ACCESS TO RELEVANT DOCUMENTATION Clause Samples
The "Access to Relevant Documentation" clause grants one party the right to review or obtain documents and records pertinent to the agreement or its subject matter. In practice, this may allow an auditor, regulator, or contracting party to inspect financial records, compliance reports, or other supporting materials to verify performance or adherence to contractual obligations. This clause ensures transparency and accountability by providing a mechanism for oversight and verification, thereby reducing the risk of non-compliance or disputes over information.
ACCESS TO RELEVANT DOCUMENTATION. In order to perform their duties, employees who are JEC members will be provided access to relevant documentation such as Position Description Questionnaires, job descriptions and job evaluation results. The bargaining unit representatives shall have the right to request the assistance of a CUPE job evaluation representative for training purposes or for advice at any time other than at Job Evaluation Committee meetings.
