Access to Books and Records, Premises, etc. From the date of this Agreement through the Closing Date, Seller will grant Buyer and its authorized representatives access to its books and records, premises, products, former employees and customers and other parties with whom it has contractual relations during reasonable business hours and in a manner not to disrupt or interfere with its business relationships for purposes of enabling Buyer to fully investigate the Business.
Access to Books and Records, Premises, etc. From the date of this Agreement through the Closing Date, BMTS will grant CET and its authorized representatives reasonable access during normal business hours to its books and records, premises, products, employees and customers and other parties with whom it has contractual relations during reasonable business hours and in a manner not to disrupt or interfere with BMTS's business relationships for purposes of enabling CET to fully investigate the business of BMTS.
Access to Books and Records, Premises, etc. From the date of this Agreement through the Closing Date, SKYLYNX will grant DCI and its authorized representatives reasonable access during normal business hours to its and the Subsidiaries' books and records, premises, products, employees and customers and other parties with whom it has contractual relations during reasonable business hours for purposes of enabling DCI to fully investigate the business of SKYLYNX and the Subsidiaries. SKYLYNX will also deliver copies of the monthly statements of operations and financial condition for the period subsequent to the latest financial statements to DCI within a reasonable time of such statements becoming available.
Access to Books and Records, Premises, etc. From the date of this Agreement through the Closing Date, Ikona will grant Oban and its authorized representatives reasonable access to its books and records, premises, products, employees and customers and other parties with whom it has contractual relations during reasonable business hours and in a manner not to disrupt or interfere with Ikona's business relationships for purposes of enabling Oban to fully investigate the business of Ikona. Ikona will also deliver copies of its monthly statements of operations and financial condition for the period subsequent to its financial statements referred to in Section 6.6 to Oban within a reasonable time of such statements becoming available.
Access to Books and Records, Premises, etc. From the date of this Agreement through the Closing Date, RJL will grant Guardian and its authorized representatives reasonable access to its books and records, premises, products, employees and customers and other parties with whom it has contractual relations during reasonable business hours and in a manner not to disrupt or interfere with RJL's business relationships for purposes of enabling Guardian to fully investigate the business of RJL. RJL will also deliver copies of its monthly statements of operations and financial condition for the period subsequent to its financial statements referred to in Section 6.5 to Guardian within a reasonable time of such statements becoming available.
Access to Books and Records, Premises, etc. From the date of this Agreement through the Closing Date, OPI will grant the Acquiring Companies and their authorized representatives reasonable access during normal business hours to its books and records, premises, products, employees and customers and other parties with whom it has contractual relations during reasonable business hours and in a manner not to disrupt or interfere with OPI's business relationships for purposes of enabling the Acquiring Companies to fully investigate the business of OPI.
Access to Books and Records, Premises, etc. From the date of this Agreement through the Closing Date, BMTS will grant MedClean and its authorized representatives reasonable access during normal business hours to its and its subsidiaries' books and records, premises, products, employees and customers and other parties with whom it has contractual relations during reasonable business hours for purposes of enabling MedClean to fully investigate the business of BMTS.
Access to Books and Records, Premises, etc. From the date of this Agreement through the Closing Date, Vairex will grant Guardian and its authorized representatives reasonable access to its books and records, premises, products, employees and customers and other parties with whom it has contractual relations during reasonable business hours and in a manner not to disrupt or interfere with Vairex's business relationships for purposes of enabling Guardian to fully investigate the business of Vairex. Vairex will also deliver copies of its monthly statements of operations and financial condition for the period subsequent to its financial statements referred to in Section 5.5 to Guardian within a reasonable time of such statements becoming available.
Access to Books and Records, Premises, etc. From the date of this Agreement through the Closing Date, XML will grant XFM and its authorized representatives reasonable access during normal business hours to its and the Subsidiaries' books and records, premises, products, employees and customers and other parties with whom it has contractual relations during reasonable business hours for purposes of enabling XFM to fully investigate the business of XML and the Subsidiaries. XML will also deliver copies of the monthly statements of operations and financial condition for the period subsequent to the latest financial statements to XFM within a reasonable time of such statements becoming available.
Access to Books and Records, Premises, etc. From the date of this Agreement through the Closing Date, Basic will grant Rover and its authorized representatives reasonable access to its and the Subsidiaries' books and records, premises, products, employees and customers and other parties with whom it has contractual relations during reasonable business hours for purposes of enabling Rover to fully investigate the business of Basic and the Subsidiaries. Basic will also deliver copies of the monthly statements of operations and financial condition for the period subsequent to the latest financial statements to Rover within a reasonable time of such statements becoming available.
