Access to Police Headquarters. Up to two (2) employees of Lodge 35 will be provided access to police facilities, headquarters, district stations, academy and other work sites of unit employees for the purposes of conducting labor management relations business, delivering and receiving mail, and conducting other official union business. Management will provide photograph identification cards to these two (2) employees.
