Common use of Access to PII Clause in Contracts

Access to PII. In addition to the Audit and Document retention provisions found in the Agreement, Vendor shall provide access, at the request of the Board, to PHI in a Designated Record Set, to the Board or, as directed by the Board, to an individual to meet the requirements under Title 45, Part 164, Subpart E, Section 164.524 of the CPR and applicable state law. Vendor shall provide access in the time and manner set forth in the Board's health information privacy and security policies and procedures.
