Verizon practices and procedures with regard to security and use of access and user identification codes). Any changes to practices and procedures will be communicated through the Verizon Change Management Process and applied on a non-discriminatory basis. 8.4.6 All practices and procedures for access to and use of Verizon OSS Facilities, and all access and user identification codes for Verizon OSS Facilities: (a) shall remain the property of Verizon; (b) shall be used by Z-Tel D&E only in connection with Z-TelD&E’s use of Verizon OSS Facilities permitted by this Section 8.; (c) shall be treated by Z-Tel D&E as Confidential Information of Verizon pursuant to Section 10 of the Agreement; and, (d) shall be destroyed or returned by Z-Tel D&E to Verizon upon the earlier of request by Verizon or the expiration or termination of the Agreement. 8.4.7 Z-TelD&E’s employees, agents and contractors may access and use Verizon OSS Facilities only to the extent necessary for Z-TelD&E’s access to and use of the Verizon OSS Facilities permitted by this Agreement. Any access to or use of Verizon OSS Facilities by Z-TelD&E’s employees, agents, or contractors, shall be subject to the provisions of the Agreement, including, but not limited to, Section 10 of the Agreement and Section 8.5.2.3 of this Attachment.

Access to and Use of Verizon OSS Facilities. 8.4.1 Verizon OSS Facilities may be accessed and used by Z-Tel NUI only to the extent necessary for Z-TelNUI’s access to and use of Verizon OSS Services pursuant to the this Agreement. 8.4.2 Verizon OSS Facilities may be accessed and used by Z-Tel as a tool NUI only to provide Telecommunications Services to Z-Tel NUI Customers. Z-Tel shall have the right to access, use and disclose information related to Verizon Customers that is in Z-Tel’s possession to the extent such access, use and/or disclosure has been authorized by the Z-Tel Customer in the manner required by Applicable Law. 8.4.3 Z-Tel NUI shall restrict access to and use of Verizon OSS Facilities to Z-TelNUI. This Section 8 does not grant to Z-Tel NUI any right or license to grant sublicenses to other persons, or permission to other persons (except Z- TelNUI’s employees, agents and contractors, in accordance with Section 8.4.7 belowof this Attachment), to access or use Verizon OSS Facilities. 8.4.4 Z-Tel NUI shall not (a) alter, modify or damage the Verizon OSS Facilities (including, but not limited to, Verizon software), (b) copy, remove, derive, reverse engineer, or decompile, software from the Verizon OSS Facilities, or (c) obtain access through Verizon OSS Facilities to Verizon databases, facilities, equipment, software, or systems, which are not offered for Z-TelNUI’s use under this Section 8. 8.4.5 Z-Tel NUI shall comply with all practices and procedures established by Verizon for access to and use of Verizon OSS Facilities (including, but not limited to, Verizon practices and procedures with regard to security and use of access and user identification codes). Any changes to practices and procedures will be communicated through the Verizon Change Management Process and applied on a non-discriminatory basis. 8.4.6 All practices and procedures for access to and use of Verizon OSS Facilities, and all access and user identification codes for Verizon OSS Facilities: (a) shall remain the property of Verizon; (b) shall be used by Z-Tel NUI only in connection with Z-TelNUI’s use of Verizon OSS Facilities permitted by this Section 8.; (c) shall be treated by Z-Tel NUI as Confidential Information of Verizon pursuant to Section 10 of the AgreementGeneral Terms and Conditions; and, (d) shall be destroyed or returned by Z-Tel NUI to Verizon upon the earlier of request by Verizon or the expiration or termination of the this Agreement. 8.4.7 Z-TelNUI’s employees, agents and contractors may access and use Verizon OSS Facilities only to the extent necessary for Z-TelNUI’s access to and use of the Verizon OSS Facilities permitted by this Agreement. Any access to or use of Verizon OSS Facilities by Z-TelNUI’s employees, agents, or contractors, shall be subject to the provisions of the this Agreement, including, but not limited to, Section 10 of the Agreement General Terms and Conditions and Section 8.5.2.3 8.5.3.2 of this Attachment.

Access to and Use of Verizon OSS Facilities. 8.4.1 Verizon OSS Facilities may be accessed and used by Z-Tel Premiere only to the extent necessary for Z-TelPremiere’s access to and use of Verizon OSS Services pursuant to the Agreement. 8.4.2 Verizon OSS Facilities may be accessed and used by Z-Tel as a tool Premiere only to provide Telecommunications Services to Z-Tel Premiere Customers. Z-Tel shall have the right to access, use and disclose information related to Verizon Customers that is in Z-Tel’s possession to the extent such access, use and/or disclosure has been authorized by the Z-Tel Customer in the manner required by Applicable Law. 8.4.3 Z-Tel Premiere shall restrict access to and use of Verizon OSS Facilities to Z-TelPremiere. This Section 8 does not grant to Z-Tel Premiere any right or license to grant sublicenses to other persons, or permission to other persons (except Z- TelPremiere’s employees, agents and contractors, in accordance with Section 8.4.7 below), to access or use Verizon OSS Facilities. 8.4.4 Z-Tel Premiere shall not (a) alter, modify or damage the Verizon OSS Facilities (including, but not limited to, Verizon software), (b) copy, remove, derive, reverse engineer, or decompile, software from the Verizon OSS Facilities, or (c) obtain access through Verizon OSS Facilities to Verizon databases, facilities, equipment, software, or systems, which are not offered for Z-TelPremiere’s use under this Section 8. 8.4.5 Z-Tel Premiere shall comply with all practices and procedures established by Verizon for access to and use of Verizon OSS Facilities (including, but not limited to, Verizon practices and procedures with regard to security and use of access and user identification codes). Any changes to practices and procedures will be communicated through the Verizon Change Management Process and applied on a non-discriminatory basis. 8.4.6 All practices and procedures for access to and use of Verizon OSS Facilities, and all access and user identification codes for Verizon OSS Facilities: (a) shall remain the property of Verizon; (b) shall be used by Z-Tel Premiere only in connection with Z-TelPremiere’s use of Verizon OSS Facilities permitted by this Section 8.; (c) shall be treated by Z-Tel Premiere as Confidential Information of Verizon pursuant to Section 10 of the Agreement; and, (d) shall be destroyed or returned by Z-Tel Premiere to Verizon upon the earlier of request by Verizon or the expiration or termination of the Agreement. 8.4.7 Z-TelPremiere’s employees, agents and contractors may access and use Verizon OSS Facilities only to the extent necessary for Z-TelPremiere’s access to and use of the Verizon OSS Facilities permitted by this Agreement. Any access to or use of Verizon OSS Facilities by Z-TelPremiere’s employees, agents, or contractors, shall be subject to the provisions of the Agreement, including, but not limited to, Section 10 of the Agreement and Section 8.5.2.3 of this Attachment.

Access to and Use of Verizon OSS Facilities. 8.4.1 Verizon OSS Facilities may be accessed and used by Z-Tel BTI only to the extent necessary for Z-TelBTI’s access to and use of Verizon OSS Services pursuant to the Agreement. 8.4.2 Verizon OSS Facilities may be accessed and used by Z-Tel as a tool BTI only to provide or to facilitate provisioning of Telecommunications Services to Z-Tel BTI Customers. Z-Tel shall have the right to access, use and disclose information related to Verizon Customers that is in Z-Tel’s possession to the extent such access, use and/or disclosure has been authorized by the Z-Tel Customer in the manner required by Applicable Law. 8.4.3 Z-Tel BTI shall restrict access to and use of Verizon OSS Facilities to Z-TelBTI. This Section 8 does not grant to Z-Tel BTI any right or license to grant sublicenses to other persons, or permission to other persons (except Z- TelBTI’s employees, agents and contractors, in accordance with Section 8.4.7 below), to access or use Verizon OSS Facilities. 8.4.4 Z-Tel BTI shall not (a) alter, modify or damage the Verizon OSS Facilities (including, but not limited to, Verizon software), (b) copy, remove, derive, reverse engineer, or decompile, software from the Verizon OSS Facilities, or (c) obtain access through Verizon OSS Facilities to Verizon databases, facilities, equipment, software, or systems, which are not offered for Z-TelBTI’s use under this Section 8. 8.4.5 Z-Tel BTI shall comply with all practices and procedures established by Verizon for access to and use of Verizon OSS Facilities (including, but not limited to, Verizon practices and procedures with regard to security and use of access and user identification codes). Any changes to Verizon shall provide BTI notice of applicable practices and procedures will be communicated through the Verizon Change Management Process via Verizon's website and applied on a non-discriminatory basisof changes to said practices and procedures via established change management processes. 8.4.6 All practices and procedures for access to and use of Verizon OSS Facilities, and all access and user identification codes for Verizon OSS Facilities: (a) shall remain the property of Verizon; (b) shall be used by Z-Tel BTI only in connection with Z-TelBTI’s use of Verizon OSS Facilities permitted by this Section 8.; (c) shall be treated by Z-Tel BTI as Confidential Information of Verizon pursuant to Section 10 of the Agreement; and, (d) shall be destroyed or returned by Z-Tel BTI to Verizon upon the earlier of request by Verizon or the expiration or termination of the Agreement. 8.4.7 Z-TelBTI’s employees, agents and contractors may access and use Verizon OSS Facilities only to the extent necessary for Z-TelBTI’s access to and use of the Verizon OSS Facilities permitted by this Agreement. Any access to or use of Verizon OSS Facilities by Z-TelBTI’s employees, agents, or contractors, shall be subject to the provisions of the Agreement, including, but not limited to, Section 10 of the Agreement and Section 8.5.2.3 of this Attachment.

Z-Tel shall have the right to access, use and disclose information related to Verizon Customers that is in Z-Tel’s possession to the extent such access, use and/or disclosure has been authorized by the Z-Tel Customer in the manner required by Applicable Law. 8.4.3 Z-Tel RACC shall restrict access to and use of Verizon OSS Facilities to Z-TelRACC. This Section 8 does not grant to Z-Tel RACC any right or license to grant sublicenses to other persons, or permission to other persons (except Z- TelRACC’s employees, agents and contractors, in accordance with Section 8.4.7 below), to access or use Verizon OSS Facilities. 8.4.4 Z-Tel RACC shall not (a) alter, modify or damage the Verizon OSS Facilities (including, but not limited to, Verizon software), (b) copy, remove, derive, reverse engineer, or decompile, software from the Verizon OSS Facilities, or (c) obtain access through Verizon OSS Facilities to Verizon databases, facilities, equipment, software, or systems, which are not offered for Z-TelRACC’s use under this Section 8. 8.4.5 Z-Tel RACC shall comply with all practices and procedures established by Verizon for access to and use of Verizon OSS Facilities (including, but not limited to, Verizon practices and procedures with regard to security and use of access and user identification codes). Any changes to practices and procedures will be communicated through the Verizon Change Management Process and applied on a non-discriminatory basis. 8.4.6 All practices and procedures for access to and use of Verizon OSS Facilities, and all access and user identification codes for Verizon OSS Facilities: (a) shall remain the property of Verizon; (b) shall be used by Z-Tel RACC only in connection with Z-TelRACC’s use of Verizon OSS Facilities permitted by this Section 8.; (c) shall be treated by Z-Tel RACC as Confidential Information of Verizon pursuant to Section 10 of the AgreementGeneral Terms and Conditions; and, (d) shall be destroyed or returned by Z-Tel RACC to Verizon upon the earlier of request by Verizon or the expiration or termination of the this Agreement. 8.4.7 Z-TelRACC’s employees, agents and contractors may access and use Verizon OSS Facilities only to the extent necessary for Z-TelRACC’s access to and use of the Verizon OSS Facilities permitted by this Agreement. Any access to or use of Verizon OSS Facilities by Z-TelRACC’s employees, agents, or contractors, shall be subject to the provisions of the this Agreement, including, but not limited to, Section 10 of the Agreement General Terms and Conditions and Section 8.5.2.3 of this Attachment.Attachment.‌

Any changes to practices and procedures will be communicated through the Verizon Change Management Process and applied on a non-discriminatory basis. 8.4.6 All practices and procedures for access to and use of Verizon OSS Facilities, and all access and user identification codes for Verizon OSS Facilities: (a) shall remain the property of Verizon; (b) shall be used by Z-Tel BitWise only in connection with Z-TelBitWise’s use of Verizon OSS Facilities permitted by this Section 8.; (c) shall be treated by Z-Tel BitWise as Confidential Information of Verizon pursuant to Section 10 of the Agreement; and, (d) shall be destroyed or returned by Z-Tel BitWise to Verizon upon the earlier of request by Verizon or the expiration or termination of the Agreement. 8.4.7 Z-TelBitWise’s employees, agents and contractors may access and use Verizon OSS Facilities only to the extent necessary for Z-TelBitWise’s access to and use of the Verizon OSS Facilities permitted by this Agreement. Any access to or use of Verizon OSS Facilities by Z-TelBitWise’s employees, agents, or contractors, shall be subject to the provisions of the Agreement, including, but not limited to, Section 10 of the Agreement and Section 8.5.2.3 of this Attachment.

Access to and Use of Verizon OSS Facilities. 8.4.1 Verizon OSS Facilities may be accessed and used by Z-Tel NUI only to the extent necessary for Z-TelNUI’s access to and use of Verizon OSS Services pursuant to the this Agreement. 8.4.2 Verizon OSS Facilities may be accessed and used by Z-Tel as a tool NUI only to provide Telecommunications Services to Z-Tel NUI Customers. Z-Tel shall have the right to access, use and disclose information related to Verizon Customers that is in Z-Tel’s possession to the extent such access, use and/or disclosure has been authorized by the Z-Tel Customer in the manner required by Applicable Law. 8.4.3 Z-Tel NUI shall restrict access to and use of Verizon OSS Facilities to Z-TelNUI. This Section 8 does not grant to Z-Tel NUI any right or license to grant sublicenses to other persons, or permission to other persons (except Z- TelNUI’s employees, agents and contractors, in accordance with Section 8.4.7 below), to access or use Verizon OSS Facilities. 8.4.4 Z-Tel NUI shall not (a) alter, modify or damage the Verizon OSS Facilities (including, but not limited to, Verizon software), (b) copy, remove, derive, reverse engineer, or decompile, software from the Verizon OSS Facilities, or (c) obtain access through Verizon OSS Facilities to Verizon databases, facilities, equipment, software, or systems, which are not offered for Z-TelNUI’s use under this Section 8. 8.4.5 Z-Tel NUI shall comply with all practices and procedures established by Verizon for access to and use of Verizon OSS Facilities (including, but not limited to, Verizon practices and procedures with regard to security and use of access and user identification codes). Any changes to practices and procedures will be communicated through the Verizon Change Management Process and applied on a non-discriminatory basis. 8.4.6 All practices and procedures for access to and use of Verizon OSS Facilities, and all access and user identification codes for Verizon OSS Facilities: (a) shall remain the property of Verizon; (b) shall be used by Z-Tel NUI only in connection with Z-TelNUI’s use of Verizon OSS Facilities permitted by this Section 8.; (c) shall be treated by Z-Tel NUI as Confidential Information of Verizon pursuant to Section 10 of the AgreementGeneral Terms and Conditions; and, (d) shall be destroyed or returned by Z-Tel NUI to Verizon upon the earlier of request by Verizon or the expiration or termination of the this Agreement. 8.4.7 Z-TelNUI’s employees, agents and contractors may access and use Verizon OSS Facilities only to the extent necessary for Z-TelNUI’s access to and use of the Verizon OSS Facilities permitted by this Agreement. Any access to or use of Verizon OSS Facilities by Z-TelNUI’s employees, agents, or contractors, shall be subject to the provisions of the this Agreement, including, but not limited to, Section 10 of the Agreement General Terms and Conditions and Section 8.5.2.3 of this Attachment.

Access to and Use of Verizon OSS Facilities. 8.4.1 Verizon OSS Facilities may be accessed and used by Z-Tel MMG only to the extent necessary for Z-TelMMG’s access to and use of Verizon OSS Services pursuant to the this Agreement. 8.4.2 Verizon OSS Facilities may be accessed and used by Z-Tel as a tool MMG only to provide Telecommunications Services to Z-Tel MMG Customers. Z-Tel shall have the right to access, use and disclose information related to Verizon Customers that is in Z-Tel’s possession to the extent such access, use and/or disclosure has been authorized by the Z-Tel Customer in the manner required by Applicable Law. 8.4.3 Z-Tel MMG shall restrict access to and use of Verizon OSS Facilities to Z-TelMMG. This Section 8 does not grant to Z-Tel MMG any right or license to grant sublicenses to other persons, or permission to other persons (except Z- TelMMG’s employees, agents and contractors, in accordance with Section 8.4.7 belowof this Attachment), to access or use Verizon OSS Facilities. 8.4.4 Z-Tel MMG shall not (a) alter, modify or damage the Verizon OSS Facilities (including, but not limited to, Verizon software), (b) copy, remove, derive, reverse engineer, or decompile, software from the Verizon OSS Facilities, or (c) obtain access through Verizon OSS Facilities to Verizon databases, facilities, equipment, software, or systems, which are not offered for Z-TelMMG’s use under this Section 8. 8.4.5 Z-Tel MMG shall comply with all practices and procedures established by Verizon for access to and use of Verizon OSS Facilities (including, but not limited to, Verizon practices and procedures with regard to security and use of access and user identification codes). Any changes to practices and procedures will be communicated through the Verizon Change Management Process and applied on a non-discriminatory basis. 8.4.6 All practices and procedures for access to and use of Verizon OSS Facilities, and all access and user identification codes for Verizon OSS Facilities: (a) shall remain the property of Verizon; (b) shall be used by Z-Tel MMG only in connection with Z-TelMMG’s use of Verizon OSS Facilities permitted by this Section 8.; (c) shall be treated by Z-Tel MMG as Confidential Information of Verizon pursuant to Section 10 of the AgreementGeneral Terms and Conditions; and, (d) shall be destroyed or returned by Z-Tel MMG to Verizon upon the earlier of request by Verizon or the expiration or termination of the this Agreement. 8.4.7 Z-TelMMG’s employees, agents and contractors may access and use Verizon OSS Facilities only to the extent necessary for Z-TelMMG’s access to and use of the Verizon OSS Facilities permitted by this Agreement. Any access to or use of Verizon OSS Facilities by Z-TelMMG’s employees, agents, or contractors, shall be subject to the provisions of the this Agreement, including, but not limited to, Section 10 of the Agreement General Terms and Conditions and Section 8.5.2.3 8.5.3.2 of this Attachment.

Access to and Use of Verizon OSS Facilities. 8.4.1 Verizon OSS Facilities may be accessed and used by Z-Tel ReFlex only to the extent necessary for Z-TelReFlex’s access to and use of Verizon OSS Services pursuant to the Agreement. 8.4.2 Verizon OSS Facilities may be accessed and used by Z-Tel as a tool ReFlex only to provide Telecommunications Services to Z-Tel ReFlex Customers. This Section 8 does not grant to Z-Tel ReFlex any right or license to grant sublicenses to other persons, or permission to other persons (except Z- TelReFlex’s employees, agents and contractors, in accordance with Section 8.4.7 below), to access or use Verizon OSS Facilities. 8.4.4 Z-Tel ReFlex shall not (a) alter, modify or damage the Verizon OSS Facilities (including, but not limited to, Verizon software), (b) copy, remove, derive, reverse engineer, or decompile, software from the Verizon OSS Facilities, or (c) obtain access through Verizon OSS Facilities to Verizon databases, facilities, equipment, software, or systems, which are not offered for Z-TelReFlex’s use under this Section 8. 8.4.5 Z-Tel ReFlex shall comply with all practices and procedures established by Verizon for access to and use of Verizon OSS Facilities (including, but not limited to, Verizon practices and procedures with regard to security and use of access and user identification codes). Any changes to practices and procedures will be communicated through the Verizon Change Management Process and applied on a non-discriminatory basis. 8.4.6 All practices and procedures for access to and use of Verizon OSS Facilities, and all access and user identification codes for Verizon OSS Facilities: (a) shall remain the property of Verizon; (b) shall be used by Z-Tel ReFlex only in connection with Z-TelReFlex’s use of Verizon OSS Facilities permitted by this Section 8.; (c) shall be treated by Z-Tel ReFlex as Confidential Information of Verizon pursuant to Section 10 of the Agreement; and, (d) shall be destroyed or returned by Z-Tel ReFlex to Verizon upon the earlier of request by Verizon or the expiration or termination of the Agreement. 8.4.7 Z-TelReFlex’s employees, agents and contractors may access and use Verizon OSS Facilities only to the extent necessary for Z-TelReFlex’s access to and use of the Verizon OSS Facilities permitted by this Agreement. Any access to or use of Verizon OSS Facilities by Z-TelReFlex’s employees, agents, or contractors, shall be subject to the provisions of the Agreement, including, but not limited to, Section 10 of the Agreement and Section 8.5.2.3 of this Attachment.

Access to and Use of Verizon OSS Facilities. 8.4.1 Verizon OSS Facilities may be accessed and used by Z-Tel Ciera only to the extent necessary for Z-TelCiera’s access to and use of Verizon OSS Services pursuant to the this Agreement. 8.4.2 Verizon OSS Facilities may be accessed and used by Z-Tel as a tool Ciera only to provide Telecommunications Services to Z-Tel Ciera Customers. Z-Tel shall have the right to access, use and disclose information related to Verizon Customers that is in Z-Tel’s possession to the extent such access, use and/or disclosure has been authorized by the Z-Tel Customer in the manner required by Applicable Law. 8.4.3 Z-Tel Ciera shall restrict access to and use of Verizon OSS Facilities to Z-TelCiera. This Section 8 does not grant to Z-Tel Ciera any right or license to grant sublicenses to other persons, or permission to other persons (except Z- TelCiera’s employees, agents and contractors, in accordance with Section 8.4.7 below), to access or use Verizon OSS Facilities. 8.4.4 Z-Tel Ciera shall not (a) alter, modify or damage the Verizon OSS Facilities (including, but not limited to, Verizon software), (b) copy, remove, derive, reverse engineer, or decompile, software from the Verizon OSS Facilities, or (c) obtain access through Verizon OSS Facilities to Verizon databases, facilities, equipment, software, or systems, which are not offered for Z-TelCiera’s use under this Section 8. 8.4.5 Z-Tel Ciera shall comply with all practices and procedures established by Verizon for access to and use of Verizon OSS Facilities (including, but not limited to, Verizon practices and procedures with regard to security and use of access and user identification codes). Any changes to practices and procedures will be communicated through the Verizon Change Management Process and applied on a non-discriminatory basis. 8.4.6 All practices and procedures for access to and use of Verizon OSS Facilities, and all access and user identification codes for Verizon OSS Facilities: (a) shall remain the property of Verizon; (b) shall be used by Z-Tel Ciera only in connection with Z-TelCiera’s use of Verizon OSS Facilities permitted by this Section 8.; (c) shall be treated by Z-Tel Ciera as Confidential Information of Verizon pursuant to Section 10 of the AgreementGeneral Terms and Conditions; and, (d) shall be destroyed or returned by Z-Tel Ciera to Verizon upon the earlier of request by Verizon or the expiration or termination of the this Agreement. 8.4.7 Z-TelCiera’s employees, agents and contractors may access and use Verizon OSS Facilities only to the extent necessary for Z-TelCiera’s access to and use of the Verizon OSS Facilities permitted by this Agreement. Any access to or use of Verizon OSS Facilities by Z-TelCiera’s employees, agents, or contractors, shall be subject to the provisions of the this Agreement, including, but not limited to, Section 10 of the Agreement General Terms and Conditions and Section 8.5.2.3 of this Attachment.

Access to and Use of Verizon OSS Facilities. 8.4.1 Verizon OSS Facilities may be accessed and used by Z-Tel Access Point only to the extent necessary for Z-TelAccess Point’s access to and use of Verizon OSS Services pursuant to the this Agreement. 8.4.2 Verizon OSS Facilities may be accessed and used by Z-Tel as a tool Access Point only to provide Telecommunications Services to Z-Tel Access Point Customers. Z-Tel shall have the right to access, use and disclose information related to Verizon Customers that is in Z-Tel’s possession to the extent such access, use and/or disclosure has been authorized by the Z-Tel Customer in the manner required by Applicable Law. 8.4.3 Z-Tel Access Point shall restrict access to and use of Verizon OSS Facilities to Z-TelAccess Point. This Section 8 does not grant to Z-Tel Access Point any right or license to grant sublicenses to other persons, or permission to other persons (except Z- TelAccess Point’s employees, agents and contractors, in accordance with Section 8.4.7 below), to access or use Verizon OSS Facilities. 8.4.4 Z-Tel Access Point shall not (a) alter, modify or damage the Verizon OSS Facilities (including, but not limited to, Verizon software), (b) copy, remove, derive, reverse engineer, or decompile, software from the Verizon OSS Facilities, or (c) obtain access through Verizon OSS Facilities to Verizon databases, facilities, equipment, software, or systems, which are not offered for Z-TelAccess Point’s use under this Section 8. 8.4.5 Z-Tel Access Point shall comply with all practices and procedures established by Verizon for access to and use of Verizon OSS Facilities (including, but not limited to, Verizon practices and procedures with regard to security and use of access and user identification codes). Any changes to practices and procedures will be communicated through the Verizon Change Management Process and applied on a non-discriminatory basis. 8.4.6 All practices and procedures for access to and use of Verizon OSS Facilities, and all access and user identification codes for Verizon OSS Facilities: (a) shall remain the property of Verizon; (b) shall be used by Z-Tel Access Point only in connection with Z-TelAccess Point’s use of Verizon OSS Facilities permitted by this Section 8.; (c) shall be treated by Z-Tel Access Point as Confidential Information of Verizon pursuant to Section 10 of the AgreementGeneral Terms and Conditions; and, (d) shall be destroyed or returned by Z-Tel Access Point to Verizon upon the earlier of request by Verizon or the expiration or termination of the this Agreement. 8.4.7 Z-TelAccess Point’s employees, agents and contractors may access and use Verizon OSS Facilities only to the extent necessary for Z-TelAccess Point’s access to and use of the Verizon OSS Facilities permitted by this Agreement. Any access to or use of Verizon OSS Facilities by Z-TelAccess Point’s employees, agents, or contractors, shall be subject to the provisions of the this Agreement, including, but not limited to, Section 10 of the Agreement General Terms and Conditions and Section 8.5.2.3 of this Attachment.

Z-Tel shall have the right to access, use and disclose information related to Verizon Customers that is in Z-Tel’s possession to the extent such access, use and/or disclosure has been authorized by the Z-Tel Customer in the manner required by Applicable Law. 8.4.3 Z-Tel Best shall restrict access to and use of Verizon OSS Facilities to Z-TelBest. This Section 8 does not grant to Z-Tel Best any right or license to grant sublicenses to other persons, or permission to other persons (except Z- TelBest’s employees, agents and contractors, in accordance with Section 8.4.7 below), to access or use Verizon OSS Facilities. 8.4.4 Z-Tel Best shall not (a) alter, modify or damage the Verizon OSS Facilities (including, but not limited to, Verizon software), (b) copy, remove, derive, reverse engineer, or decompile, software from the Verizon OSS Facilities, or (c) obtain access through Verizon OSS Facilities to Verizon databases, facilities, equipment, software, or systems, which are not offered for Z-TelBest’s use under this Section 8. 8.4.5 Z-Tel Best shall comply with all practices and procedures established by Verizon for access to and use of Verizon OSS Facilities (including, but not limited to, Verizon practices and procedures with regard to security and use of access and user identification codes). Any changes to practices and procedures will be communicated through the Verizon Change Management Process and applied on a non-discriminatory basis. 8.4.6 All practices and procedures for access to and use of Verizon OSS Facilities, and all access and user identification codes for Verizon OSS Facilities: (a) shall remain the property of Verizon; (b) shall be used by Z-Tel Best only in connection with Z-TelBest’s use of Verizon OSS Facilities permitted by this Section 8.; (c) shall be treated by Z-Tel Best as Confidential Information of Verizon pursuant to Section 10 of the Agreement; and, (d) shall be destroyed or returned by Z-Tel Best to Verizon upon the earlier of request by Verizon or the expiration or termination of the Agreement. 8.4.7 Z-TelBest’s employees, agents and contractors may access and use Verizon OSS Facilities only to the extent necessary for Z-TelBest’s access to and use of the Verizon OSS Facilities permitted by this Agreement. Any access to or use of Verizon OSS Facilities by Z-TelBest’s employees, agents, or contractors, shall be subject to the provisions of the Agreement, including, but not limited to, Section 10 of the Agreement and Section 8.5.2.3 of this Attachment.

Access to and Use of Verizon OSS Facilities. 8.4.1 Verizon OSS Facilities may be accessed and used by Z-Tel Budget Phone only to the extent necessary for Z-TelBudget Phone’s access to and use of Verizon OSS Services pursuant to the Agreement. 8.4.2 Verizon OSS Facilities may be accessed and used by Z-Tel as a tool Budget Phone only to provide Telecommunications Services to Z-Tel Budget Phone Customers. Z-Tel shall have the right to access, use and disclose information related to Verizon Customers that is in Z-Tel’s possession to the extent such access, use and/or disclosure has been authorized by the Z-Tel Customer in the manner required by Applicable Law. 8.4.3 Z-Tel Budget Phone shall restrict access to and use of Verizon OSS Facilities to Z-TelBudget Phone. This Section 8 does not grant to Z-Tel Budget Phone any right or license to grant sublicenses to other persons, or permission to other persons (except Z- TelBudget Phone’s employees, agents and contractors, in accordance with Section 8.4.7 below), to access or use Verizon OSS Facilities. 8.4.4 Z-Tel Budget Phone shall not (a) alter, modify or damage the Verizon OSS Facilities (including, but not limited to, Verizon software), (b) copy, remove, derive, reverse engineer, or decompile, software from the Verizon OSS Facilities, or (c) obtain access through Verizon OSS Facilities to Verizon databases, facilities, equipment, software, or systems, which are not offered for Z-TelBudget Phone’s use under this Section 8. 8.4.5 Z-Tel Budget Phone shall comply with all practices and procedures established by Verizon for access to and use of Verizon OSS Facilities (including, but not limited to, Verizon practices and procedures with regard to security and use of access and user identification codes). Any changes to practices and procedures will be communicated through the Verizon Change Management Process and applied on a non-discriminatory basis. 8.4.6 All practices and procedures for access to and use of Verizon OSS Facilities, and all access and user identification codes for Verizon OSS Facilities: (a) shall remain the property of Verizon; (b) shall be used by Z-Tel Budget Phone only in connection with Z-TelBudget Phone’s use of Verizon OSS Facilities permitted by this Section 8.; (c) shall be treated by Z-Tel Budget Phone as Confidential Information of Verizon pursuant to Section 10 of the Agreement; and, (d) shall be destroyed or returned by Z-Tel Budget Phone to Verizon upon the earlier of request by Verizon or the expiration or termination of the Agreement. 8.4.7 Z-TelBudget Phone’s employees, agents and contractors may access and use Verizon OSS Facilities only to the extent necessary for Z-TelBudget Phone’s access to and use of the Verizon OSS Facilities permitted by this Agreement. Any access to or use of Verizon OSS Facilities by Z-TelBudget Phone’s employees, agents, or contractors, shall be subject to the provisions of the Agreement, including, but not limited to, Section 10 of the Agreement and Section 8.5.2.3 of this Attachment.

Access to and Use of Verizon OSS Facilities. 8.4.1 Verizon OSS Facilities may be accessed and used by Z-Tel Global only to the extent necessary for Z-TelGlobal’s access to and use of Verizon OSS Services pursuant to the Agreement. 8.4.2 Verizon OSS Facilities may be accessed and used by Z-Tel as a tool Global only to provide Telecommunications Services to Z-Tel Global Customers. Z-Tel shall have the right to access, use and disclose information related to Verizon Customers that is in Z-Tel’s possession to the extent such access, use and/or disclosure has been authorized by the Z-Tel Customer in the manner required by Applicable Law. 8.4.3 Z-Tel Global shall restrict access to and use of Verizon OSS Facilities to Z-TelGlobal. This Section 8 does not grant to Z-Tel Global any right or license to grant sublicenses to other persons, or permission to other persons (except Z- TelGlobal’s employees, agents and contractors, in accordance with Section 8.4.7 below), to access or use Verizon OSS Facilities. 8.4.4 Z-Tel Global shall not (a) alter, modify or damage the Verizon OSS Facilities (including, but not limited to, Verizon software), (b) copy, remove, derive, reverse engineer, or decompile, software from the Verizon OSS Facilities, or (c) obtain access through Verizon OSS Facilities to Verizon databases, facilities, equipment, software, or systems, which are not offered for Z-TelGlobal’s use under this Section 8. 8.4.5 Z-Tel Global shall comply with all practices and procedures established by Verizon for access to and use of Verizon OSS Facilities (including, but not limited to, Verizon practices and procedures with regard to security and use of access and user identification codes). Any changes to practices and procedures will be communicated through the Verizon Change Management Process and applied on a non-discriminatory basis. 8.4.6 All practices and procedures for access to and use of Verizon OSS Facilities, and all access and user identification codes for Verizon OSS Facilities: (a) shall remain the property of Verizon; (b) shall be used by Z-Tel Global only in connection with Z-TelGlobal’s use of Verizon OSS Facilities permitted by this Section 8.; (c) shall be treated by Z-Tel Global as Confidential Information of Verizon pursuant to Section 10 of the Agreement; and, (d) shall be destroyed or returned by Z-Tel Global to Verizon upon the earlier of request by Verizon or the expiration or termination of the Agreement. 8.4.7 Z-TelGlobal’s employees, agents and contractors may access and use Verizon OSS Facilities only to the extent necessary for Z-TelGlobal’s access to and use of the Verizon OSS Facilities permitted by this Agreement. Any access to or use of Verizon OSS Facilities by Z-TelGlobal’s employees, agents, or contractors, shall be subject to the provisions of the Agreement, including, but not limited to, Section 10 of the Agreement and Section 8.5.2.3 of this Attachment.

Z-Tel shall have the right to access, use and disclose information related to Verizon Customers that is in Z-Tel’s possession to the extent such access, use and/or disclosure has been authorized by the Z-Tel Customer in the manner required by Applicable Law. 8.4.3 Z-Tel Advent shall restrict access to and use of Verizon OSS Facilities to Z-TelAdvent. This Section 8 does not grant to Z-Tel Advent any right or license to grant sublicenses to other persons, or permission to other persons (except Z- TelAdvent’s employees, agents and contractors, in accordance with Section 8.4.7 belowof this Attachment), to access or use Verizon OSS Facilities. 8.4.4 Z-Tel Advent shall not (a) alter, modify or damage the Verizon OSS Facilities (including, but not limited to, Verizon software), (b) copy, remove, derive, reverse engineer, or decompile, software from the Verizon OSS Facilities, or (c) obtain access through Verizon OSS Facilities to Verizon databases, facilities, equipment, software, or systems, which are not offered for Z-TelAdvent’s use under this Section 8. 8.4.5 Z-Tel Advent shall comply with all practices and procedures established by Verizon for access to and use of Verizon OSS Facilities (including, but not limited to, Verizon practices and procedures with regard to security and use of access and user identification codes). Any changes to practices and procedures will be communicated through the Verizon Change Management Process and applied on a non-discriminatory basis. 8.4.6 All practices and procedures for access to and use of Verizon OSS Facilities, and all access and user identification codes for Verizon OSS Facilities: (a) shall remain the property of Verizon; (b) shall be used by Z-Tel Advent only in connection with Z-TelAdvent’s use of Verizon OSS Facilities permitted by this Section 8.; (c) shall be treated by Z-Tel Advent as Confidential Information of Verizon pursuant to Section 10 of the AgreementGeneral Terms and Conditions; and, (d) shall be destroyed or returned by Z-Tel Advent to Verizon upon the earlier of request by Verizon or the expiration or termination of the this Agreement. 8.4.7 Z-TelAdvent’s employees, agents and contractors may access and use Verizon OSS Facilities only to the extent necessary for Z-TelAdvent’s access to and use of the Verizon OSS Facilities permitted by this Agreement. Any access to or use of Verizon OSS Facilities by Z-TelAdvent’s employees, agents, or contractors, shall be subject to the provisions of the this Agreement, including, but not limited to, Section 10 of the Agreement General Terms and Conditions and Section 8.5.2.3 8.5.3.2 of this Attachment.Attachment.‌

Access to and Use of Verizon OSS Facilities. 8.4.1 Verizon OSS Facilities may be accessed and used by Z-Tel ICG only to the extent necessary for Z-TelICG’s access to and use of Verizon OSS Services pursuant to the Agreement. 8.4.2 Verizon OSS Facilities may be accessed and used by Z-Tel as a tool ICG only to provide Telecommunications Services to Z-Tel ICG Customers. Z-Tel shall have the right to access, use and disclose information related to Verizon Customers that is in Z-Tel’s possession to the extent such access, use and/or disclosure has been authorized by the Z-Tel Customer in the manner required by Applicable Law. 8.4.3 Z-Tel ICG shall restrict access to and use of Verizon OSS Facilities to Z-TelICG. This Section 8 does not grant to Z-Tel ICG any right or license to grant sublicenses to other persons, or permission to other persons (except Z- TelICG’s employees, agents and contractors, in accordance with Section 8.4.7 below), to access or use Verizon OSS Facilities. 8.4.4 Z-Tel ICG shall not (a) alter, modify or damage the Verizon OSS Facilities (including, but not limited to, Verizon software), (b) copy, remove, derive, reverse engineer, or decompile, software from the Verizon OSS Facilities, or (c) obtain access through Verizon OSS Facilities to Verizon databases, facilities, equipment, software, or systems, which are not offered for Z-TelICG’s use under this Section 8. 8.4.5 Z-Tel ICG shall comply with all practices and procedures established by Verizon for access to and use of Verizon OSS Facilities (including, but not limited to, Verizon practices and procedures with regard to security and use of access and user identification codes). Any changes to practices and procedures will be communicated through the Verizon Change Management Process and applied on a non-discriminatory basis. 8.4.6 All practices and procedures for access to and use of Verizon OSS Facilities, and all access and user identification codes for Verizon OSS Facilities: (a) shall remain the property of Verizon; (b) shall be used by Z-Tel ICG only in connection with Z-TelICG’s use of Verizon OSS Facilities permitted by this Section 8.; (c) shall be treated by Z-Tel ICG as Confidential Information of Verizon pursuant to Section 10 of the Agreement; and, (d) shall be destroyed or returned by Z-Tel ICG to Verizon upon the earlier of request by Verizon or the expiration or termination of the Agreement. 8.4.7 Z-TelICG’s employees, agents and contractors may access and use Verizon OSS Facilities only to the extent necessary for Z-TelICG’s access to and use of the Verizon OSS Facilities permitted by this Agreement. Any access to or use of Verizon OSS Facilities by Z-TelICG’s employees, agents, or contractors, shall be subject to the provisions of the Agreement, including, but not limited to, Section 10 of the Agreement and Section 8.5.2.3 8.5.3.3 of this Attachment.

Access to and Use of Verizon OSS Facilities. 8.4.1 Verizon OSS Facilities may be accessed and used by Z-Tel IG2 only to the extent necessary for Z-TelIG2’s access to and use of Verizon OSS Services pursuant to the this Agreement. 8.4.2 Verizon OSS Facilities may be accessed and used by Z-Tel as a tool IG2 only to provide Telecommunications Services to Z-Tel IG2 Customers. This Section 8 does not grant to Z-Tel IG2 any right or license to grant sublicenses to other persons, or permission to other persons (except Z- TelIG2’s employees, agents and contractors, in accordance with Section 8.4.7 below), to access or use Verizon OSS Facilities. 8.4.4 Z-Tel IG2 shall not (a) alter, modify or damage the Verizon OSS Facilities (including, but not limited to, Verizon software), (b) copy, remove, derive, reverse engineer, or decompile, software from the Verizon OSS Facilities, or (c) obtain access through Verizon OSS Facilities to Verizon databases, facilities, equipment, software, or systems, which are not offered for Z-TelIG2’s use under this Section 8. 8.4.5 Z-Tel IG2 shall comply with all practices and procedures established by Verizon for access to and use of Verizon OSS Facilities (including, but not limited to, Verizon practices and procedures with regard to security and use of access and user identification codes). Any changes to practices and procedures will be communicated through the Verizon Change Management Process and applied on a non-discriminatory basis. 8.4.6 All practices and procedures for access to and use of Verizon OSS Facilities, and all access and user identification codes for Verizon OSS Facilities: (a) shall remain the property of Verizon; (b) shall be used by Z-Tel IG2 only in connection with Z-TelIG2’s use of Verizon OSS Facilities permitted by this Section 8.; (c) shall be treated by Z-Tel IG2 as Confidential Information of Verizon pursuant to Section 10 of the AgreementGeneral Terms and Conditions; and, (d) shall be destroyed or returned by Z-Tel IG2 to Verizon upon the earlier of request by Verizon or the expiration or termination of the this Agreement. 8.4.7 Z-TelIG2’s employees, agents and contractors may access and use Verizon OSS Facilities only to the extent necessary for Z-TelIG2’s access to and use of the Verizon OSS Facilities permitted by this Agreement. Any access to or use of Verizon OSS Facilities by Z-TelIG2’s employees, agents, or contractors, shall be subject to the provisions of the this Agreement, including, but not limited to, Section 10 of the Agreement General Terms and Conditions and Section 8.5.2.3 of this Attachment.

Z-Tel shall have the right to access, use and disclose information related to Verizon Customers that is in Z-Tel’s possession to the extent such access, use and/or disclosure has been authorized by the Z-Tel Customer in the manner required by Applicable Law. 8.4.3 Z-Tel First Comm shall restrict access to and use of Verizon OSS Facilities to Z-TelFirst Comm. This Section 8 does not grant to Z-Tel First Comm any right or license to grant sublicenses to other persons, or permission to other persons (except Z- TelFirst Comm’s employees, agents and contractors, in accordance with Section 8.4.7 belowof this Attachment), to access or use Verizon OSS Facilities. 8.4.4 Z-Tel First Comm shall not (a) alter, modify or damage the Verizon OSS Facilities (including, but not limited to, Verizon software), (b) copy, remove, derive, reverse engineer, or decompile, software from the Verizon OSS Facilities, or (c) obtain access through Verizon OSS Facilities to Verizon databases, facilities, equipment, software, or systems, which are not offered for Z-TelFirst Comm’s use under this Section 8. 8.4.5 Z-Tel First Comm shall comply with all practices and procedures established by Verizon for access to and use of Verizon OSS Facilities (including, but not limited to, Verizon practices and procedures with regard to security and use of access and user identification codes). Any changes to practices and procedures will be communicated through the Verizon Change Management Process and applied on a non-discriminatory basis. 8.4.6 All practices and procedures for access to and use of Verizon OSS Facilities, and all access and user identification codes for Verizon OSS Facilities: (a) shall remain the property of Verizon; (b) shall be used by Z-Tel First Comm only in connection with Z-TelFirst Comm’s use of Verizon OSS Facilities permitted by this Section 8.; (c) shall be treated by Z-Tel First Comm as Confidential Information of Verizon pursuant to Section 10 of the AgreementGeneral Terms and Conditions; and, (d) shall be destroyed or returned by Z-Tel First Comm to Verizon upon the earlier of request by Verizon or the expiration or termination of the this Agreement. 8.4.7 Z-TelFirst Comm’s employees, agents and contractors may access and use Verizon OSS Facilities only to the extent necessary for Z-TelFirst Comm’s access to and use of the Verizon OSS Facilities permitted by this Agreement. Any access to or use of Verizon OSS Facilities by Z-TelFirst Comm’s employees, agents, or contractors, shall be subject to the provisions of the this Agreement, including, but not limited to, Section 10 of the Agreement General Terms and Conditions and Section 8.5.2.3 8.5.3.2 of this Attachment.

Access to and Use of Verizon OSS Facilities. 8.4.1 Verizon OSS Facilities may be accessed and used by ZPhone-Tel Link only to the extent necessary for ZPhone-TelLink’s access to and use of Verizon OSS Services pursuant to the Agreement. 8.4.2 Verizon OSS Facilities may be accessed and used by ZPhone-Tel as a tool Link only to provide Telecommunications Services to ZPhone-Tel Link Customers. Z-Tel shall have the right to access, use and disclose information related to Verizon Customers that is in Z-Tel’s possession to the extent such access, use and/or disclosure has been authorized by the Z-Tel Customer in the manner required by Applicable Law. 8.4.3 ZPhone-Tel Link shall restrict access to and use of Verizon OSS Facilities to ZPhone-TelLink. This Section 8 does not grant to ZPhone-Tel Link any right or license to grant sublicenses to other persons, or permission to other persons (except Z- TelPhone-Link’s employees, agents and contractors, in accordance with Section 8.4.7 below), to access or use Verizon OSS Facilities. 8.4.4 ZPhone-Tel Link shall not (a) alter, modify or damage the Verizon OSS Facilities (including, but not limited to, Verizon software), (b) copy, remove, derive, reverse engineer, or decompile, software from the Verizon OSS Facilities, or (c) obtain access through Verizon OSS Facilities to Verizon databases, facilities, equipment, software, or systems, which are not offered for ZPhone-TelLink’s use under this Section 8. 8.4.5 ZPhone-Tel Link shall comply with all practices and procedures established by Verizon for access to and use of Verizon OSS Facilities (including, but not limited to, Verizon practices and procedures with regard to security and use of access and user identification codes). Any changes to practices and procedures will be communicated through the Verizon Change Management Process and applied on a non-discriminatory basis. 8.4.6 All practices and procedures for access to and use of Verizon OSS Facilities, and all access and user identification codes for Verizon OSS Facilities: (a) shall remain the property of Verizon; (b) shall be used by ZPhone-Tel Link only in connection with ZPhone-TelLink’s use of Verizon OSS Facilities permitted by this Section 8.; (c) shall be treated by ZPhone-Tel Link as Confidential Information of Verizon pursuant to Section 10 of the Agreement; and, (d) shall be destroyed or returned by ZPhone-Tel Link to Verizon upon the earlier of request by Verizon or the expiration or termination of the Agreement. 8.4.7 ZPhone-TelLink’s employees, agents and contractors may access and use Verizon OSS Facilities only to the extent necessary for ZPhone-TelLink’s access to and use of the Verizon OSS Facilities permitted by this Agreement. Any access to or use of Verizon OSS Facilities by Z-TelPhone- Link’s employees, agents, or contractors, shall be subject to the provisions of the Agreement, including, but not limited to, Section 10 of the Agreement and Section 8.5.2.3 of this Attachment.

This Section 8 does not grant to Z-Tel RVP any right or license to grant sublicenses to other persons, or permission to other persons (except Z- TelRVP’s employees, agents and contractors, in accordance with Section 8.4.7 below), to access or use Verizon OSS Facilities. 8.4.4 Z-Tel RVP shall not (a) alter, modify or damage the Verizon OSS Facilities (including, but not limited to, Verizon software), (b) copy, remove, derive, reverse engineer, or decompile, software from the Verizon OSS Facilities, or (c) obtain access through Verizon OSS Facilities to Verizon databases, facilities, equipment, software, or systems, which are not offered for Z-TelRVP’s use under this Section 8. 8.4.5 Z-Tel RVP shall comply with all practices and procedures established by Verizon for access to and use of Verizon OSS Facilities (including, but not limited to, Verizon practices and procedures with regard to security and use of access and user identification codes). Any access to or use of Verizon OSS Facilities by Z-TelRVP’s employees, agents, or contractors, shall be subject to the provisions of the this Agreement, including, but not limited to, Section 10 of the Agreement General Terms and Conditions and Section 8.5.2.3 of this Attachment.Attachment.‌

Any access to or use of Verizon OSS Facilities by Z-TelNOW’s employees, agents, or contractors, shall be subject to the provisions of the Agreement, including, but not limited to, Section 10 of the Agreement and Section 8.5.2.3 of this Attachment.

Access to and Use of Verizon OSS Facilities. 8.4.1 Verizon OSS Facilities may be accessed and used by Z-Tel Prepaid only to the extent necessary for Z-TelPrepaid’s access to and use of Verizon OSS Services pursuant to the this Agreement. 8.4.2 Verizon OSS Facilities may be accessed and used by Z-Tel as a tool Prepaid only to provide Telecommunications Services to Z-Tel Prepaid Customers. Z-Tel shall have the right to access, use and disclose information related to Verizon Customers that is in Z-Tel’s possession to the extent such access, use and/or disclosure has been authorized by the Z-Tel Customer in the manner required by Applicable Law. 8.4.3 Z-Tel Prepaid shall restrict access to and use of Verizon OSS Facilities to Z-TelPrepaid. This Section 8 does not grant to Z-Tel Prepaid any right or license to grant sublicenses to other persons, or permission to other persons (except Z- TelPrepaid’s employees, agents and contractors, in accordance with Section 8.4.7 below), to access or use Verizon OSS Facilities. 8.4.4 Z-Tel Prepaid shall not (a) alter, modify or damage the Verizon OSS Facilities (including, but not limited to, Verizon software), (b) copy, remove, derive, reverse engineer, or decompile, software from the Verizon OSS Facilities, or (c) obtain access through Verizon OSS Facilities to Verizon databases, facilities, equipment, software, or systems, which are not offered for Z-TelPrepaid’s use under this Section 8. 8.4.5 Z-Tel Prepaid shall comply with all practices and procedures established by Verizon for access to and use of Verizon OSS Facilities (including, but not limited to, Verizon practices and procedures with regard to security and use of access and user identification codes). Any changes to practices and procedures will be communicated through the Verizon Change Management Process and applied on a non-discriminatory basis. 8.4.6 All practices and procedures for access to and use of Verizon OSS Facilities, and all access and user identification codes for Verizon OSS Facilities: (a) shall remain the property of Verizon; (b) shall be used by Z-Tel Prepaid only in connection with Z-TelPrepaid’s use of Verizon OSS Facilities permitted by this Section 8.; (c) shall be treated by Z-Tel Prepaid as Confidential Information of Verizon pursuant to Section 10 of the AgreementGeneral Terms and Conditions; and, (d) shall be destroyed or returned by Z-Tel Prepaid to Verizon upon the earlier of request by Verizon or the expiration or termination of the this Agreement. 8.4.7 Z-TelPrepaid’s employees, agents and contractors may access and use Verizon OSS Facilities only to the extent necessary for Z-TelPrepaid’s access to and use of the Verizon OSS Facilities permitted by this Agreement. Any access to or use of Verizon OSS Facilities by Z-TelPrepaid’s employees, agents, or contractors, shall be subject to the provisions of the this Agreement, including, but not limited to, Section 10 of the Agreement General Terms and Conditions and Section 8.5.2.3 of this Attachment.

Z-Tel shall have the right to access, use and disclose information related to Verizon Customers that is in Z-Tel’s possession to the extent such access, use and/or disclosure has been authorized by the Z-Tel Customer in the manner required by Applicable Law. 8.4.3 Z-Tel Prospeed shall restrict access to and use of Verizon OSS Facilities to Z-TelProspeed. This Section 8 does not grant to Z-Tel Prospeed any right or license to grant sublicenses to other persons, or permission to other persons (except Z- TelProspeed’s employees, agents and contractors, in accordance with Section 8.4.7 belowof this Attachment), to access or use Verizon OSS Facilities. 8.4.4 Z-Tel Prospeed shall not (a) alter, modify or damage the Verizon OSS Facilities (including, but not limited to, Verizon software), (b) copy, remove, derive, reverse engineer, or decompile, software from the Verizon OSS Facilities, or (c) obtain access through Verizon OSS Facilities to Verizon databases, facilities, equipment, software, or systems, which are not offered for Z-TelProspeed’s use under this Section 8. 8.4.5 Z-Tel Prospeed shall comply with all practices and procedures established by Verizon for access to and use of Verizon OSS Facilities (including, but not limited to, Verizon practices and procedures with regard to security and use of access and user identification codes). Any access to or use of Verizon OSS Facilities by Z-TelProspeed’s employees, agents, or contractors, shall be subject to the provisions of the this Agreement, including, but not limited to, Section 10 of the Agreement General Terms and Conditions and Section 8.5.2.3 8.5.3.2 of this Attachment.

This Section 8 does not grant to ZA-Tel Tech any right or license to grant sublicenses to other persons, or permission to other persons (except Z- TelA-Tech’s employees, agents and contractors, in accordance with Section 8.4.7 below), to access or use Verizon OSS Facilities. 8.4.4 ZA-Tel Tech shall not (a) alter, modify or damage the Verizon OSS Facilities (including, but not limited to, Verizon software), (b) copy, remove, derive, reverse engineer, or decompile, software from the Verizon OSS Facilities, or (c) obtain access through Verizon OSS Facilities to Verizon databases, facilities, equipment, software, or systems, which are not offered for ZA-TelTech’s use under this Section 8. 8.4.5 ZA-Tel Tech shall comply with all practices and procedures established by Verizon for access to and use of Verizon OSS Facilities (including, but not limited to, Verizon practices and procedures with regard to security and use of access and user identification codes). Any changes to practices and procedures will be communicated through the Verizon Change Management Process and applied on a non-discriminatory basis. 8.4.6 All practices and procedures for access to and use of Verizon OSS Facilities, and all access and user identification codes for Verizon OSS Facilities: (a) shall remain the property of Verizon; (b) shall be used by ZA-Tel Tech only in connection with ZA-TelTech’s use of Verizon OSS Facilities permitted by this Section 8.; (c) shall be treated by ZA-Tel Tech as Confidential Information of Verizon pursuant to Section 10 of the Agreement; and, (d) shall be destroyed or returned by ZA-Tel Tech to Verizon upon the earlier of request by Verizon or the expiration or termination of the Agreement. 8.4.7 ZA-TelTech’s employees, agents and contractors may access and use Verizon OSS Facilities only to the extent necessary for ZA-TelTech’s access to and use of the Verizon OSS Facilities permitted by this Agreement. Any access to or use of Verizon OSS Facilities by ZA-TelTech’s employees, agents, or contractors, shall be subject to the provisions of the Agreement, including, but not limited to, Section 10 of the Agreement and Section 8.5.2.3 of this Attachment.

Access to and Use of Verizon OSS Facilities. 8.4.1 Verizon OSS Facilities may be accessed and used by Z-Tel Globetel only to the extent necessary for Z-TelGlobetel’s access to and use of Verizon OSS Services pursuant to the this Agreement. 8.4.2 Verizon OSS Facilities may be accessed and used by Z-Tel as a tool Globetel only to provide Telecommunications Services to Z-Tel Globetel Customers. Z-Tel shall have the right to access, use and disclose information related to Verizon Customers that is in Z-Tel’s possession to the extent such access, use and/or disclosure has been authorized by the Z-Tel Customer in the manner required by Applicable Law. 8.4.3 Z-Tel Globetel shall restrict access to and use of Verizon OSS Facilities to Z-TelGlobetel. This Section 8 does not grant to Z-Tel Globetel any right or license to grant sublicenses to other persons, or permission to other persons (except Z- TelGlobetel’s employees, agents and contractors, in accordance with Section 8.4.7 belowof this Attachment), to access or use Verizon OSS Facilities. 8.4.4 Z-Tel Globetel shall not (a) alter, modify or damage the Verizon OSS Facilities (including, but not limited to, Verizon software), (b) copy, remove, derive, reverse engineer, or decompile, software from the Verizon OSS Facilities, or (c) obtain access through Verizon OSS Facilities to Verizon databases, facilities, equipment, software, or systems, which are not offered for Z-TelGlobetel’s use under this Section 8. 8.4.5 Z-Tel Globetel shall comply with all practices and procedures established by Verizon for access to and use of Verizon OSS Facilities (including, but not limited to, Verizon practices and procedures with regard to security and use of access and user identification codes). Any changes to practices and procedures will be communicated through the Verizon Change Management Process and applied on a non-discriminatory basis. 8.4.6 All practices and procedures for access to and use of Verizon OSS Facilities, and all access and user identification codes for Verizon OSS Facilities: (a) shall remain the property of Verizon; (b) shall be used by Z-Tel Globetel only in connection with Z-TelGlobetel’s use of Verizon OSS Facilities permitted by this Section 8.; (c) shall be treated by Z-Tel Globetel as Confidential Information of Verizon pursuant to Section 10 of the AgreementGeneral Terms and Conditions; and, (d) shall be destroyed or returned by Z-Tel Globetel to Verizon upon the earlier of request by Verizon or the expiration or termination of the this Agreement. 8.4.7 Z-TelGlobetel’s employees, agents and contractors may access and use Verizon OSS Facilities only to the extent necessary for Z-TelGlobetel’s access to and use of the Verizon OSS Facilities permitted by this Agreement. Any access to or use of Verizon OSS Facilities by Z-TelGlobetel’s employees, agents, or contractors, shall be subject to the provisions of the this Agreement, including, but not limited to, Section 10 of the Agreement General Terms and Conditions and Section 8.5.2.3 8.5.3.2 of this Attachment.

Access to and Use of Verizon OSS Facilities. 8.4.1 Verizon OSS Facilities may be accessed and used by Z-Tel Equal Access only to the extent necessary for Z-TelEqual Access’s access to and use of Verizon OSS Services pursuant to the Agreement.this Agreement.‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌ 8.4.2 Verizon OSS Facilities may be accessed and used by Z-Tel as a tool Equal Access only to provide Telecommunications Services to Z-Tel Equal Access Customers. Z-Tel shall have the right to access, use and disclose information related to Verizon Customers that is in Z-Tel’s possession to the extent such access, use and/or disclosure has been authorized by the Z-Tel Customer in the manner required by Applicable Law. 8.4.3 Z-Tel Equal Access shall restrict access to and use of Verizon OSS Facilities to Z-TelEqual Access. This Section 8 does not grant to Z-Tel Equal Access any right or license to grant sublicenses to other persons, or permission to other persons (except Z- TelEqual Access’s employees, agents and contractors, in accordance with Section 8.4.7 below), to access or use Verizon OSS Facilities. 8.4.4 Z-Tel Equal Access shall not (a) alter, modify or damage the Verizon OSS Facilities (including, but not limited to, Verizon software), (b) copy, remove, derive, reverse engineer, or decompile, software from the Verizon OSS Facilities, or (c) obtain access through Verizon OSS Facilities to Verizon databases, facilities, equipment, software, or systems, which are not offered for Z-TelEqual Access’s use under this Section 8. 8.4.5 Z-Tel Equal Access shall comply with all practices and procedures established by Verizon for access to and use of Verizon OSS Facilities (including, but not limited to, Verizon practices and procedures with regard to security and use of access and user identification codes). Any changes to practices and procedures will be communicated through the Verizon Change Management Process and applied on a non-discriminatory basis. 8.4.6 All practices and procedures for access to and use of Verizon OSS Facilities, and all access and user identification codes for Verizon OSS Facilities: (a) shall remain the property of Verizon; (b) shall be used by Z-Tel Equal Access only in connection with Z-TelEqual Access’s use of Verizon OSS Facilities permitted by this Section 8.; (c) shall be treated by Z-Tel Equal Access as Confidential Information of Verizon pursuant to Section 10 of the AgreementGeneral Terms and Conditions; and, (d) shall be destroyed or returned by Z-Tel Equal Access to Verizon upon the earlier of request by Verizon or the expiration or termination of the this Agreement. 8.4.7 Z-TelEqual Access’s employees, agents and contractors may access and use Verizon OSS Facilities only to the extent necessary for Z-TelEqual Access’s access to and use of the Verizon OSS Facilities permitted by this Agreement. Any access to or use of Verizon OSS Facilities by Z-TelEqual Access’s employees, agents, or contractors, shall be subject to the provisions of the this Agreement, including, but not limited to, Section 10 of the Agreement General Terms and Conditions and Section 8.5.2.3 of this Attachment.

Z-Tel shall have the right to access, use and disclose information related to Verizon Customers that is in Z-Tel’s possession to the extent such access, use and/or disclosure has been authorized by the Z-Tel Customer in the manner required by Applicable Law. 8.4.3 Z-Tel Buckeye shall restrict access to and use of Verizon OSS Facilities to Z-TelBuckeye. This Section 8 does not grant to Z-Tel Buckeye any right or license to grant sublicenses to other persons, or permission to other persons (except Z- TelBuckeye’s employees, agents and contractors, in accordance with Section 8.4.7 below), to access or use Verizon OSS Facilities. 8.4.4 Z-Tel Buckeye shall not (a) alter, modify or damage the Verizon OSS Facilities (including, but not limited to, Verizon software), (b) copy, remove, derive, reverse engineer, or decompile, software from the Verizon OSS Facilities, or (c) obtain access through Verizon OSS Facilities to Verizon databases, facilities, equipment, software, or systems, which are not offered for Z-TelBuckeye’s use under this Section 8. 8.4.5 Z-Tel Buckeye shall comply with all practices and procedures established by Verizon for access to and use of Verizon OSS Facilities (including, but not limited to, Verizon practices and procedures with regard to security and use of access and user identification codes). Any changes to practices and procedures will be communicated through the Verizon Change Management Process and applied on a non-discriminatory basis. 8.4.6 All practices and procedures for access to and use of Verizon OSS Facilities, and all access and user identification codes for Verizon OSS Facilities: (a) shall remain the property of Verizon; (b) shall be used by Z-Tel Buckeye only in connection with Z-TelBuckeye’s use of Verizon OSS Facilities permitted by this Section 8.; (c) shall be treated by Z-Tel Buckeye as Confidential Information of Verizon pursuant to Section 10 of the AgreementGeneral Terms and Conditions; and, (d) shall be destroyed or returned by Z-Tel Buckeye to Verizon upon the earlier of request by Verizon or the expiration or termination of the this Agreement. 8.4.7 Z-TelBuckeye’s employees, agents and contractors may access and use Verizon OSS Facilities only to the extent necessary for Z-TelBuckeye’s access to and use of the Verizon OSS Facilities permitted by this Agreement. Any access to or use of Verizon OSS Facilities by Z-TelBuckeye’s employees, agents, or contractors, shall be subject to the provisions of the this Agreement, including, but not limited to, Section 10 of the Agreement General Terms and Conditions and Section 8.5.2.3 of this Attachment.Attachment.‌

This Section 8 does not grant to Z-Tel Covista any right or license to grant sublicenses to other persons, or permission to other persons (except Z- TelCovista’s employees, agents and contractors, in accordance with Section 8.4.7 belowof this Attachment), to access or use Verizon OSS Facilities. 8.4.4 Z-Tel Covista shall not (a) alter, modify or damage the Verizon OSS Facilities (including, but not limited to, Verizon software), (b) copy, remove, derive, reverse engineer, or decompile, software from the Verizon OSS Facilities, or (c) obtain access through Verizon OSS Facilities to Verizon databases, facilities, equipment, software, or systems, which are not offered for Z-TelCovista’s use under this Section 8. 8.4.5 Z-Tel Covista shall comply with all practices and procedures established by Verizon for access to and use of Verizon OSS Facilities (including, but not limited to, Verizon practices and procedures with regard to security and use of access and user identification codes). Any changes to practices and procedures will be communicated through the Verizon Change Management Process and applied on a non-discriminatory basis. 8.4.6 All practices and procedures for access to and use of Verizon OSS Facilities, and all access and user identification codes for Verizon OSS Facilities: (a) shall remain the property of Verizon; (b) shall be used by Z-Tel Covista only in connection with Z-TelCovista’s use of Verizon OSS Facilities permitted by this Section 8.; (c) shall be treated by Z-Tel Covista as Confidential Information of Verizon pursuant to Section 10 of the AgreementGeneral Terms and Conditions; and, (d) shall be destroyed or returned by Z-Tel Covista to Verizon upon the earlier of request by Verizon or the expiration or termination of the this Agreement. 8.4.7 Z-TelCovista’s employees, agents and contractors may access and use Verizon OSS Facilities only to the extent necessary for Z-TelCovista’s access to and use of the Verizon OSS Facilities permitted by this Agreement. Any access to or use of Verizon OSS Facilities by Z-TelCovista’s employees, agents, or contractors, shall be subject to the provisions of the this Agreement, including, but not limited to, Section 10 of the Agreement General Terms and Conditions and Section 8.5.2.3 8.5.3.2 of this Attachment.

Z-Tel shall have the right to access, use and disclose information related to Verizon Customers that is in Z-Tel’s possession to the extent such access, use and/or disclosure has been authorized by the Z-Tel Customer in the manner required by Applicable Law. 8.4.3 Z-Tel CBB shall restrict access to and use of Verizon OSS Facilities to Z-TelCBB. This Section 8 does not grant to Z-Tel CBB any right or license to grant sublicenses to other persons, or permission to other persons (except Z- TelCBB’s employees, agents and contractors, in accordance with Section 8.4.7 belowof this Attachment), to access or use Verizon OSS Facilities. 8.4.4 Z-Tel CBB shall not (a) alter, modify or damage the Verizon OSS Facilities (including, but not limited to, Verizon software), (b) copy, remove, derive, reverse engineer, or decompile, software from the Verizon OSS Facilities, or (c) obtain access through Verizon OSS Facilities to Verizon databases, facilities, equipment, software, or systems, which are not offered for Z-TelCBB’s use under this Section 8. 8.4.5 Z-Tel CBB shall comply with all practices and procedures established by Verizon for access to and use of Verizon OSS Facilities (including, but not limited to, Verizon practices and procedures with regard to security and use of access and user identification codes). Any changes to practices and procedures will be communicated through the Verizon Change Management Process and applied on a non-discriminatory basis. 8.4.6 All practices and procedures for access to and use of Verizon OSS Facilities, and all access and user identification codes for Verizon OSS Facilities: (a) shall remain the property of Verizon; (b) shall be used by Z-Tel CBB only in connection with Z-TelCBB’s use of Verizon OSS Facilities permitted by this Section 8.; (c) shall be treated by Z-Tel CBB as Confidential Information of Verizon pursuant to Section 10 of the AgreementGeneral Terms and Conditions; and, (d) shall be destroyed or returned by Z-Tel CBB to Verizon upon the earlier of request by Verizon or the expiration or termination of the this Agreement. 8.4.7 Z-TelCBB’s employees, agents and contractors may access and use Verizon OSS Facilities only to the extent necessary for Z-TelCBB’s access to and use of the Verizon OSS Facilities permitted by this Agreement. Any access to or use of Verizon OSS Facilities by Z-TelCBB’s employees, agents, or contractors, shall be subject to the provisions of the this Agreement, including, but not limited to, Section 10 of the Agreement General Terms and Conditions and Section 8.5.2.3 8.5.3.2 of this Attachment.

Z-Tel shall have the right to access, use and disclose information related to Verizon Customers that is in Z-Tel’s possession to the extent such access, use and/or disclosure has been authorized by the Z-Tel Customer in the manner required by Applicable Law. 8.4.3 Z-Tel OneStar shall restrict access to and use of Verizon OSS Facilities to Z-TelOneStar. Any changes to practices and procedures will be communicated through the Verizon Change Management Process and applied on a non-discriminatory basis. 8.4.6 All practices and procedures for access to and use of Verizon OSS Facilities, and all access and user identification codes for Verizon OSS Facilities: (a) shall remain the property of Verizon; (b) shall be used by Z-Tel OneStar only in connection with Z-TelOneStar’s use of Verizon OSS Facilities permitted by this Section 8.; (c) shall be treated by Z-Tel OneStar as Confidential Information of Verizon pursuant to Section 10 of the AgreementGeneral Terms and Conditions; and, (d) shall be destroyed or returned by Z-Tel OneStar to Verizon upon the earlier of request by Verizon or the expiration or termination of the this Agreement. 8.4.7 Z-TelOneStar’s employees, agents and contractors may access and use Verizon OSS Facilities only to the extent necessary for Z-TelOneStar’s access to and use of the Verizon OSS Facilities permitted by this Agreement. Any access to or use of Verizon OSS Facilities by Z-TelOneStar’s employees, agents, or contractors, shall be subject to the provisions of the this Agreement, including, but not limited to, Section 10 of the Agreement General Terms and Conditions and Section 8.5.2.3 of this Attachment.

Access to and Use of Verizon OSS Facilities. 8.4.1 1. Verizon OSS Facilities may be accessed and used by Z-Tel as a tool Cinergy only to provide Telecommunications Services to Z-Tel Cinergy Customers. Z-Tel shall have the right to access, use and disclose information related to Verizon Customers that is in Z-Tel’s possession to the extent such access, use and/or disclosure has been authorized by the Z-Tel Customer in the manner required by Applicable Law. 8.4.3 Z-Tel 3. Cinergy shall restrict access to and use of Verizon OSS Facilities to Z-TelCinergy. This Section 8 does not grant to Z-Tel Cinergy any right or license to grant sublicenses to other persons, or permission to other persons (except Z- TelCinergy’s employees, agents and contractors, in accordance with Section 8.4.7 below), to access or use Verizon OSS Facilities. 8.4.4 Z-Tel 4. Cinergy shall not (a) alter, modify or damage the Verizon OSS Facilities (including, but not limited to, Verizon software), (b) copy, remove, derive, reverse engineer, or decompile, software from the Verizon OSS Facilities, or (c) obtain access through Verizon OSS Facilities to Verizon databases, facilities, equipment, software, or systems, which are not offered for Z-TelCinergy’s use under this Section 8. 8.4.5 Z-Tel 5. Cinergy shall comply with all practices and procedures established by Verizon for access to and use of Verizon OSS Facilities (including, but not limited to, Verizon practices and procedures with regard to security and use of access and user identification codes). 6. Any changes to All practices and procedures will be communicated through the for access to and use of Verizon Change Management Process OSS Facilities, and applied on a non-discriminatory basis. 8.4.6 All all access and user identification codes for Verizon OSS Facilities: (a) shall remain the property of Verizon; (b) shall be used by Z-Tel Cinergy only in connection with Z-TelCinergy’s use of Verizon OSS Facilities permitted by this Section 8.; (c) shall be treated by Z-Tel as Confidential Information of Verizon pursuant to Section 10 of the Agreement; and, (d) shall be destroyed or returned by Z-Tel to Verizon upon the earlier of request by Verizon or the expiration or termination of the Agreement. 8.4.7 Z-Tel’s employees, agents and contractors may access and use Verizon OSS Facilities only to the extent necessary for Z-Tel’s access to and use of the Verizon OSS Facilities permitted by this Agreement. Any access to or use of Verizon OSS Facilities by Z-Tel’s employees, agents, or contractors, shall be subject to the provisions of the Agreement, including, but not limited to, Section 10 of the Agreement and Section 8.5.2.3 of this Attachment.;

Z-Tel shall have the right to access, use and disclose information related to Verizon Customers that is in Z-Tel’s possession to the extent such access, use and/or disclosure has been authorized by the Z-Tel Customer in the manner required by Applicable Law. 8.4.3 Z-Tel STG shall restrict access to and use of Verizon OSS Facilities to Z-TelSTG. This Section 8 does not grant to Z-Tel STG any right or license to grant sublicenses to other persons, or permission to other persons (except Z- TelSTG’s employees, agents and contractors, in accordance with Section 8.4.7 below), to access or use Verizon OSS Facilities. 8.4.4 Z-Tel STG shall not (a) alter, modify or damage the Verizon OSS Facilities (including, but not limited to, Verizon software), (b) copy, remove, derive, reverse engineer, or decompile, software from the Verizon OSS Facilities, or (c) obtain access through Verizon OSS Facilities to Verizon databases, facilities, equipment, software, or systems, which are not offered for Z-TelSTG’s use under this Section 8. 8.4.5 Z-Tel STG shall comply with all practices and procedures established by Verizon for access to and use of Verizon OSS Facilities (including, but not limited to, Verizon practices and procedures with regard to security and use of access and user identification codes). Any changes to practices and procedures will be communicated through the Verizon Change Management Process and applied on a non-discriminatory basis. 8.4.6 All practices and procedures for access to and use of Verizon OSS Facilities, and all access and user identification codes for Verizon OSS Facilities: (a) shall remain the property of Verizon; (b) shall be used by Z-Tel STG only in connection with Z-TelSTG’s use of Verizon OSS Facilities permitted by this Section 8.; (c) shall be treated by Z-Tel STG as Confidential Information of Verizon pursuant to Section 10 of the Agreement; and, (d) shall be destroyed or returned by Z-Tel STG to Verizon upon the earlier of request by Verizon or the expiration or termination of the Agreement. 8.4.7 Z-TelSTG’s employees, agents and contractors may access and use Verizon OSS Facilities only to the extent necessary for Z-TelSTG’s access to and use of the Verizon OSS Facilities permitted by this Agreement. Any access to or use of Verizon OSS Facilities by Z-TelSTG’s employees, agents, or contractors, shall be subject to the provisions of the Agreement, including, but not limited to, Section 10 of the Agreement and Section 8.5.2.3 of this Attachment.

Z-Tel shall have the right to access, use and disclose information related to Verizon Customers that is in Z-Tel’s possession to the extent such access, use and/or disclosure has been authorized by the Z-Tel Customer in the manner required by Applicable Law. 8.4.3 Z-Tel API shall restrict access to and use of Verizon OSS Facilities to Z-TelAPI. This Section 8 does not grant to Z-Tel API any right or license to grant sublicenses to other persons, or permission to other persons (except Z- TelAPI’s employees, agents and contractors, in accordance with Section 8.4.7 belowof this Attachment), to access or use Verizon OSS Facilities. 8.4.4 Z-Tel API shall not (a) alter, modify or damage the Verizon OSS Facilities (including, but not limited to, Verizon software), (b) copy, remove, derive, reverse engineer, or decompile, software from the Verizon OSS Facilities, or (c) obtain access through Verizon OSS Facilities to Verizon databases, facilities, equipment, software, or systems, which are not offered for Z-TelAPI’s use under this Section 8. 8.4.5 Z-Tel API shall comply with all practices and procedures established by Verizon for access to and use of Verizon OSS Facilities (including, but not limited to, Verizon practices and procedures with regard to security and use of access and user identification codes). Any changes to practices and procedures will be communicated through the Verizon Change Management Process and applied on a non-discriminatory basis. 8.4.6 All practices and procedures for access to and use of Verizon OSS Facilities, and all access and user identification codes for Verizon OSS Facilities: (a) shall remain the property of Verizon; (b) shall be used by Z-Tel API only in connection with Z-TelAPI’s use of Verizon OSS Facilities permitted by this Section 8.; (c) shall be treated by Z-Tel API as Confidential Information of Verizon pursuant to Section 10 of the AgreementGeneral Terms and Conditions; and, (d) shall be destroyed or returned by Z-Tel API to Verizon upon the earlier of request by Verizon or the expiration or termination of the this Agreement. 8.4.7 Z-TelAPI’s employees, agents and contractors may access and use Verizon OSS Facilities only to the extent necessary for Z-TelAPI’s access to and use of the Verizon OSS Facilities permitted by this Agreement. Any access to or use of Verizon OSS Facilities by Z-TelAPI’s employees, agents, or contractors, shall be subject to the provisions of the this Agreement, including, but not limited to, Section 10 of the Agreement General Terms and Conditions and Section 8.5.2.3 8.5.3.2 of this Attachment.

Access to and Use of Verizon OSS Facilities. 8.4.1 Verizon OSS Facilities may be accessed and used by Z-Tel ECSI only to the extent necessary for Z-TelECSI’s access to and use of Verizon OSS Services pursuant to the Agreement. 8.4.2 Verizon OSS Facilities may be accessed and used by Z-Tel as a tool ECSI only to provide Telecommunications Services to Z-Tel ECSI Customers. Z-Tel shall have the right to access, use and disclose information related to Verizon Customers that is in Z-Tel’s possession to the extent such access, use and/or disclosure has been authorized by the Z-Tel Customer in the manner required by Applicable Law. 8.4.3 Z-Tel ECSI shall restrict access to and use of Verizon OSS Facilities to Z-TelECSI. This Section 8 does not grant to Z-Tel ECSI any right or license to grant sublicenses to other persons, or permission to other persons (except Z- TelECSI’s employees, agents and contractors, in accordance with Section 8.4.7 below), to access or use Verizon OSS Facilities. 8.4.4 Z-Tel ECSI shall not (a) alter, modify or damage the Verizon OSS Facilities (including, but not limited to, Verizon software), (b) copy, remove, derive, reverse engineer, or decompile, software from the Verizon OSS Facilities, or (c) obtain access through Verizon OSS Facilities to Verizon databases, facilities, equipment, software, or systems, which are not offered for Z-TelECSI’s use under this Section 8. 8.4.5 Z-Tel ECSI shall comply with all practices and procedures established by Verizon for access to and use of Verizon OSS Facilities (including, but not limited to, Verizon practices and procedures with regard to security and use of access and user identification codes). Any changes to practices and procedures will be communicated through the Verizon Change Management Process and applied on a non-discriminatory basis. 8.4.6 All practices and procedures for access to and use of Verizon OSS Facilities, and all access and user identification codes for Verizon OSS Facilities: (a) shall remain the property of Verizon; (b) shall be used by Z-Tel ECSI only in connection with Z-TelECSI’s use of Verizon OSS Facilities permitted by this Section 8.; (c) shall be treated by Z-Tel ECSI as Confidential Information of Verizon pursuant to Section 10 of the Agreement; and, (d) shall be destroyed or returned by Z-Tel ECSI to Verizon upon the earlier of request by Verizon or the expiration or termination of the Agreement. 8.4.7 Z-TelECSI’s employees, agents and contractors may access and use Verizon OSS Facilities only to the extent necessary for Z-TelECSI’s access to and use of the Verizon OSS Facilities permitted by this Agreement. Any access to or use of Verizon OSS Facilities by Z-TelECSI’s employees, agents, or contractors, shall be subject to the provisions of the Agreement, including, but not limited to, Section 10 of the Agreement and Section 8.5.2.3 of this Attachment.

This Section 8 does not grant to Z-Tel Access Point any right or license to grant sublicenses to other persons, or permission to other persons (except Z- TelAccess Point’s employees, agents and contractors, in accordance with Section 8.4.7 below), to access or use Verizon OSS Facilities. 8.4.4 Z-Tel Access Point shall not (a) alter, modify or damage the Verizon OSS Facilities (including, but not limited to, Verizon software), (b) copy, remove, derive, reverse engineer, or decompile, software from the Verizon OSS Facilities, or (c) obtain access through Verizon OSS Facilities to Verizon databases, facilities, equipment, software, or systems, which are not offered for Z-TelAccess Point’s use under this Section 8. 8.4.5 Z-Tel Access Point shall comply with all practices and procedures established by Verizon for access to and use of Verizon OSS Facilities (including, but not limited to, Verizon practices and procedures with regard to security and use of access and user identification codes). Any changes to practices and procedures will be communicated through the Verizon Change Management Process and applied on a non-discriminatory basis. 8.4.6 All practices and procedures for access to and use of Verizon OSS Facilities, and all access and user identification codes for Verizon OSS Facilities: (a) shall remain the property of Verizon; (b) shall be used by Z-Tel Access Point only in connection with Z-TelAccess Point’s use of Verizon OSS Facilities permitted by this Section 8.; (c) shall be treated by Z-Tel Access Point as Confidential Information of Verizon pursuant to Section 10 of the AgreementGeneral Terms and Conditions; and, (d) shall be destroyed or returned by Z-Tel Access Point to Verizon upon the earlier of request by Verizon or the expiration or termination of the this Agreement. 8.4.7 Z-TelAccess Point’s employees, agents and contractors may access and use Verizon OSS Facilities only to the extent necessary for Z-TelAccess Point’s access to and use of the Verizon OSS Facilities permitted by this Agreement. Any access to or use of Verizon OSS Facilities by Z-TelAccess Point’s employees, agents, or contractors, shall be subject to the provisions of the this Agreement, including, but not limited to, Section 10 of the Agreement General Terms and Conditions and Section 8.5.2.3 of this Attachment.

Any access to or use of Verizon OSS Facilities by Z-TelFRCI’s employees, agents, or contractors, shall be subject to the provisions of the Agreement, including, but not limited to, Section 10 of the Agreement and Section 8.5.2.3 of this Attachment.

Access to and Use of Verizon OSS Facilities. 8.4.1 Verizon OSS Facilities may be accessed and used by Z-Tel Delta Phones only to the extent necessary for Z-TelDelta Phones’s access to and use of Verizon OSS Services pursuant to the this Agreement. 8.4.2 Verizon OSS Facilities may be accessed and used by Z-Tel as a tool Delta Phones only to provide Telecommunications Services to Z-Tel Delta Phones Customers. Z-Tel shall have the right to access, use and disclose information related to Verizon Customers that is in Z-Tel’s possession to the extent such access, use and/or disclosure has been authorized by the Z-Tel Customer in the manner required by Applicable Law. 8.4.3 Z-Tel Delta Phones shall restrict access to and use of Verizon OSS Facilities to Z-TelDelta Phones. This Section 8 does not grant to Z-Tel Delta Phones any right or license to grant sublicenses to other persons, or permission to other persons (except Z- TelDelta Phones’s employees, agents and contractors, in accordance with Section 8.4.7 below), to access or use Verizon OSS Facilities. 8.4.4 Z-Tel Delta Phones shall not (a) alter, modify or damage the Verizon OSS Facilities (including, but not limited to, Verizon software), (b) copy, remove, derive, reverse engineer, or decompile, software from the Verizon OSS Facilities, or (c) obtain access through Verizon OSS Facilities to Verizon databases, facilities, equipment, software, or systems, which are not offered for Z-TelDelta Phones’s use under this Section 8. 8.4.5 Z-Tel Delta Phones shall comply with all practices and procedures established by Verizon for access to and use of Verizon OSS Facilities (including, but not limited to, Verizon practices and procedures with regard to security and use of access and user identification codes). Any changes to practices and procedures will be communicated through the Verizon Change Management Process and applied on a non-discriminatory basis. 8.4.6 All practices and procedures for access to and use of Verizon OSS Facilities, and all access and user identification codes for Verizon OSS Facilities: (a) shall remain the property of Verizon; (b) shall be used by Z-Tel Delta Phones only in connection with Z-TelDelta Phones’s use of Verizon OSS Facilities permitted by this Section 8.; (c) shall be treated by Z-Tel Delta Phones as Confidential Information of Verizon pursuant to Section 10 of the AgreementGeneral Terms and Conditions; and, (d) shall be destroyed or returned by Z-Tel Delta Phones to Verizon upon the earlier of request by Verizon or the expiration or termination of the this Agreement. 8.4.7 Z-TelDelta Phones’s employees, agents and contractors may access and use Verizon OSS Facilities only to the extent necessary for Z-TelDelta Phones’s access to and use of the Verizon OSS Facilities permitted by this Agreement. Any access to or use of Verizon OSS Facilities by Z-TelDelta Phones’s employees, agents, or contractors, shall be subject to the provisions of the this Agreement, including, but not limited to, Section 10 of the Agreement General Terms and Conditions and Section 8.5.2.3 of this Attachment.

Access to and Use of Verizon OSS Facilities. ‌ 8.4.1 Verizon OSS Facilities may be accessed and used by Z-Tel Budget Phone only to the extent necessary for Z-TelBudget Phone’s access to and use of Verizon OSS Services pursuant to the this Agreement. 8.4.2 Verizon OSS Facilities may be accessed and used by Z-Tel as a tool Budget Phone only to provide Telecommunications Services to Z-Tel Budget Phone Customers. Z-Tel shall have the right to access, use and disclose information related to Verizon Customers that is in Z-Tel’s possession to the extent such access, use and/or disclosure has been authorized by the Z-Tel Customer in the manner required by Applicable Law. 8.4.3 Z-Tel Budget Phone shall restrict access to and use of Verizon OSS Facilities to Z-TelBudget Phone. This Section 8 does not grant to Z-Tel Budget Phone any right or license to grant sublicenses to other persons, or permission to other persons (except Z- TelBudget Phone’s employees, agents and contractors, in accordance with Section 8.4.7 below), to access or use Verizon OSS Facilities. 8.4.4 Z-Tel Budget Phone shall not (a) alter, modify or damage the Verizon OSS Facilities (including, but not limited to, Verizon software), (b) copy, remove, derive, reverse engineer, or decompile, software from the Verizon OSS Facilities, or (c) obtain access through Verizon OSS Facilities to Verizon databases, facilities, equipment, software, or systems, which are not offered for Z-TelBudget Phone’s use under this Section 8. 8.4.5 Z-Tel Budget Phone shall comply with all practices and procedures established by Verizon for access to and use of Verizon OSS Facilities (including, but not limited to, Verizon practices and procedures with regard to security and use of access and user identification codes). Any changes to practices and procedures will be communicated through the Verizon Change Management Process and applied on a non-discriminatory basis. 8.4.6 All practices and procedures for access to and use of Verizon OSS Facilities, and all access and user identification codes for Verizon OSS Facilities: (a) shall remain the property of Verizon; (b) shall be used by Z-Tel Budget Phone only in connection with Z-TelBudget Phone’s use of Verizon OSS Facilities permitted by this Section 8.; (c) shall be treated by Z-Tel Budget Phone as Confidential Information of Verizon pursuant to Section 10 of the AgreementGeneral Terms and Conditions; and, (d) shall be destroyed or returned by Z-Tel Budget Phone to Verizon upon the earlier of request by Verizon or the expiration or termination of the this Agreement. 8.4.7 Z-TelBudget Phone’s employees, agents and contractors may access and use Verizon OSS Facilities only to the extent necessary for Z-TelBudget Phone’s access to and use of the Verizon OSS Facilities permitted by this Agreement. Any access to or use of Verizon OSS Facilities by Z-TelBudget Phone’s employees, agents, or contractors, shall be subject to the provisions of the this Agreement, including, but not limited to, Section 10 of the Agreement General Terms and Conditions and Section 8.5.2.3 of this Attachment.Attachment.‌

Any access to or use of Verizon OSS Facilities by Z-TelECI’s employees, agents, or contractors, shall be subject to the provisions of the this Agreement, including, but not limited to, Section 10 of the Agreement General Terms and Conditions and Section 8.5.2.3 8.5.3.2 of this Attachment.

Z-Tel shall have the right to access, use and disclose information related to Verizon Customers that is in Z-Tel’s possession to the extent such access, use and/or disclosure has been authorized by the Z-Tel Customer in the manner required by Applicable Law. 8.4.3 Z-Tel Winco shall restrict access to and use of Verizon OSS Facilities to Z-TelWinco. This Section 8 does not grant to Z-Tel Winco any right or license to grant sublicenses to other persons, or permission to other persons (except Z- TelWinco’s employees, agents and contractors, in accordance with Section 8.4.7 below), to access or use Verizon OSS Facilities. 8.4.4 Z-Tel Winco shall not (a) alter, modify or damage the Verizon OSS Facilities (including, but not limited to, Verizon software), (b) copy, remove, derive, reverse engineer, or decompile, software from the Verizon OSS Facilities, or (c) obtain access through Verizon OSS Facilities to Verizon databases, facilities, equipment, software, or systems, which are not offered for Z-TelWinco’s use under this Section 8. 8.4.5 Z-Tel Winco shall comply with all practices and procedures established by Verizon for access to and use of Verizon OSS Facilities (including, but not limited to, Verizon practices and procedures with regard to security and use of access and user identification codes). Any changes to practices and procedures will be communicated through the Verizon Change Management Process and applied on a non-discriminatory basis. 8.4.6 All practices and procedures for access to and use of Verizon OSS Facilities, and all access and user identification codes for Verizon OSS Facilities: (a) shall remain the property of Verizon; (b) shall be used by Z-Tel Winco only in connection with Z-TelWinco’s use of Verizon OSS Facilities permitted by this Section 8.; (c) shall be treated by Z-Tel Winco as Confidential Information of Verizon pursuant to Section 10 of the AgreementGeneral Terms and Conditions; and, (d) shall be destroyed or returned by Z-Tel Winco to Verizon upon the earlier of request by Verizon or the expiration or termination of the this Agreement. 8.4.7 Z-TelWinco’s employees, agents and contractors may access and use Verizon OSS Facilities only to the extent necessary for Z-TelWinco’s access to and use of the Verizon OSS Facilities permitted by this Agreement. Any access to or use of Verizon OSS Facilities by Z-TelWinco’s employees, agents, or contractors, shall be subject to the provisions of the this Agreement, including, but not limited to, Section 10 of the Agreement General Terms and Conditions and Section 8.5.2.3 of this Attachment.

Z-Tel shall have the right to access, use and disclose information related to Verizon Customers that is in Z-Tel’s possession to the extent such access, use and/or disclosure has been authorized by the Z-Tel Customer in the manner required by Applicable Law. 8.4.3 Z-Tel Intrado shall restrict access to and use of Verizon OSS Facilities to Z-TelIntrado. This Section 8 does not grant to Z-Tel Intrado any right or license to grant sublicenses to other persons, or permission to other persons (except Z- TelIntrado’s employees, agents and contractors, in accordance with Section 8.4.7 below), to access or use Verizon OSS Facilities. 8.4.4 Z-Tel Intrado shall not (a) alter, modify or damage the Verizon OSS Facilities (including, but not limited to, Verizon software), (b) copy, remove, derive, reverse engineer, or decompile, software from the Verizon OSS Facilities, or (c) obtain access through Verizon OSS Facilities to Verizon databases, facilities, equipment, software, or systems, which are not offered for Z-TelIntrado’s use under this Section 8. 8.4.5 Z-Tel Intrado shall comply with all practices and procedures established by Verizon for access to and use of Verizon OSS Facilities (including, but not limited to, Verizon practices and procedures with regard to security and use of access and user identification codes). Any changes to practices and procedures will be communicated through the Verizon Change Management Process and applied on a non-discriminatory basis. 8.4.6 All practices and procedures for access to and use of Verizon OSS Facilities, and all access and user identification codes for Verizon OSS Facilities: (a) shall remain the property of Verizon; (b) shall be used by Z-Tel Intrado only in connection with Z-TelIntrado’s use of Verizon OSS Facilities permitted by this Section 8.; (c) shall be treated by Z-Tel Intrado as Confidential Information of Verizon pursuant to Section 10 of the Agreement; and, (d) shall be destroyed or returned by Z-Tel Intrado to Verizon upon the earlier of request by Verizon or the expiration or termination of the Agreement. 8.4.7 Z-TelIntrado’s employees, agents and contractors may access and use Verizon OSS Facilities only to the extent necessary for Z-TelIntrado’s access to and use of the Verizon OSS Facilities permitted by this Agreement. Any access to or use of Verizon OSS Facilities by Z-TelIntrado’s employees, agents, or contractors, shall be subject to the provisions of the Agreement, including, but not limited to, Section 10 of the Agreement and Section 8.5.2.3 of this Attachment.

Access to and Use of Verizon OSS Facilities. 8.4.1 Verizon OSS Facilities may be accessed and used by Z-Tel Synopsis only to the extent necessary for Z-TelSynopsis’s access to and use of Verizon OSS Services pursuant to the Agreement. 8.4.2 Verizon OSS Facilities may be accessed and used by Z-Tel as a tool Synopsis only to provide Telecommunications Services to Z-Tel Synopsis Customers. Z-Tel shall have the right to access, use and disclose information related to Verizon Customers that is in Z-Tel’s possession to the extent such access, use and/or disclosure has been authorized by the Z-Tel Customer in the manner required by Applicable Law. 8.4.3 Z-Tel Synopsis shall restrict access to and use of Verizon OSS Facilities to Z-TelSynopsis. This Section 8 does not grant to Z-Tel Synopsis any right or license to grant sublicenses to other persons, or permission to other persons (except Z- TelSynopsis’s employees, agents and contractors, in accordance with Section 8.4.7 below), to access or use Verizon OSS Facilities. 8.4.4 Z-Tel Synopsis shall not (a) alter, modify or damage the Verizon OSS Facilities (including, but not limited to, Verizon software), (b) copy, remove, derive, reverse engineer, or decompile, software from the Verizon OSS Facilities, or (c) obtain access through Verizon OSS Facilities to Verizon databases, facilities, equipment, software, or systems, which are not offered for Z-TelSynopsis’s use under this Section 8. 8.4.5 Z-Tel Synopsis shall comply with all practices and procedures established by Verizon for access to and use of Verizon OSS Facilities (including, but not limited to, Verizon practices and procedures with regard to security and use of access and user identification codes). Any changes to practices and procedures will be communicated through the Verizon Change Management Process and applied on a non-discriminatory basis. 8.4.6 All practices and procedures for access to and use of Verizon OSS Facilities, and all access and user identification codes for Verizon OSS Facilities: (a) shall remain the property of Verizon; (b) shall be used by Z-Tel Synopsis only in connection with Z-TelSynopsis’s use of Verizon OSS Facilities permitted by this Section 8.; (c) shall be treated by Z-Tel Synopsis as Confidential Information of Verizon pursuant to Section 10 of the Agreement; and, (d) shall be destroyed or returned by Z-Tel Synopsis to Verizon upon the earlier of request by Verizon or the expiration or termination of the Agreement. 8.4.7 Z-TelSynopsis’s employees, agents and contractors may access and use Verizon OSS Facilities only to the extent necessary for Z-TelSynopsis’s access to and use of the Verizon OSS Facilities permitted by this Agreement. Any access to or use of Verizon OSS Facilities by Z-TelSynopsis’s employees, agents, or contractors, shall be subject to the provisions of the Agreement, including, but not limited to, Section 10 of the Agreement and Section 8.5.2.3 of this Attachment.

Access to and Use of Verizon OSS Facilities. 8.4.1 Verizon OSS Facilities may be accessed and used by Z-Tel DSLnet only to the extent necessary for Z-TelDSLnet’s access to and use of Verizon OSS Services pursuant to the this Agreement. 8.4.2 Verizon OSS Facilities may be accessed and used by Z-Tel as a tool DSLnet only to provide Telecommunications Services to Z-Tel DSLnet Customers. Z-Tel shall have the right to access, use and disclose information related to Verizon Customers that is in Z-Tel’s possession to the extent such access, use and/or disclosure has been authorized by the Z-Tel Customer in the manner required by Applicable Law. 8.4.3 Z-Tel DSLnet shall restrict access to and use of Verizon OSS Facilities to Z-TelDSLnet. This Section 8 does not grant to Z-Tel DSLnet any right or license to grant sublicenses to other persons, or permission to other persons (except Z- TelDSLnet’s employees, agents and contractors, in accordance with Section 8.4.7 belowof this Attachment), to access or use Verizon OSS Facilities. 8.4.4 Z-Tel DSLnet shall not (a) alter, modify or damage the Verizon OSS Facilities (including, but not limited to, Verizon software), (b) copy, remove, derive, reverse engineer, or decompile, software from the Verizon OSS Facilities, or (c) obtain access through Verizon OSS Facilities to Verizon databases, facilities, equipment, software, or systems, which are not offered for Z-TelDSLnet’s use under this Section 8. 8.4.5 Z-Tel DSLnet shall comply with all practices and procedures established by Verizon for access to and use of Verizon OSS Facilities (including, but not limited to, Verizon practices and procedures with regard to security and use of access and user identification codes). Any access to or use of Verizon OSS Facilities by Z-TelDSLnet’s employees, agents, or contractors, shall be subject to the provisions of the this Agreement, including, but not limited to, Section 10 of the Agreement General Terms and Conditions and Section 8.5.2.3 8.5.3.2 of this Attachment.

Access to and Use of Verizon OSS Facilities. 8.4.1 Verizon OSS Facilities may be accessed and used by Z-Tel DTI only to the extent necessary for Z-TelDTI’s access to and use of Verizon OSS Services pursuant to the Agreement. 8.4.2 Verizon OSS Facilities may be accessed and used by Z-Tel as a tool DTI only to provide Telecommunications Services to Z-Tel DTI Customers. Z-Tel shall have the right to access, use and disclose information related to Verizon Customers that is in Z-Tel’s possession to the extent such access, use and/or disclosure has been authorized by the Z-Tel Customer in the manner required by Applicable Law. 8.4.3 Z-Tel DTI shall restrict access to and use of Verizon OSS Facilities to Z-TelDTI. This Section 8 does not grant to Z-Tel DTI any right or license to grant sublicenses to other persons, or permission to other persons (except Z- TelDTI’s employees, agents and contractors, in accordance with Section 8.4.7 below), to access or use Verizon OSS Facilities. 8.4.4 Z-Tel DTI shall not (a) alter, modify or damage the Verizon OSS Facilities (including, but not limited to, Verizon software), (b) copy, remove, derive, reverse engineer, or decompile, software from the Verizon OSS Facilities, or (c) obtain access through Verizon OSS Facilities to Verizon databases, facilities, equipment, software, or systems, which are not offered for Z-TelDTI’s use under this Section 8. 8.4.5 Z-Tel DTI shall comply with all practices and procedures established by Verizon for access to and use of Verizon OSS Facilities (including, but not limited to, Verizon practices and procedures with regard to security and use of access and user identification codes). Any changes to practices and procedures will be communicated through the Verizon Change Management Process and applied on a non-discriminatory basis. 8.4.6 All practices and procedures for access to and use of Verizon OSS Facilities, and all access and user identification codes for Verizon OSS Facilities: (a) shall remain the property of Verizon; (b) shall be used by Z-Tel DTI only in connection with Z-TelDTI’s use of Verizon OSS Facilities permitted by this Section 8.; (c) shall be treated by Z-Tel DTI as Confidential Information of Verizon pursuant to Section 10 of the Agreement; and, (d) shall be destroyed or returned by Z-Tel DTI to Verizon upon the earlier of request by Verizon or the expiration or termination of the Agreement. 8.4.7 Z-TelDTI’s employees, agents and contractors may access and use Verizon OSS Facilities only to the extent necessary for Z-TelDTI’s access to and use of the Verizon OSS Facilities permitted by this Agreement. Any access to or use of Verizon OSS Facilities by Z-TelDTI’s employees, agents, or contractors, shall be subject to the provisions of the Agreement, including, but not limited to, Section 10 of the Agreement and Section 8.5.2.3 of this Attachment.

Access to and Use of Verizon OSS Facilities. 8.4.1 Verizon OSS Facilities may be accessed and used by Z-Tel Snappy Phone only to the extent necessary for Z-TelSnappy Phone’s access to and use of Verizon OSS Services pursuant to the this Agreement. 8.4.2 Verizon OSS Facilities may be accessed and used by Z-Tel as a tool Snappy Phone only to provide Telecommunications Services to Z-Tel Snappy Phone Customers. Z-Tel shall have the right to access, use and disclose information related to Verizon Customers that is in Z-Tel’s possession to the extent such access, use and/or disclosure has been authorized by the Z-Tel Customer in the manner required by Applicable Law. 8.4.3 Z-Tel Snappy Phone shall restrict access to and use of Verizon OSS Facilities to Z-TelSnappy Phone. This Section 8 does not grant to Z-Tel Snappy Phone any right or license to grant sublicenses to other persons, or permission to other persons (except Z- TelSnappy Phone’s employees, agents and contractors, in accordance with Section 8.4.7 below), to access or use Verizon OSS Facilities. 8.4.4 Z-Tel Snappy Phone shall not (a) alter, modify or damage the Verizon OSS Facilities (including, but not limited to, Verizon software), (b) copy, remove, derive, reverse engineer, or decompile, software from the Verizon OSS Facilities, or (c) obtain access through Verizon OSS Facilities to Verizon databases, facilities, equipment, software, or systems, which are not offered for Z-TelSnappy Phone’s use under this Section 8. 8.4.5 Z-Tel Snappy Phone shall comply with all practices and procedures established by Verizon for access to and use of Verizon OSS Facilities (including, but not limited to, Verizon practices and procedures with regard to security and use of access and user identification codes). Any changes to practices and procedures will be communicated through the Verizon Change Management Process and applied on a non-discriminatory basis. 8.4.6 All practices and procedures for access to and use of Verizon OSS Facilities, and all access and user identification codes for Verizon OSS Facilities: (a) shall remain the property of Verizon; (b) shall be used by Z-Tel Snappy Phone only in connection with Z-TelSnappy Phone’s use of Verizon OSS Facilities permitted by this Section 8.; (c) shall be treated by Z-Tel Snappy Phone as Confidential Information of Verizon pursuant to Section 10 of the AgreementGeneral Terms and Conditions; and, (d) shall be destroyed or returned by Z-Tel Snappy Phone to Verizon upon the earlier of request by Verizon or the expiration or termination of the this Agreement. 8.4.7 Z-TelSnappy Phone’s employees, agents and contractors may access and use Verizon OSS Facilities only to the extent necessary for Z-TelSnappy Phone’s access to and use of the Verizon OSS Facilities permitted by this Agreement. Any access to or use of Verizon OSS Facilities by Z-TelSnappy Phone’s employees, agents, or contractors, shall be subject to the provisions of the this Agreement, including, but not limited to, Section 10 of the Agreement General Terms and Conditions and Section 8.5.2.3 of this Attachment.

Access to and Use of Verizon OSS Facilities. 8.4.1 Verizon OSS Facilities may be accessed and used by Z-Tel CCI only to the extent necessary for Z-TelCCI’s access to and use of Verizon OSS Services Servi ces pursuant to the this Agreement. 8.4.2 Verizon OSS Facilities may be accessed and used by Z-Tel as a tool CCI only to provide Telecommunications Services to Z-Tel CCI Customers. Z-Tel shall have the right to access, use and disclose information related to Verizon Customers that is in Z-Tel’s possession to the extent such access, use and/or disclosure has been authorized by the Z-Tel Customer in the manner required by Applicable Law. 8.4.3 Z-Tel CCI shall restrict access to and use of Verizon OSS Facilities to Z-TelCCI. This Section 8 does not grant to Z-Tel CCI any right or license to grant sublicenses to other persons, or permission to other persons (except Z- TelCCI’s employees, agents and contractors, in accordance with Section 8.4.7 belowof this Attachment), to access or use Verizon OSS Facilities. 8.4.4 Z-Tel CCI shall not (a) alter, modify or damage the Verizon OSS Facilities (including, but not limited to, Verizon software), (b) copy, remove, derive, reverse engineer, or decompile, software from the Verizon OSS Facilities, or (c) obtain access through Verizon OSS Facilities to Verizon databases, facilities, equipment, software, or systems, which are not offered for Z-TelCCI’s use under this Section 8. 8.4.5 Z-Tel CCI shall comply with all practices and procedures established by Verizon for access to and use of Verizon OSS Facilities (including, but not limited to, Verizon practices and procedures with regard to security and use of access and user identification codes). Any changes to practices and procedures will be communicated through the Verizon Change Management Process and applied on a non-discriminatory basis. 8.4.6 All practices and procedures for access to and use of Verizon OSS Facilities, and all access and user identification codes for Verizon OSS Facilities: (a) shall remain the property of Verizon; (b) shall be used by Z-Tel CCI only in connection with Z-TelCCI’s use of Verizon OSS Facilities permitted by this Section 8.; (c) shall be treated by Z-Tel CCI as Confidential Information of Verizon pursuant to Section 10 of the AgreementGeneral Terms and Conditions; and, (d) shall be destroyed or returned by Z-Tel CCI to Verizon upon the earlier of request by Verizon or the expiration or termination of the this Agreement. 8.4.7 Z-TelCCI’s employees, agents and contractors may access and use Verizon OSS Facilities only to the extent necessary for Z-TelCCI’s access to and use of the Verizon OSS Facilities permitted by this Agreement. Any access to or use of Verizon OSS Facilities by Z-TelCCI’s employees, agents, or contractors, shall be subject to the provisions of the this Agreement, including, but not limited to, Section 10 of the Agreement General Terms and Conditions and Section 8.5.2.3 8.5.3.2 of this Attachment.

Access to and Use of Verizon OSS Facilities. 8.4.1 Verizon OSS Facilities may be accessed and used by Z-Tel Talk Unlimited only to the extent necessary for Z-TelTalk Unlimited’s access to and use of Verizon OSS Services pursuant to the Agreement.this Agreement.‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌ 8.4.2 Verizon OSS Facilities may be accessed and used by Z-Tel as a tool Talk Unlimited only to provide Telecommunications Services to Z-Tel Talk Unlimited Customers. Z-Tel shall have the right to access, use and disclose information related to Verizon Customers that is in Z-Tel’s possession to the extent such access, use and/or disclosure has been authorized by the Z-Tel Customer in the manner required by Applicable Law. 8.4.3 Z-Tel Talk Unlimited shall restrict access to and use of Verizon OSS Facilities to Z-TelTalk Unlimited. This Section 8 does not grant to Z-Tel Talk Unlimited any right or license to grant sublicenses to other persons, or permission to other persons (except Z- TelTalk Unlimited’s employees, agents and contractors, in accordance with Section 8.4.7 below), to access or use Verizon OSS Facilities. 8.4.4 Z-Tel Talk Unlimited shall not (a) alter, modify or damage the Verizon OSS Facilities (including, but not limited to, Verizon software), (b) copy, remove, derive, reverse engineer, or decompile, software from the Verizon OSS Facilities, or (c) obtain access through Verizon OSS Facilities to Verizon databases, facilities, equipment, software, or systems, which are not offered for Z-TelTalk Unlimited’s use under this Section 8. 8.4.5 Z-Tel Talk Unlimited shall comply with all practices and procedures established by Verizon for access to and use of Verizon OSS Facilities (including, but not limited to, Verizon practices and procedures with regard to security and use of access and user identification codes). Any changes to practices and procedures will be communicated through the Verizon Change Management Process and applied on a non-discriminatory basis. 8.4.6 All practices and procedures for access to and use of Verizon OSS Facilities, and all access and user identification codes for Verizon OSS Facilities: (a) shall remain the property of Verizon; (b) shall be used by Z-Tel Talk Unlimited only in connection with Z-TelTalk Unlimited’s use of Verizon OSS Facilities permitted by this Section 8.; (c) shall be treated by Z-Tel Talk Unlimited as Confidential Information of Verizon pursuant to Section 10 of the AgreementGeneral Terms and Conditions; and, (d) shall be destroyed or returned by Z-Tel Talk Unlimited to Verizon upon the earlier of request by Verizon or the expiration or termination of the this Agreement. 8.4.7 Z-TelTalk Unlimited’s employees, agents and contractors may access and use Verizon OSS Facilities only to the extent necessary for Z-TelTalk Unlimited’s access to and use of the Verizon OSS Facilities permitted by this Agreement. Any access to or use of Verizon OSS Facilities by Z-TelTalk Unlimited’s employees, agents, or contractors, shall be subject to the provisions of the this Agreement, including, but not limited to, Section 10 of the Agreement General Terms and Conditions and Section 8.5.2.3 of this Attachment.

Access to and Use of Verizon OSS Facilities. 8.4.1 Verizon OSS Facilities may be accessed and used by Z-Tel Norcom only to the extent necessary for Z-TelNorcom’s access to and use of Verizon OSS Services pursuant to the Agreement. 8.4.2 Verizon OSS Facilities may be accessed and used by Z-Tel as a tool Norcom only to provide Telecommunications Services to Z-Tel Norcom Customers. Z-Tel shall have the right to access, use and disclose information related to Verizon Customers that is in Z-Tel’s possession to the extent such access, use and/or disclosure has been authorized by the Z-Tel Customer in the manner required by Applicable Law. 8.4.3 Z-Tel Norcom shall restrict access to and use of Verizon OSS Facilities to Z-TelNorcom. This Section 8 does not grant to Z-Tel Norcom any right or license to grant sublicenses to other persons, or permission to other persons (except Z- TelNorcom’s employees, agents and contractors, in accordance with Section 8.4.7 below), to access or use Verizon OSS Facilities. 8.4.4 Z-Tel Norcom shall not (a) alter, modify or damage the Verizon OSS Facilities (including, but not limited to, Verizon software), (b) copy, remove, derive, reverse engineer, or decompile, software from the Verizon OSS Facilities, or (c) obtain access through Verizon OSS Facilities to Verizon databases, facilities, equipment, software, or systems, which are not offered for Z-TelNorcom’s use under this Section 8. 8.4.5 Z-Tel Norcom shall comply with all practices and procedures established by Verizon for access to and use of Verizon OSS Facilities (including, but not limited to, Verizon practices and procedures with regard to security and use of access and user identification codes). Any changes to practices and procedures will be communicated through the Verizon Change Management Process and applied on a non-discriminatory basis. 8.4.6 All practices and procedures for access to and use of Verizon OSS Facilities, and all access and user identification codes for Verizon OSS Facilities: (a) shall remain the property of Verizon; (b) shall be used by Z-Tel Norcom only in connection with Z-TelNorcom’s use of Verizon OSS Facilities permitted by this Section 8.; (c) shall be treated by Z-Tel Norcom as Confidential Information of Verizon pursuant to Section 10 of the Agreement; and, (d) shall be destroyed or returned by Z-Tel Norcom to Verizon upon the earlier of request by Verizon or the expiration or termination of the Agreement. 8.4.7 Z-TelNorcom’s employees, agents and contractors may access and use Verizon OSS Facilities only to the extent necessary for Z-TelNorcom’s access to and use of the Verizon OSS Facilities permitted by this Agreement. Any access to or use of Verizon OSS Facilities by Z-TelNorcom’s employees, agents, or contractors, shall be subject to the provisions of the Agreement, including, but not limited to, Section 10 of the Agreement and Section 8.5.2.3 of this Attachment.

Z-Tel shall have the right to access, use and disclose information related to Verizon Customers that is in Z-Tel’s possession to the extent such access, use and/or disclosure has been authorized by the Z-Tel Customer in the manner required by Applicable Law. 8.4.3 Z-Tel North Atlantic shall restrict access to and use of Verizon OSS Facilities to Z-TelNorth Atlantic. This Section 8 does not grant to Z-Tel North Atlantic any right or license to grant sublicenses to other persons, or permission to other persons (except Z- TelNorth Atlantic’s employees, agents and contractors, in accordance with Section 8.4.7 belowof this Attachment), to access or use Verizon OSS Facilities. 8.4.4 Z-Tel North Atlantic shall not (a) alter, modify or damage the Verizon OSS Facilities (including, but not limited to, Verizon software), (b) copy, remove, derive, reverse engineer, or decompile, software from the Verizon OSS Facilities, or (c) obtain access through Verizon OSS Facilities to Verizon databases, facilities, equipment, software, or systems, which are not offered for Z-TelNorth Atlantic’s use under this Section 8. 8.4.5 Z-Tel North Atlantic shall comply with all practices and procedures established by Verizon for access to and use of Verizon OSS Facilities (including, but not limited to, Verizon practices and procedures with regard to security and use of access and user identification codes). Any changes to practices and procedures will be communicated through the Verizon Change Management Process and applied on a non-discriminatory basis. 8.4.6 All practices and procedures for access to and use of Verizon OSS Facilities, and all access and user identification codes for Verizon OSS Facilities: (a) shall remain the property of Verizon; (b) shall be used by Z-Tel North Atlantic only in connection with Z-TelNorth Atlantic’s use of Verizon OSS Facilities permitted by this Section 8.; (c) shall be treated by Z-Tel North Atlantic as Confidential Information of Verizon pursuant to Section 10 of the AgreementGeneral Terms and Conditions; and, (d) shall be destroyed or returned by Z-Tel North Atlantic to Verizon upon the earlier of request by Verizon or the expiration or termination of the this Agreement. 8.4.7 Z-TelNorth Atlantic’s employees, agents and contractors may access and use Verizon OSS Facilities only to the extent necessary for Z-TelNorth Atlantic’s access to and use of the Verizon OSS Facilities permitted by this Agreement. Any access to or use of Verizon OSS Facilities by Z-TelNorth Atlantic’s employees, agents, or contractors, shall be subject to the provisions of the this Agreement, including, but not limited to, Section 10 of the Agreement General Terms and Conditions and Section 8.5.2.3 8.5.3.2 of this Attachment.

Access to and Use of Verizon OSS Facilities. 8.4.1 Verizon OSS Facilities may be accessed and used by Z-Tel GNAPS only to the extent necessary for Z-TelGNAPS’s access to and use of Verizon OSS Services pursuant to the this Agreement. 8.4.2 Verizon OSS Facilities may be accessed and used by Z-Tel as a tool GNAPS only to provide Telecommunications Services to Z-Tel GNAPS Customers. Z-Tel shall have the right to access, use and disclose information related to Verizon Customers that is in Z-Tel’s possession to the extent such access, use and/or disclosure has been authorized by the Z-Tel Customer in the manner required by Applicable Law. 8.4.3 Z-Tel GNAPS shall restrict access to and use of Verizon OSS Facilities to Z-TelGNAPS. This Section 8 does not grant to Z-Tel GNAPS any right or license to grant sublicenses to other persons, or permission to other persons (except Z- TelGNAPS’s employees, agents and contractors, in accordance with Section 8.4.7 below), to access or use Verizon OSS Facilities. 8.4.4 Z-Tel GNAPS shall not (a) alter, modify or damage the Verizon OSS Facilities (including, but not limited to, Verizon software), (b) copy, remove, derive, reverse engineer, or decompile, software from the Verizon OSS Facilities, or (c) obtain access through Verizon OSS Facilities to Verizon databases, facilities, equipment, software, or systems, which are not offered for Z-TelGNAPS’s use under this Section 8. 8.4.5 Z-Tel GNAPS shall comply with all practices and procedures established by Verizon for access to and use of Verizon OSS Facilities (including, but not limited to, Verizon practices and procedures with regard to security and use of access and user identification codes). Any changes to practices and procedures will be communicated through the Verizon Change Management Process and applied on a non-discriminatory basis. 8.4.6 All practices and procedures for access to and use of Verizon OSS Facilities, and all access and user identification codes for Verizon OSS Facilities: (a) shall remain the property of Verizon; (b) shall be used by Z-Tel GNAPS only in connection with Z-TelGNAPS’s use of Verizon OSS Facilities permitted by this Section 8.; (c) shall be treated by Z-Tel GNAPS as Confidential Information of Verizon pursuant to Section 10 of the AgreementGeneral Terms and Conditions; and, (d) shall be destroyed or returned by Z-Tel GNAPS to Verizon upon the earlier of request by Verizon or the expiration or termination of the this Agreement. 8.4.7 Z-TelGNAPS’s employees, agents and contractors may access and use Verizon OSS Facilities only to the extent necessary for Z-TelGNAPS’s access to and use of the Verizon OSS Facilities permitted by this Agreement. Any access to or use of Verizon OSS Facilities by Z-TelGNAPS’s employees, agents, or contractors, shall be subject to the provisions of the this Agreement, including, but not limited to, Section 10 of the Agreement General Terms and Conditions and Section 8.5.2.3 of this Attachment.

Access to and Use of Verizon OSS Facilities. 8.4.1 Verizon OSS Facilities may be accessed and used by Z-Tel ICG only to the extent necessary for Z-TelICG’s access to and use of Verizon OSS Services pursuant to the Agreement. 8.4.2 Verizon OSS Facilities may be accessed and used by Z-Tel as a tool ICG only to provide Telecommunications Services to Z-Tel ICG Customers. Z-Tel shall have the right to access, use and disclose information related to Verizon Customers that is in Z-Tel’s possession to the extent such access, use and/or disclosure has been authorized by the Z-Tel Customer in the manner required by Applicable Law. 8.4.3 Z-Tel ICG shall restrict access to and use of Verizon OSS Facilities to Z-TelICG. This Section 8 does not grant to Z-Tel ICG any right or license to grant sublicenses to other persons, or permission to other persons (except Z- TelICG’s employees, agents and contractors, in accordance with Section 8.4.7 below), to access or use Verizon OSS Facilities. 8.4.4 Z-Tel ICG shall not (a) alter, modify or damage the Verizon OSS Facilities (including, but not limited to, Verizon software), (b) copy, remove, derive, reverse engineer, or decompile, software from the Verizon OSS Facilities, or (c) obtain access through Verizon OSS Facilities to Verizon databases, facilities, equipment, software, or systems, which are not offered for Z-TelICG’s use under this Section 8. 8.4.5 Z-Tel ICG shall comply with all practices and procedures established by Verizon for access to and use of Verizon OSS Facilities (including, but not limited to, Verizon practices and procedures with regard to security and use of access and user identification codes). Any access to or use of Verizon OSS Facilities by Z-Tel’s employees, agents, or contractors, shall be subject to the provisions of the Agreement, including, but not limited to, Section 10 of the Agreement and Section 8.5.2.3 of this Attachment.,

Z-Tel shall have the right to access, use and disclose information related to Verizon Customers that is in Z-Tel’s possession to the extent such access, use and/or disclosure has been authorized by the Z-Tel Customer in the manner required by Applicable Law. 8.4.3 Z-Tel Direct2Internet shall restrict access to and use of Verizon OSS Facilities to Z-TelDirect2Internet. This Section 8 does not grant to Z-Tel Direct2Internet any right or license to grant sublicenses to other persons, or permission to other persons (except Z- TelDirect2Internet’s employees, agents and contractors, in accordance with Section 8.4.7 below), to access or use Verizon OSS Facilities. 8.4.4 Z-Tel Direct2Internet shall not (a) alter, modify or damage the Verizon OSS Facilities (including, but not limited to, Verizon software), (b) copy, remove, derive, reverse engineer, or decompile, software from the Verizon OSS Facilities, or (c) obtain access through Verizon OSS Facilities to Verizon databases, facilities, equipment, software, or systems, which are not offered for Z-TelDirect2Internet’s use under this Section 8. 8.4.5 Z-Tel Direct2Internet shall comply with all practices and procedures established by Verizon for access to and use of Verizon OSS Facilities (including, but not limited to, Verizon practices and procedures with regard to security and use of access and user identification codes). Any changes to practices and procedures will be communicated through the Verizon Change Management Process and applied on a non-discriminatory basis. 8.4.6 All practices and procedures for access to and use of Verizon OSS Facilities, and all access and user identification codes for Verizon OSS Facilities: (a) shall remain the property of Verizon; (b) shall be used by Z-Tel Direct2Internet only in connection with Z-TelDirect2Internet’s use of Verizon OSS Facilities permitted by this Section 8.; (c) shall be treated by Z-Tel Direct2Internet as Confidential Information of Verizon pursuant to Section 10 of the Agreement; and, (d) shall be destroyed or returned by Z-Tel Direct2Internet to Verizon upon the earlier of request by Verizon or the expiration or termination of the Agreement. 8.4.7 Z-TelDirect2Internet’s employees, agents and contractors may access and use Verizon OSS Facilities only to the extent necessary for Z-TelDirect2Internet’s access to and use of the Verizon OSS Facilities permitted by this Agreement. Any access to or use of Verizon OSS Facilities by Z-TelDirect2Internet’s employees, agents, or contractors, shall be subject to the provisions of the Agreement, including, but not limited to, Section 10 of the Agreement and Section 8.5.2.3 of this Attachment.

This Section 8 does not grant to Z-Tel DSCI any right or license to grant sublicenses to other persons, or permission to other persons (except Z- Tel’s employees, agents and contractors, in accordance with Section 8.4.7 below), to access or use Verizon OSS Facilities.to 8.4.4 Z-Tel DSCI shall not (a) alter, modify or damage the Verizon OSS Facilities (including, but not limited to, Verizon software), (b) copy, remove, derive, reverse engineer, or decompile, software from the Verizon OSS Facilities, or (c) obtain access through Verizon OSS Facilities to Verizon databases, facilities, equipment, software, or systems, which are not offered for Z-TelDSCI’s use under this Section 8. 8.4.5 Z-Tel DSCI shall comply with all practices and procedures established by Verizon for access to and use of Verizon OSS Facilities (including, but not limited to, Verizon practices and procedures with regard to security and use of access and user identification codes). Any changes to practices and procedures will be communicated through the Verizon Change Management Process and applied on a non-discriminatory basis. 8.4.6 All practices and procedures for access to and use of Verizon OSS Facilities, and all access and user identification codes for Verizon OSS Facilities: (a) shall remain the property of Verizon; (b) shall be used by Z-Tel Xxxxxxxx only in connection with Z-Tel’s Xxxxxxxx’x use of Verizon OSS Facilities permitted by this Section 8.; (c) shall be treated by Z-Tel Xxxxxxxx as Confidential Information of Verizon pursuant to Section 10 of the AgreementGeneral Terms and Conditions; and, (d) shall be destroyed or returned by Z-Tel Xxxxxxxx to Verizon upon the earlier of request by Verizon or the expiration or termination of the this Agreement. 8.4.7 Z-Tel’s Xxxxxxxx’x employees, agents and contractors may access and use Verizon OSS Facilities only to the extent necessary for Z-Tel’s Xxxxxxxx’x access to and use of the Verizon OSS Facilities permitted by this Agreement. Any access to or use of Verizon OSS Facilities by Z-Tel’s Xxxxxxxx’x employees, agents, or contractors, shall be subject to the provisions of the this Agreement, including, but not limited to, Section 10 of the Agreement General Terms and Conditions and Section 8.5.2.3 8.5.3.2 of this Attachment.

Access to and Use of Verizon OSS Facilities. 8.4.1 Verizon OSS Facilities may be accessed and used by Z-Tel Northstar only to the extent necessary for Z-TelNorthstar’s access to and use of Verizon OSS Services pursuant to the this Agreement. 8.4.2 Verizon OSS Facilities may be accessed and used by Z-Tel as a tool Northstar only to provide Telecommunications Services to Z-Tel Northstar Customers. Z-Tel shall have the right to access, use and disclose information related to Verizon Customers that is in Z-Tel’s possession to the extent such access, use and/or disclosure has been authorized by the Z-Tel Customer in the manner required by Applicable Law. 8.4.3 Z-Tel Northstar shall restrict access to and use of Verizon OSS Facilities to Z-TelNorthstar. This Section 8 does not grant to Z-Tel Northstar any right or license to grant sublicenses to other persons, or permission to other persons (except Z- TelNorthstar’s employees, agents and contractors, in accordance with Section 8.4.7 belowof this Attachment), to access or use Verizon OSS Facilities. 8.4.4 Z-Tel Northstar shall not (a) alter, modify or damage the Verizon OSS Facilities (including, but not limited to, Verizon software), (b) copy, remove, derive, reverse engineer, or decompile, software from the Verizon OSS Facilities, or (c) obtain access through Verizon OSS Facilities to Verizon databases, facilities, equipment, software, or systems, which are not offered for Z-TelNorthstar’s use under this Section 8. 8.4.5 Z-Tel Northstar shall comply with all practices and procedures established by Verizon for access to and use of Verizon OSS Facilities (including, but not limited to, Verizon practices and procedures with regard to security and use of access and user identification codes). Any changes to practices and procedures will be communicated through the Verizon Change Management Process and applied on a non-discriminatory basis. 8.4.6 All practices and procedures for access to and use of Verizon OSS Facilities, and all access and user identification codes for Verizon OSS Facilities: (a) shall remain the property of Verizon; (b) shall be used by Z-Tel Northstar only in connection with Z-TelNorthstar’s use of Verizon OSS Facilities permitted by this Section 8.; (c) shall be treated by Z-Tel Northstar as Confidential Information of Verizon pursuant to Section 10 of the AgreementGeneral Terms and Conditions; and, (d) shall be destroyed or returned by Z-Tel Northstar to Verizon upon the earlier of request by Verizon or the expiration or termination of the this Agreement. 8.4.7 Z-TelNorthstar’s employees, agents and contractors may access and use Verizon OSS Facilities only to the extent necessary for Z-TelNorthstar’s access to and use of the Verizon OSS Facilities permitted by this Agreement. Any access to or use of Verizon OSS Facilities by Z-TelNorthstar’s employees, agents, or contractors, shall be subject to the provisions of the this Agreement, including, but not limited to, Section 10 of the Agreement General Terms and Conditions and Section 8.5.2.3 8.5.3.2 of this Attachment.

Z-Tel shall have the right to access, use and disclose information related to Verizon Customers that is in Z-Tel’s possession to the extent such access, use and/or disclosure has been authorized by the Z-Tel Customer in the manner required by Applicable Law. 8.4.3 Z-Tel Budget Phone shall restrict access to and use of Verizon OSS Facilities to Z-TelBudget Phone. This Section 8 does not grant to Z-Tel Budget Phone any right or license to grant sublicenses to other persons, or permission to other persons (except Z- TelBudget Phone’s employees, agents and contractors, in accordance with Section 8.4.7 below), to access or use Verizon OSS Facilities. 8.4.4 Z-Tel Budget Phone shall not (a) alter, modify or damage the Verizon OSS Facilities (including, but not limited to, Verizon software), (b) copy, remove, derive, reverse engineer, or decompile, software from the Verizon OSS Facilities, or (c) obtain access through Verizon OSS Facilities to Verizon databases, facilities, equipment, software, or systems, which are not offered for Z-TelBudget Phone’s use under this Section 8. 8.4.5 Z-Tel Budget Phone shall comply with all practices and procedures established by Verizon for access to and use of Verizon OSS Facilities (including, but not limited to, Verizon practices and procedures with regard to security and use of access and user identification codes). Any changes to practices and procedures will be communicated through the Verizon Change Management Process and applied on a non-discriminatory basis. 8.4.6 All practices and procedures for access to and use of Verizon OSS Facilities, and all access and user identification codes for Verizon OSS Facilities: (a) shall remain the property of Verizon; (b) shall be used by Z-Tel Budget Phone only in connection with Z-TelBudget Phone’s use of Verizon OSS Facilities permitted by this Section 8.; (c) shall be treated by Z-Tel Budget Phone as Confidential Information of Verizon pursuant to Section 10 of the AgreementGeneral Terms and Conditions; and, (d) shall be destroyed or returned by Z-Tel Budget Phone to Verizon upon the earlier of request by Verizon or the expiration or termination of the this Agreement. 8.4.7 Z-TelBudget Phone’s employees, agents and contractors may access and use Verizon OSS Facilities only to the extent necessary for Z-TelBudget Phone’s access to and use of the Verizon OSS Facilities permitted by this Agreement. Any access to or use of Verizon OSS Facilities by Z-TelBudget Phone’s employees, agents, or contractors, shall be subject to the provisions of the this Agreement, including, but not limited to, Section 10 of the Agreement General Terms and Conditions and Section 8.5.2.3 of this Attachment.

Access to and Use of Verizon OSS Facilities. 8.4.1 Verizon OSS Facilities may be accessed and used by Z-Tel Teleconex only to the extent necessary for Z-TelTeleconex’s access to and use of Verizon OSS Services pursuant to the Agreement. 8.4.2 Verizon OSS Facilities may be accessed and used by Z-Tel as a tool Teleconex only to provide Telecommunications Services to Z-Tel Teleconex Customers. Z-Tel shall have the right to access, use and disclose information related to Verizon Customers that is in Z-Tel’s possession to the extent such access, use and/or disclosure has been authorized by the Z-Tel Customer in the manner required by Applicable Law. 8.4.3 Z-Tel Teleconex shall restrict access to and use of Verizon OSS Facilities to Z-TelTeleconex. This Section 8 does not grant to Z-Tel Teleconex any right or license to grant sublicenses to other persons, or permission to other persons (except Z- TelTeleconex’s employees, agents and contractors, in accordance with Section 8.4.7 below), to access or use Verizon OSS Facilities. 8.4.4 Z-Tel Teleconex shall not (a) alter, modify or damage the Verizon OSS Facilities (including, but not limited to, Verizon software), (b) copy, remove, derive, reverse engineer, or decompile, software from the Verizon OSS Facilities, or (c) obtain access through Verizon OSS Facilities to Verizon databases, facilities, equipment, software, or systems, which are not offered for Z-TelTeleconex’s use under this Section 8. 8.4.5 Z-Tel Teleconex shall comply with all practices and procedures established by Verizon for access to and use of Verizon OSS Facilities (including, but not limited to, Verizon practices and procedures with regard to security and use of access and user identification codes). Any changes to practices and procedures will be communicated through the Verizon Change Management Process and applied on a non-discriminatory basis. 8.4.6 All practices and procedures for access to and use of Verizon OSS Facilities, and all access and user identification codes for Verizon OSS Facilities: (a) shall remain the property of Verizon; (b) shall be used by Z-Tel Teleconex only in connection with Z-TelTeleconex’s use of Verizon OSS Facilities permitted by this Section 8.; (c) shall be treated by Z-Tel Teleconex as Confidential Information of Verizon pursuant to Section 10 of the Agreement; and, (d) shall be destroyed or returned by Z-Tel Teleconex to Verizon upon the earlier of request by Verizon or the expiration or termination of the Agreement. 8.4.7 Z-TelTeleconex’s employees, agents and contractors may access and use Verizon OSS Facilities only to the extent necessary for Z-TelTeleconex’s access to and use of the Verizon OSS Facilities permitted by this Agreement. Any access to or use of Verizon OSS Facilities by Z-TelTeleconex’s employees, agents, or contractors, shall be subject to the provisions of the Agreement, including, but not limited to, Section 10 of the Agreement and Section 8.5.2.3 of this Attachment.

Z-Tel shall have the right to access, use and disclose information related to Verizon Customers that is in Z-Tel’s possession to the extent such access, use and/or disclosure has been authorized by the Z-Tel Customer in the manner required by Applicable Law. 8.4.3 Z-Tel Marathon shall restrict access to and use of Verizon OSS Facilities to Z-Tel. Marathon This Section 8 does not grant to Z-Tel Marathon any right or license to grant sublicenses to other persons, or permission to other persons (except Z- TelMarathon’s employees, agents and contractors, in accordance with Section 8.4.7 belowof this Attachment), to access or use Verizon OSS Facilities. 8.4.4 Z-Tel Marathon shall not (a) alter, modify or damage the Verizon OSS Facilities (including, but not limited to, Verizon software), (b) copy, remove, derive, reverse engineer, or decompile, software from the Verizon OSS Facilities, or (c) obtain access through Verizon OSS Facilities to Verizon databases, facilities, equipment, software, or systems, which are not offered for Z-TelMarathon’s use under this Section 8. 8.4.5 Z-Tel Marathon shall comply with all practices and procedures established by Verizon for access to and use of Verizon OSS Facilities (including, but not limited to, Verizon practices and procedures with regard to security and use of access and user identification codes). Any changes to practices and procedures will be communicated through the Verizon Change Management Process and applied on a non-discriminatory basis. 8.4.6 All practices and procedures for access to and use of Verizon OSS Facilities, and all access and user identification codes for Verizon OSS Facilities: (a) shall remain the property of Verizon; (b) shall be used by Z-Tel Marathon only in connection with Z-TelMarathon’s use of Verizon OSS Facilities permitted by this Section 8.; (c) shall be treated by Z-Tel Marathon as Confidential Information of Verizon pursuant to Section 10 of the AgreementGeneral Terms and Conditions; and, (d) shall be destroyed or returned by Z-Tel Marathon to Verizon upon the earlier of request by Verizon or the expiration or termination of the this Agreement. 8.4.7 Z-TelMarathon’s employees, agents and contractors may access and use Verizon OSS Facilities only to the extent necessary for Z-TelMarathon’s access to and use of the Verizon OSS Facilities permitted by this Agreement. Any access to or use of Verizon OSS Facilities by Z-TelMarathon’s employees, agents, or contractors, shall be subject to the provisions of the this Agreement, including, but not limited to, Section 10 of the Agreement General Terms and Conditions and Section 8.5.2.3 8.5.3.2 of this Attachment.

Z-Tel shall have the right to access, use and disclose information related to Verizon Customers that is in Z-Tel’s possession to the extent such access, use and/or disclosure has been authorized by the Z-Tel Customer in the manner required by Applicable Law. 8.4.3 Z-Tel Velocity shall restrict access to and use of Verizon OSS Facilities to Z-TelVelocity. This Section 8 does not grant to Z-Tel Velocity any right or license to grant sublicenses to other persons, or permission to other persons (except Z- TelVelocity’s employees, agents and contractors, in accordance with Section 8.4.7 below), to access or use Verizon OSS Facilities. 8.4.4 Z-Tel Velocity shall not (a) alter, modify or damage the Verizon OSS Facilities (including, but not limited to, Verizon software), (b) copy, remove, derive, reverse engineer, or decompile, software from the Verizon OSS Facilities, or (c) obtain access through Verizon OSS Facilities to Verizon databases, facilities, equipment, software, or systems, which are not offered for Z-TelVelocity’s use under this Section 8. 8.4.5 Z-Tel Velocity shall comply with all practices and procedures established by Verizon for access to and use of Verizon OSS Facilities (including, but not limited to, Verizon practices and procedures with regard to security and use of access and user identification codes). Any changes to practices and procedures will be communicated through the Verizon Change Management Process and applied on a non-discriminatory basis. 8.4.6 All practices and procedures for access to and use of Verizon OSS Facilities, and all access and user identification codes for Verizon OSS Facilities: (a) shall remain the property of Verizon; (b) shall be used by Z-Tel Velocity only in connection with Z-TelVelocity’s use of Verizon OSS Facilities permitted by this Section 8.; (c) shall be treated by Z-Tel Velocity as Confidential Information of Verizon pursuant to Section 10 of the Agreement; and, (d) shall be destroyed or returned by Z-Tel Velocity to Verizon upon the earlier of request by Verizon or the expiration or termination of the Agreement. 8.4.7 Z-TelVelocity’s employees, agents and contractors may access and use Verizon OSS Facilities only to the extent necessary for Z-TelVelocity’s access to and use of the Verizon OSS Facilities permitted by this Agreement. Any access to or use of Verizon OSS Facilities by Z-TelVelocity’s employees, agents, or contractors, shall be subject to the provisions of the Agreement, including, but not limited to, Section 10 of the Agreement and Section 8.5.2.3 of this Attachment.

Any access to or use of Verizon OSS Facilities by Z-TelBullsEye’s employees, agents, or contractors, shall be subject to the provisions of the this Agreement, including, but not limited to, Section 10 of the Agreement General Terms and Conditions and Section 8.5.2.3 8.5.3.2 of this Attachment.
