Access to Property. The Consultant’s services to the Owner may require entry upon private property. The Owner will present or mail to private landowners a letter of introduction and explanation, describing the work, which shall be drafted by the Consultant. The Consultant will make reasonable attempts to notify resident landowners who are obvious and present when the Consultant is in the field. The Consultant is not expected to provide detailed contact with individual landowners. The Consultant is not expected to obtain entry by means other than the consent of the landowner.
