Common use of Access to Pertinent Records Clause in Contracts

Access to Pertinent Records. In addition to all rights set forth elsewhere in this Agreement, for any Subaward in excess of the simplified acquisition threshold (as defined by Federal Acquisition Regulation § 2.101) and entered into by less than full and open competition, BATTELLE, the Director of the NSF, the Comptroller General of the United States, or any duly authorized representatives of the above, shall have access to pertinent records of Seller to make audits, examinations, excerpts and transcriptions.
