ACCESS TO EMPLOYER PROPERTY (OFFICE. The Employer agrees to admit to its offices the authorized representative(s) of the Union for the purposes of adjusting grievances, meeting with employees or Employer representatives and conducting other Union business. Such authorized representatives shall only have access to non- work or other designated areas on the Employer’s property. The Union shall advise the Employer in advance of the names and contact information for authorized union representatives. All authorized representatives must check in with a member of management while on Employer property. In accordance with the Employer’s policies, the Union may use designated meeting rooms of the Employer for meetings of members of the bargaining unit for reasonable use in the adjustment of grievances and other similarly related union business, provided sufficient advance request for meeting facilities is made to the designated Employer representative, and that space is available.
