Access to Certificateholders' Names and Addresses. (a) If any Certificateholder (for purposes of this Section 5.05, an "Applicant") applies in writing to the Certificate Registrar, and such application states that the Applicant desires to communicate with other Certificateholders, the Certificate Registrar shall furnish or cause to be furnished to such Applicant a list of the names and addresses of the Certificateholders as of the most recent Record Date, at the expense of the Applicant. (b) Every Certificateholder, by receiving and holding its Certificate, agrees with the Trustee that the Trustee and the Certificate Registrar shall not be held accountable in any way by reason of the disclosure of any information as to the names and addresses of the Certificateholders hereunder, regardless of the source from which such information was derived.
