Access to Personal Communications and Files. (A) While the Union Acknowledges the need for system servicing, the Employer agrees that it shall not access personal communications and files, whether on paper or in electronic form with the intent of obtaining information for any reason other than to meet any legal requirement that NSCAD University may have regarding access to information.
