Common use of Access to Leased Premises Clause in Contracts

Access to Leased Premises. Upon prior written notice, Landlord shall have the right to enter upon the Leased Premises at all reasonable hours. Landlord shall have the right to use all or any part of the Leased Premises to install, maintain, use, repair and/or replace, pipes, ducts, lights, conduits, plants, wires, floor coverings, and all other mechanical equipment serving the Building; the same to be in locations within the Leased Premises as will not materially interfere with Tenant's use thereof.

Access to Leased Premises. Upon prior written notice, Landlord shall have reserves the right to enter upon the Leased Premises or any part at all reasonable hours. Landlord shall have hours for inspection, repair, alteration or addition, and for any other purpose whatsoever relating to the right to use all safety, protection, preservation or any part improvement of the Leased Premises to install, maintain, use, repair and/or replace, pipes, ducts, lights, conduits, plants, wires, floor coverings, and all other mechanical equipment serving or the Building; the same to be building in locations within which the Leased Premises as will not materially interfere with Tenant's use thereofis located.

Landlord shall have business hours to inspect the right same, to use all or any part of make repairs to the Leased Premises, to exhibit the Leased Premises to install, maintain, use, repair and/or replace, pipes, ducts, lights, conduits, plants, wires, floor coveringsprospective purchasers or tenants, and all other mechanical equipment serving to enter at any time in the Building; the same to be in locations within the Leased Premises as will not materially interfere with Tenant's use thereofevent of any emergency.
