Common use of Access to Leased Premises Clause in Contracts

Access to Leased Premises. Tenant agrees to permit Landlord and the authorized representatives of Landlord to enter the Leased Premises at all times during usual business hours (upon 24 hours’ notice to Tenant) for the purpose of inspecting the same, performing maintenance, and conducting such investigations, tests, measurements, and assessments as may be desired by Landlord.
