ACCESS TO REAL TIME COLLECTION DATA. The FRANCHISEE shall provide, at no cost to the COUNTY, read-only access to the FRANCHISEE’s route tracking systems for up to four individuals employed by the COUNTY for the entire life of this agreement. This access is to provide real time information to mitigate service complaints, audit the FRANCHISEES hauling routes and confirm FRANCHISEE’s compliance with the contract requirements.
