Common use of Access to Charged Assets Clause in Contracts

Access to Charged Assets. allow the Security Trustee and any persons authorized by the Security Trustee from time to time, at all reasonable times, to enter and remain upon any premises where the Charged Assets, or any title deeds or documents or books of account or other documents relating to the same, may for the time being be, and to view and inspect the same, and take inventories or copies thereof; and where any such premises belong to or are in the possession or control of any person other than the Chargor itself, the Chargor hereby undertake with the Security Trustee that it will at all times hereafter during the continuance of this security, upon request by the Security Trustee, procure entry for the Security Trustee to such premises and for such purposes as aforesaid;
