Common use of Access to documentations Clause in Contracts

Access to documentations. At all times during the term of the Services, the Company’s representative or auditor shall have access to all documentation related to the Services. This access shall be continuing and survive the termination of this Agreement for either cause or convenience. The documentation shall be kept accessible in a generally recognized format for a period of 10 (ten) years from the date of expiration or termination of this Agreement. All records forming part of such Documentation shall be available to the Company’s auditor, or expert appointed by the Company during the abovementioned period of time.
