Common use of Access to Books and Records Clause in Contracts

Access to Books and Records. Business Associate agrees to make internal practices, books, and records, including policies and procedures and Protected Health Information, relating to the use and disclosure of Protected Health Information received from, or created or received by Business Associate on behalf of, Covered Entity available to the Covered Entity, or to the Secretary, in a time and manner reasonably requested by the Covered Entity or designated by the Secretary, for purposes of the Secretary determining Covered Entity's or Business Associate's compliance with HIPAA.

Access to Books and Records. Business Associate agrees to make internal practices, books, and records, including policies and procedures and Protected Health InformationPHI, relating to the use and disclosure of Protected Health Information PHI received from, or created or received by Business Associate on behalf of, Covered Entity available to the Covered Entity, or to the Secretary, in a time and manner reasonably requested by the Covered Entity or designated by the Secretary, for purposes of the Secretary determining Covered Entity's or and/or Business Associate's ’s compliance with HIPAAthe HIPAA Requirements.

Access to Books and Records. Business Associate agrees to make Business Associate's internal policies, procedures, practices, books, and records, including policies and procedures and Protected Health Information, records relating to the use use, disclosure, and disclosure safeguarding of Protected Health Information received from, or created or received by Business Associate on behalf of, Covered Entity available to the of Covered Entity, or available to the Secretary, in a time and manner reasonably requested by the Covered Entity or designated by the Secretary, for purposes of the Secretary Secretary's determining Covered Entity's or Business Associate's compliance with HIPAAthe Privacy Rule and the Security Rule.

Business Associate shall make the documents available in a the time and manner reasonably requested designated by the Covered Entity or designated by the Secretary, for purposes of the Secretary determining Covered Entity's or Business Associate's compliance with HIPAA.

Business Associate hereby agrees to make its internal practices, books, books and records, including policies and procedures and Protected Health Information, records relating to the use use, disclosure, and disclosure of safeguards for Protected Health Information received from, or created or received by Business Associate on behalf of, Covered Entity available to of the Covered Entity, or available to the Secretary, in a time and manner reasonably requested by the Covered Entity Secretary or designated by the Secretary, ’s designee for purposes of the Secretary determining Covered Entity's or Business Associate's compliance with HIPAAthe Privacy Rule and/or the Security Rule.
