T ERMS AND CONDITIONS. Contractor warrants and agrees that it shall comply with all terms and conditions of this Agreement including Exhibit A, Exhibit B, and Exhibit C, Compliance Provisions, and Exhibit D, entitl Qualified Service Organization Agreement, attached hereto and incorporated herein in addition to all other applicable federal, state and local laws, regulations and policies.

In the event the terms of this Agreement conflict with the Company’s Terms and Conditions, the Terms and Conditions shall control, unless otherwise agreed to by the Parties and approved by the MDPU.
T ERMS AND CONDITIONS. The successful bidder, if any, will be required to negotiate and enter into a Prime Vendor Food Program Agreement. Certain terms and conditions that the College anticipates incorporating in such Agreement are set forth in Part III. The submission of a proposal shall evidence the bidder’s willingness to agree to incorporate such terms and conditions into the Prime Vendor Food Program Agreement.
