Common use of Access to Records Clause in Contracts

Access to Records. The Subrecipient shall furnish and cause each of its own subrecipients or subcontractors to furnish all information and reports required hereunder and will permit access to its books, records and accounts by the Grantee, HUD or its agent, or other authorized Federal officials for purposes of investigation to ascertain compliance with the rules, regulations and provisions stated herein.

Access to Records. The Subrecipient SUBRECIPIENT shall furnish and cause each of its own subrecipients or subcontractors to furnish all information and reports required hereunder and will permit access to its books, records and accounts by the GranteeCITY, HUD or its agent, or other authorized Federal officials for purposes of investigation to ascertain compliance with the rules, regulations and provisions stated herein.

Access to Records. The Subrecipient shall furnish and cause each of its own subrecipients or subcontractors sub-Subrecipients to furnish all information and reports required hereunder and will permit access to its books, records and accounts by the Grantee, HUD or its agent, or other authorized Federal federal officials for purposes of investigation to ascertain compliance with the rules, regulations and provisions stated herein.

Access to Records. The Subrecipient shall furnish and cause each of its own subrecipients or subcontractors sub-Subrecipients to furnish all information and reports required hereunder and will permit access to its books, records and accounts by the GranteeCounty, HUD or its agent, or other authorized Federal federal officials for purposes of investigation to ascertain compliance with the rules, regulations and provisions stated hereinhere.

Access to Records. The Subrecipient Sub-Recipient shall furnish and cause each of its own subrecipients Sub-Recipients or subcontractors to furnish all information and reports required hereunder and will permit access to its books, records and accounts by the Grantee, HUD or its agent, or other authorized Federal officials for purposes of investigation to ascertain compliance with the rules, regulations and provisions stated herein.

The Subrecipient shall furnish and cause each of its own subrecipients contractors or subcontractors to furnish all information and reports required hereunder and will permit access to its books, records and accounts by the GranteeCity, HUD or its agent, or other authorized Federal officials officials, for purposes of investigation to ascertain compliance with the rules, regulations and provisions stated herein.

Access to Records. The Subrecipient shall furnish and cause each of its own subrecipients or subcontractors subcontractor to furnish all information and reports required hereunder and will permit access to its books, records and accounts by the Grantee, HUD or its agent, or other authorized Federal federal officials for purposes of investigation to ascertain compliance with the rules, regulations and provisions stated herein.

Access to Records. The Subrecipient shall furnish and cause each of its own subrecipients Subrecipient or subcontractors to furnish all information and reports required hereunder and will permit access to its books, records and accounts by the Grantee, HUD or its agent, or other authorized Federal officials for purposes of investigation to ascertain compliance with the rules, regulations and provisions stated herein.

The Subrecipient shall furnish and cause each of its own subrecipients Subrecipients or subcontractors to furnish all information and reports required hereunder and will permit access to its books, records and accounts by the GranteeCity, HUD or its agent, or other authorized Federal officials for purposes of investigation to ascertain compliance with the rules, regulations regulations, and provisions stated herein.

The Subrecipient shall furnish and cause each of its own subrecipients or subcontractors Person with whom Subrecipient executes a Subcontract to furnish all information and reports required hereunder and will shall permit access to its books, records and accounts by the GranteeCity or its Representatives, HUD or its agent, or other authorized Federal officials for purposes of investigation to ascertain compliance with the rules, regulations and provisions stated herein.

Access to Records. The Subrecipient Sub-Recipient shall furnish and cause each of its own subrecipients or subcontractors sub-Sub-Recipients to furnish all information and reports required hereunder and will permit access to its books, records and accounts by the Grantee, HUD or its agent, or other authorized Federal federal officials for purposes of investigation to ascertain compliance with the rules, regulations and provisions stated herein.

Access to Records. The Subrecipient shall furnish and cause each of its own subrecipients sub-recipients or subcontractors to furnish all information and reports required hereunder and will permit access to its books, records records, and accounts by the GranteeGrantees, HUD H.U.D. or its agent, or other authorized Federal officials for purposes of investigation to ascertain compliance with the rules, regulations regulations, and provisions stated hereinpertaining to the activities to be funded under this Agreement.

Access to Records. The Subrecipient Subawardee shall furnish and cause each of its own subrecipients Subawardees or subcontractors to furnish all information and reports required hereunder and will permit access to its books, records and accounts by the GranteeSubrecipient, HUD TDEM or its agent, or other authorized Federal officials for purposes of investigation to ascertain compliance with the rules, regulations and provisions stated herein.

Access to Records. The Subrecipient shall furnish and cause each of its own subrecipients or subcontractors to furnish all information and reports required hereunder and will permit access to its books, records records, and accounts by the Grantee, HUD or its agent, or other authorized Federal officials for purposes of investigation to ascertain compliance with the rules, regulations and provisions stated herein.

Access to Records. The Subrecipient shall furnish and cause each of its own subrecipients Subrecipients or subcontractors to furnish all information and reports required hereunder and will permit access to its books, records and accounts by the Grantee, HUD Treasury, or its agent, or other authorized Federal officials for purposes of investigation to ascertain compliance with the rules, regulations regulations, and provisions stated herein.

Access to Records. The Subrecipient SUBGRANTEE shall furnish and cause each of its own subrecipients or subcontractors to furnish all information and reports required hereunder and will permit access to its books, records and accounts by the GranteeCOUNTY, HUD or its agent, or other authorized Federal officials for purposes of investigation to ascertain compliance with the rules, regulations and provisions stated herein.

Access to Records. The Subrecipient shall furnish and cause each of its own subrecipients or subcontractors to furnish all information and reports required hereunder and will permit access to its books, records and accounts by the GranteeUGLG, HUD MSF or its agent, or other authorized state and Federal officials for purposes of investigation to ascertain compliance with the rules, regulations and provisions stated herein.

Access to Records. The Subrecipient shall furnish and cause each of its own subrecipients or subcontractors to furnish all information and reports required hereunder and will permit access to its books, records and accounts by the Grantee, HUD or its agent, or other authorized Federal officials for purposes of investigation to ascertain compliance with the rules, regulations and provisions stated herein.

Sub recipient will permit access to its books, records records, and accounts by to the Grantee, HUD or and its agent, or other authorized Federal officials officials, for purposes of investigation to ascertain determine and ensure compliance with the rules, regulations regulations, and provisions stated herein.

Access to Records. The Subrecipient shall furnish and cause each of its own sub- subrecipients or subcontractors to furnish all information and reports required hereunder and will permit access to its books, records and accounts by the GranteeCounty, HUD or its agent, or other authorized Federal federal officials for purposes of investigation to ascertain compliance with the rules, regulations and provisions stated herein.

The Subrecipient shall furnish and cause each of its own subrecipients or sub- subrecipients, contractors, and subcontractors to furnish all information and reports required hereunder and will permit access to its books, records and accounts by the GranteeHTFC, HUD or its agent, the Comptroller General of the United States, or other other-authorized Federal officials for purposes of investigation to ascertain compliance with the rules, regulations regulations, and provisions stated herein.

Access to Records. The Subrecipient shall furnish and cause each of its own subrecipients or and/or subcontractors to furnish all information and reports required hereunder and will permit access to its books, records and accounts by the GranteeCity, HUD or its agent, agent or other authorized Federal officials for purposes of investigation to ascertain compliance with the ruleslaw, rule, regulations and provisions stated herein. The Subrecipient understands that the City, the Comptroller General and the Secretary of HUD shall have access to all records related to this project.

Access to Records. Access to Records. The Subrecipient shall furnish and cause each of its own subrecipients or subcontractors to furnish all information and reports required hereunder and will permit access to its books, records and accounts by the Grantee, HUD or its agent, or other authorized Federal officials for purposes of investigation to ascertain compliance with the rules, regulations and provisions stated herein, as required by 24 CFR 570.502 and 570.508.
