Common use of Access to Property Clause in Contracts

Access to Property. Borrower shall permit agents, representatives and employees of Lender and the Rating Agencies to inspect the Property or any part thereof during normal business hours on Business Days upon reasonable advance notice, subject to such limitations on such access provided by the Leases.
