Access to Medical Care. Duke makes no representation or warranty with respect to access to medical care and medical care facilities while Student is participating in the Program. Further, Student, and Parent or Guardian, each understand and acknowledge that access to and/or the quality of medical care and treatment protocols in the location of the Program may differ significantly from that to which Student is accustomed.
