Safety Inspections. Safety Committee members may conduct inspections for the purpose of making recommendations with respect to the safety of employees with prior approval of the employee's supervisor to spend work time in this manner. However, such approval shall not be unreasonably withheld. This shall include the ability for the full committee or a subcommittee to inspect equipment and recommend whether it is safe for continued use. In areas which do not have a Safety Committee, inspections may be made by a designated Union Xxxxxxx or Business Representative. Such inspection shall be coordinated with the supervisor of the area inspected, and will be conducted by a subcommittee consisting of one (1) representative of the Union and one (1) representative of the Employer.
Safety Inspections. Upon request to the appropriate Company Representative, Union Representatives shall be granted access to the workplace at a mutually agreeable time for Health and Safety Inspections with the Local Health and Safety Representatives.
Safety Inspections. A. The Employer will conduct annual safety inspections at every Agency installation. The Council 169 Local will be afforded an opportunity to participate in these inspections.
Safety Inspections. Safety inspections shall be conducted of every work place as necessary by the first-line supervisor, with a Safety Xxxxxxx when possible. A monthly inspection report shall be made and filed with the Departmental Safety Officer.
Safety Inspections. A Safety Inspection conducted by or on behalf of the participating Propane Marketer must be conducted prior to submission of any rebate application.
Safety Inspections. A safety inspection consists of an on-site, qualified system inspection, by or on behalf of a Propane Marketer, to verify that the propane system, including all equipment, is installed in compliance with the Program terms and conditions and all laws, and that the system has passed a pressure or leak test. A “Gas Check: is an acceptable Safety Inspection. Written documentation of the Safety Inspection is required.
Safety Inspections. No more frequently than once every three months, Landlord at its expense shall have the right to have a safety inspection performed by an appropriately licensed third party laboratory inspector (a “Safety Inspection”). All such Safety Inspections shall be limited to the operation of and materials, chemicals and processes employed by Tenant in the portions of the Leased Premises used for laboratory purposes. Landlord shall give the Tenant at least five (5) business days advance notice of any such Safety Inspection and all Safety Inspections shall be conducted in such a manner and at such a time as to minimize any disruption of business conducted by the Tenant. Tenant shall have the right to have a representative present during all Safety Inspections and shall simultaneously be sent a copy of any written report or summaries with respect to each Safety Inspection. To the extent that safety issues and/or violations of any applicable law on the part of Tenant are identified, Tenant shall remedy any such issues or violations in advance of a mutually agreed upon follow up Safety Inspection but in no event more than 30 days thereafter. Landlord may issue a default notice under Section 17.1.H of this Lease should Tenant fail to remedy any such safety issues or violations of law as of the time of such follow up Safety Inspection.
Safety Inspections. One (1) bargaining unit employee designated by Teamsters Local 2010 may accompany a representative of the Environment, Health and Safety Department (EH&S) and a representative of management on safety inspections conducted by EH&S at the Campus and Health System in shops/trades building, mechanical spaces, and roofs. Management shall notify the designated Safety Xxxxxxx of upcoming inspections. Teamsters Local 2010 shall submit to the University a list of employees selected to participate in the inspection. The availability of the bargaining unit employee to participate in an inspection shall be determined by his/her immediate supervisor on the basis of operational needs; however, participation by Teamsters Local 2010 requested employees shall not be unreasonably denied. Employee time spent on participation in inspections shall be considered time worked, except that time spent outside of an employee's scheduled work time shall not be considered time worked. An employee shall be compensated at the straight time rate for all time worked on inspections. At no time will an employee receive premium overtime for time spent on participation in inspections.
Safety Inspections. Sprouts may inspect any of Vendor’s facilities and subject Products to Sprouts’ quality control program and testing to verify that the products are being appropriately warehoused in accordance with industry standard, applicable law, and the Agreement. Vendor shall also provide Sprouts access to its Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) or SOPs, third-party food safety audits (if applicable), sanitation audits for any Vendor facility that makes the Products, and documented results of any regulatory inspections related to the products or any Vendor facility. If applicable, Vendor shall submit food safety audits for each Vendor facility, annually. Vendor shall provide to Sprouts or any governmental entity any information concerning handling or storage processes which Sprouts or the governmental entity requests. Vendor shall promptly notify Sprouts of any such governmental requests, and provide Sprouts with copies of all correspondence between Vendor and any such governmental entity. Vendor shall require the same standards stated herein from all of its suppliers.
Safety Inspections. The Employer agrees that when a WCB inspector arrives at the warehouse for the purposes of an inspection visit or attending to the investigation of an accident, a Union Safety Committee member shall be informed and given the opportunity to meet with the Inspector, for the duration of the warehouse tour.
