Access to hardware and software. The Recipient must provide the Department (including its Personnel) with access to the Recipient’s computer hardware and software to the extent necessary for the Department to exercise its rights under clause 9.1, and must provide the Department with any reasonable assistance requested by it to use that hardware and software.
