Access to Information After Termination. Upon termination of Tokenization Services and within five business days of agreement between the parties on the means of transfer and after Merchant's payment of the data retrieval fee based on the number of Merchant's stored records as set forth in the table below, Processor will provide a data file including all stored records to a PCI DSS compliant facility designated by Merchant.
