Access to Books and Records by Federal Authorities. If the Secretary of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, the Comptroller General of the United States or their duly authorized representatives (referred to as the "Requesting Parties") request access to books, documents, and records of the PROVIDER as outlined in the Provider Manual and in accordance with Section 952 of the Omnibus Reconciliation Act of 1980 [42 USC 1395x(v)(1)(I)] and the regulations adopted pursuant thereto, the PROVIDER agrees to provide such access to the extent required. Furthermore, the PROVIDER agrees that any contract between it and any other organization to which it is to a significant extent associated or affiliated with, owns or is owned by or has control of or is controlled by (referred to as "Related Organization"), and which performs services on behalf of it or the other party hereto will contain a clause requiring the Related Organization to similarly make its books, documents, and records available to the Requesting Parties.
